Abstract

The present invention relates to a method used for grounding work in the construction a distribution line electric pole. Electric facilities are grounded to suppress an increase in the potential of the earth due to a failure in a distribution line in an integrity state, reduce and prevent an abnormal voltage due to lightening surge or the like, or operate a protective relay in case of a ground fault. Grounds are provided to connect, by ground wires, electrical facilities to be protected by burying ground electrodes through embedding in the ground. At this time, a reference value of ground resistance varies according to facilities. Recently, Korean electric power corporation (KEPCO) provides ground facilities based on a ground resistance of 300 ohm for each electric pole to maintain 10 ohm per ground resistance value (1 km) in the case of grounds for distribution line protection. Providing grounds on each electric pole causes a considerable increase in the cost of material and labor. Thus, the present invention provides a method capable of reducing the cost of grounding work by stripping ground wires by a predetermined length and burying the same as a ground electrode. The method comprises the steps of: a ground wire sheath separating step (S100); a ground wire insertion step (S200); an electric pole erecting step (S300); and a ground wire installation step (S400).

At this time, the reference value of grounding resistance varies according to the target equipment.

Nowadays, KEPCO is equipped with grounding facilities based on 300 ohms of electric pole ground resistance in order to maintain 10 ohms per kilometer of ground resistance value in case of protective ground for distribution line.

There is a problem in that grounding every week has a significant increase in material and labor costs.

In order to solve the problem of increasing the cost of the grounding protection for line protection in distribution line electric pole construction,

The present invention is to provide a construction method that can reduce the cost of grounding construction by eliminating the grounding pole, such as the enclosed bar when the pit to dig a pit in the ground and install the grounding equipment, stripping a certain length of the grounding wire and embedded in the grounding pole.

Referring to Figure 1 to Figure 3 using the bare wire grounding method,

After digging the pole pit (2) in the ground and preparing the pole (1),

접지선(10)의 필요 길이를 절단하고, 접지극으로 이용할 일정 길이의 피복(11)을 벗기는 접지선 피복분리 단계(S100)와;A ground wire stripping step (S100) of cutting the required length of the ground wire 10 and removing the coating 11 having a predetermined length to be used as the ground electrode;

Here, in the case of lowering the ground resistance, the sheath 11 of the ground wire 10 may be peeled off longer to extend the length of the bare wire 12, and when the loose wire 12 of the stranded wire is released and installed, the contact surface with the earth may be removed. It can be increased, so it is effective to reduce ground resistance.

나전선(12) 측이 전주의 밑으로 향하도록 접지선(10)을 전주(1)의 접지선 입출구를 통하여 공심에 끼우는 접지선 전주삽입 단계(S200)와;A ground wire pole insertion step (S200) of inserting the ground wire 10 into the air core through the ground wire inlet and outlet of the pole pole 1 so that the side of the bare wire 12 faces the pole pole;

It characterized in that it comprises a ground wire installation step (S400) to install the pole 1 and the grounding wire 10 by dropping the bare wire 12 with the pole pole 1 and the soil back.

Here, in KEPCO, it is required to separate the ground electrode from the pole when it is grounded, so that the bare wire that replaces the ground pole needs to be retracted from the pole with the long rod.

As described above, according to the present invention, the bare wire grounding method according to the present invention greatly reduces the ground resistance required in the grounding construction for protecting the distribution line, thereby removing the cover 11 of the ground wire 10 to use the bare wire 12 as the ground electrode. If so, it is possible to omit the grounding electrode, such as enclosed to provide an effect that can reduce the cost of grounding construction.
