본 발명은 복수의 입찰자 중 추첨에 의해 낙찰자를 결정하는 추첨식 온라인 경매 방법 및 장치를 제공한다 본 발명에 따른 추첨식 온라인 경매방법은, 각 입찰자의 입찰금액이 서로 다른 경우를 포함하며, 입찰 마감시각이 경과하거나 현재까지의 누적 입찰금액이 물품의 가격 이상이 되는 경우에 입찰을 마감하고 소정의 추첨 조건을 만족하면 추첨을 행하되, 각 입찰자가 추첨에서 당첨될 확률이 그 입찰자의 입찰금액에 비례하는 것을 특징으로 한다 본 발명에 따르면, 당첨될 확률이 입찰금액에 비례하므로 공정성이 있으며, 상당한 당첨확률을 가지고 고가의 물품을 상대적으로 저가에 획득할 수 있어 입찰자의 흥미를 유발하며 유찰을 방지할 수 있다

본 발명은 온라인 경매 방법 및 경매 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 다수의 입찰자중 추첨을 통해 낙찰자를 결정하는 추첨식 경매 방법 및 경매 장치에 관한 것이다
이러한 추첨식 경매는, 판매자가 정한 틀 안에서만, 특히 정해진 입찰금으로만 입찰할 수밖에 없어 흥미가 떨어진다 나아가 입찰자수를 공개하지 않는 경우에는 입찰자에게 불신감을 조성하여 참여율을 떨어뜨리게 되고, 참여율이 저조한 경우 경매기간이 길어지거나 유찰되어 온라인 경매의 활성화를 저해하는 문제가 있다
본 발명은 전술한 종래기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로써, 공정하고 신뢰성이 있으며 흥미를 유발하여 유찰될 확률을 낮출 수 있는 추첨식 온라인 경매 방법 및 경매 장치를 제공하는 데에 그 목적이 있다
상기 입찰을 마감하는 소정의 규칙은, 입찰자들의 입찰금액의 총합이 상기 경매 물품의 가격 이상이 되는 것일 수 있다
본 발명의 추첨식 온라인 경매 방법 및 경매 장치에 의하면, 공정하고 신뢰성이 있으며 흥미를 유발할 수 있는 경매가 진행될 수 있어 유찰을 방지하고 온라인 경매의 활성화에 이바지 할 수 있다
선택된 경매 물품에 대하여 상기 구매자로부터 입찰을 받는 단계
상기 경매 물품의 가격, 경매 규칙, 상기 입찰을 마감하는 규칙은 미리 공개되고, 상기 입찰을 받는 단계와 낙찰자를 결정하는 단계의 진행상황이 실시간으로 공개되는 것을 특징으로 하는 추첨식 온라인 경매 방법
선택된 경매 물품에 대하여 상기 구매자로부터 입찰을 받는 단계;
