상기 제조방법은,
손잡이부의 색상과 대비되는 투명 또는 반투명한 소재로 장식부재를 사출 성형하는 장식부재 성형단계(S10)와;
상기 장식부재의 전후좌우면 중 일면, 전후면, 좌우면 또는 전후좌우면이 외부로 노출되게 구비된 칫솔대 금형 틀에 장식부재를 안치시켜 PP소재로 칫솔대를 이중 사출 성형하는 칫솔대 성형단계(S20)와;
상기 칫솔대의 헤드부에 칫솔모를 식모시켜 칫솔헤드를 완성하는 솔식모단계(S30)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 칫솔 제조방법.
