Claims (3)
- 의료용 레이저 발생장치에 있어서,
755nm 파장의 레이저를 발생시키기 위한 레이저매질;
레이저매질로부터 생성된 레이저빔을 반사시키는 공진기거울;
레이저매질과 공진기거울 사이에 레이저빔을 통과 또는 차단하는 Shutter;
1064nm 파장의 레이저를 발생시키기 위한 레이저매질;
레이저매질로부터 생성된 레이저빔을 반사시키는 공진기거울;
레이저매질과 공진기거울 사이에 레이저빔을 통과 또는 차단하는 Shutter;
755nm 와 1064nm 파장의 레이저빔을 전송하는 빔 전송거울이 하나의 Unit에 일체화되어 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 발생장치
- 청구항1에서,
755nm 파장의 레이저를 발생시키기 위한 레이저매질에는 Heating Line 과
1064nm 파장의 레이저를 발생시키기 위한 레이저매질에는 Cooling Line 은 별도로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 발생장치
- 레이저 발생장치에서
755nm 파장의 레이저를 발생시키기 위한 레이저매질;
레이저매질로부터 생성된 레이저빔을 반사시키는 공진기거울;
레이저매질과 공진기거울 사이에 레이저빔을 통과 또는 차단하는 Shutter;
1064nm 파장의 레이저를 발생시키기위한 레이저매질;
레이저매질로부터 생성된 레이저빔을 반사시키는 공진기거울;
