Abstract
본 발명에 따른 비침습적 뇌압측정기에 의하면, 고글 및 이에 고정되는 탐침고정체를 구비함으로써 조작자의 숙련도에 관계없이 환자의 뇌압을 정확하게 측정할 수 있으며, 제1탐침, 제2탐침 및 제3탐침을 구비함으로써 다양한 데이터를 기초로 뇌압을 산출하여 산출된 뇌압 값의 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 비침습적 뇌압측정기에 의하면, 뼈가 없는 안구 부위의 혈관을 이용함으로써, 두개골에 의해 두 개내 동맥혈류를 측정할 수 없었던 경우에도 두 개내를 통과하는 혈류를 고해상도로 측정할 수 있으며, 안구에서 뇌압을 추측할 수 있게 하는 시신경초를 동시에 고해상도로 측정함으로써, 뇌압을 보다 정밀하게 측정할 수 있다.

Claims (6)
- 사람의 뇌압을 측정하는 비침습적 뇌압측정기에 있어서,
사람의 안면에 착용되는 고글;
상기 고글에 설치되며, 시신경초(Optic nerve sheath)로 초음파를 발산하여 시신경초의 직경을 측정하는 제1탐침;
상기 고글에 설치되며, 안동맥(Ophthalmic artery)으로 초음파를 발산하여 안동맥의 박동지수(Pulsatility index)를 측정하는 제2탐침; 및
상기 제1탐침과 제2탐침으로부터 전달받은 측정값에 기초하여 뇌압을 산출하는 제어부를 포함하는 비침습적 뇌압측정기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 고글에 설치되며, 안동맥과 두 개강 외 동맥(Extracranial artery)으로 각각 초음파를 발산하여 안동맥과 두 개강 외 동맥의 직경을 각각 측정하는 제3탐침을 더 포함하며,
상기 제어부는, 상기 제1 내지 제3탐침으로부터 전달받은 측정값에 기초하여 뇌압을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비침습적 뇌압측정기. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 제1탐침의 각도를 변화시키는 각도변경수단을 더 포함하며,
상기 제어부는, 상기 제1탐침으로부터 전달받은 시신경초의 직경 중 최대값을 선택하여 제1뇌압을 산출하고, 상기 제2탐침으로부터 전달받은 측정값에 기초하여 제2뇌압을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비침습적 뇌압측정기. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
사람의 안구에 압력을 가하며, 그 압력값에 관한 정보를 상기 제어부로 전달하는 가압수단을 더 포함하며,
상기 제어부는, 안동맥의 직경과 두 개강 외 동맥의 직경이 일치될 때의 상기 가압수단의 압력값에 기초하여 제3뇌압을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비침습적 뇌압측정기. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 제어부로부터 상기 제1 내지 제3뇌압의 평균값에 관한 정보를 전달받아, 이를 외부로 표시하는 뇌압표시부를 더 포함하는 비침습적 뇌압측정기. - 청구항 2 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 고글에 설치되며, 상기 제1 내지 제3탐침을 상기 고글에 고정시키는 탐침고정체를 더 포함하는 비침습적 뇌압측정기.
