휴대단말기의 외부로 노출되는 커버를 제작하는 단계;
상기 커버를 1차 사출금형에 투입하여 상기 커버와 일체로 트레이 본체를 성형하는 단계;
상기 트레이 본체를 2차 사출금형에 투입한 후 열가소성 수지를 주입하여 상기 트레이 본체의 외측을 둘러싸는 방수씰을 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 심트레이 제조방법.
