본 발명은 차량 급발진 제어 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 급발진 제어 장치에 있어서 ,급발진 상황시에 누를수 있는 급발진 제어 버튼부, 제어 버튼을 누르면 브레이크 상태를 계속 유지시켜주는 브레이크 제어부, 제어 버튼을 누르면 시동이 꺼지게 하는 시동 제어부, 제어 버튼을 부르면 기어를 중립으로 바꿔주는 기어 제어부로 구성하여서, 차량 급발진 제어 장치에 의해서 급발진 상황 발생시에 제어 버튼부를 누르면 브레이크 제어부에 의해서 브레이크가 계속 동작하고, 기어 제어부에 의해서 기어가 중립으로 바뀌고, 시동제어부에 의해서 시동이 꺼지게 되어서 급발진 상황 발생시에 버튼부만 누르게 되면 급발진 상황을 대처 할 수 있게 되어서 인명피해, 재산피해를 줄여주는 것을 목적으로 한 것이다.[0001] The present invention relates to a sudden-stop control apparatus, and more particularly, to a sudden-stop control apparatus which includes a suddenly-depressed control button portion that can be depressed in a sudden driving situation, a brake control portion that maintains a brake state when depressed, And a gear control unit for turning the gear to neutral when the control button is pressed.
