In addition, by not employing a polymer coating on the inside, which is an existing method of ensuring water resistance, the method of the present invention can fundamentally prevent substances harmful to the human body, such as environmental hormones, from being eluted due to hot water. The disposable paper products according to the present invention are not at all different from conventional products in terms of shape, and since no polymer is used as water repellent, which cause problems for recycling used disposable paper products, it is possible to recycle the used disposable paper products and there is no risk of chemical substances harmful to the human body being eluted. Thus, the disposable paper products of the present invention can be used for various purposes, and especially, cause no problem in terms of waste disposal.

Description

How to manufacture disposable paper products with improved water resistance}How to manufacture disposable paper products with improved water resistance

The present invention relates to the manufacture of a ceramic binder and a water-resistant significantly improved drying resistance and the coating of the surface of the disposable paper products to improve the water resistance without the need to coat the polymer for the purpose of securing water resistance, and to the manufacture of disposable paper products that can be recycled .

Disposable paper products are used for various purposes, such as coffee cups, disposable lunch boxes, disposable plates and food containers, but in most cases, water resistant chemicals such as polymers are used to secure water resistance of water contacting areas. Therefore, every time a disposable paper product is used, people are anxious about the possible dissolution of chemicals which may be harmful to the human body. Especially, the disposable paper product used is almost impossible to recycle due to these coated polymers. When landfilled, the coated polymer requires a long seal to rot and concerns about the release of hazardous substances during incineration.

The global coffee franchise headquarters is pursuing the development of disposable paper products that are harmless to the human body and do not burden the environment during incineration including recycling or landfilling used products. This means that the production of products that can be manufactured and sold at a reasonable price) is not heard.

The demand for these disposable paper products continues to increase, and in particular, significant costs are paid for the collection and disposal of disposable paper products that occur at franchises. Moreover, within a few years, disposable plastic containers as well as disposable plastic containers are expected to be regulated.

In this regard, it is urgent to develop technologies to replace these disposable paper products and plastic containers, and in particular, it is very important to reduce the burden on the environment at the time of disposal.

To solve these problems, there is a need to develop new technologies with economic feasibility.

The present invention is to manufacture an inorganic binder which is resistant to moisture during drying and a disposable paper product having a water resistance which is coated with the inorganic binder.

The present invention provides a disposable paper product and inorganic coating liquid which can ensure water resistance during coating. In order to use disposable paper products for various purposes, a water-resistant coating is necessary, and the coating must be free of harmful substances.

According to claim 1, no harmful substances are melted from the water-resistant coated surface coated on the paper product.

According to claim 2, since the main component of the coating liquid is ceramic, harmful substances do not melt even when contacted with hot water.

According to claim 4, there is no particular problem with the coating method, and in general, the unit price of the disposable paper product is not particularly high because it is easily applicable.

In claim 6 and 7, the ceramic inorganic binder may be dried by using simple hot air drying or microwave oven after coating, and in particular, the inorganic binder does not need to be heat-treated at a high temperature, and thus does not increase the unit cost of the disposable paper product much.

As described above, the disposable paper product coated with the ceramic inorganic binder is excellent in water resistance, and the existing disposable paper product is not manufactured because the manufacturing process does not go through a manufacturing process that is particularly different from the production of the disposable paper product coated with a chemical such as vinyl. Production is possible in the production process, and production costs are unlikely to be significantly different from existing methods. In particular, there is no problem occurring in the disposal of the disposable paper products coated with the existing chemicals, it can be treated environmentally friendly. Therefore, the disposable paper product to which the present invention is applied does not cause any environmental problems in production and disposal, and thus there is no problem in waste disposal.

The manufacturing method of the water resistant disposable paper product using the ceramic binder which concerns on this invention is as follows.

An inorganic ceramic binder composed mainly of silicon dioxide (SiO 2 ) or aluminum trioxide (Al 2 O 3 ), which is harmless to the human body, is adjusted to an appropriate concentration. At this time, the concentration may vary depending on the purpose of the disposable paper product to be applied and the characteristics of the paper used, but is generally adjusted to the binder concentration is 10% to 90% by adding isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or water. If the concentration is too low, there may be a problem in water resistance. If the concentration is too high, the manufacturing cost may increase, and the thickness of the ceramic coating may be thicker than necessary, and in exceptional cases, the concentration is generally 50%. Do.

Isopropyl alcohol can be recovered almost 100% by adding a device to recover the drying after coating, isopropyl alcohol is used in various industries, and isopropyl alcohol of 70% concentration is also used as a skin antiseptic.

The inorganic ceramic binder prepared as described above on the raw paper of the existing disposable paper product is coated with an inorganic ceramic binder on one side using an appropriate spray apparatus. Coating here means simply spraying using a spray device. If the amount of spray is too high, a large amount of moisture and inorganic ceramic binders are applied to the paper, which takes a long time when drying, and the shape of the paper may be deformed, so applying an appropriate amount is an important factor in product quality control.

When the paper coated with the inorganic ceramic binder is passed through a hot air dryer or a high frequency drying furnace, a material for making a disposable paper product is made. When the coated paper is applied to a process for making a disposable paper product as it is, a water-resistant disposable paper product is applied. This is made.
