Description
The present invention relates to a soundproof panel, and more particularly, to a soundproof panel for a construction site capable of effectively preventing dust from spreading at a construction site and effectively shielding noise. When the soundproof panel according to the present invention is used, the effect of confining sound waves in a plurality of layer structures can be obtained, and the noise blocking effect can be enhanced compared to the conventional art.
In general, dust and noise related to the construction are generated in the construction site. In particular, since the noise may damage the houses, offices and the like around the site, a soundproof panel is installed in the construction site in advance to prevent this.
In the case of commercially available soundproofing boards, the noise generated from the construction site is reflected by the soundproofing plate so as to prevent the soundproofing from escaping to the outside, or the structure in which only the sound absorbing material is attached to the plate- The structure has been limited, and there has been a limit in effectively preventing the noise generated in the construction site.
The present invention proposes a sound insulation board having a structure suitable for reducing noise, and will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention aims at proposing a structure of a sound insulation board which can effectively block noises at a construction site.
More specifically, the present invention relates to an electronic device including a front member and a rear member arranged to face each other, and a sound absorbing material disposed between the members, wherein a plurality of burring structures are formed on the rear member, It is an object of the present invention to propose a structure in which the noise introduced into the sound absorbing material is spaced apart from the sound absorbing material by a predetermined distance, thereby allowing the noise to be annihilated in the sound absorbing plate inner space.
In addition, the present invention aims to propose a structure in which the noise introduced into the room is effectively eliminated by utilizing a space that is naturally generated in a state in which the sound absorbing member and the member are not in close contact with each other.
In order to solve the above problems, the hypothetical sound insulation board according to the present invention comprises: a front member; A rear member facing the front member, the rear member including at least one burring structure; And a sound absorbing material disposed between the front surface member and the rear surface member.
Further, in the above soundproof plate, the front member and the sound absorbing material are closely contacted, and the sound absorbing material and the rear surface member are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance.
Further, in the sound insulation board, the at least one burring structure may include: a front opening having a first diameter; And a rear opening having a second diameter, the first diameter being less than the second diameter.
In this case, the rear member may be disposed such that the front opening of the burring structure is spaced apart from the sound absorbing material by a predetermined distance.
Further, in the sound insulation board, a sound absorbing material may be formed on one surface of the rear surface member facing the front surface member.
According to the present invention, there is an effect that the noise can be effectively blocked as compared with the conventional soundproof plate. Particularly, when noises are introduced into the structure of the soundproof plate, the noise is absorbed by the sound absorbing material to thereby annihilate the noise, as well as to dissipate the noise in the space formed between the sound absorbing material and the back surface member or between the sound absorbing material and the front surface .
Further, according to the present invention, since the burring structure is formed on the rear member, the space between the rear member and the sound absorbing member can be naturally ensured, thereby facilitating the manufacture of the soundproof plate.

FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a
One surface of the
The
In a preferred embodiment, the
Next, the
The
The
FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of a
3 illustrates a
Referring again to FIG. 1, the
The
The main components of the
The spacing space formed between the backing
On the other hand, when the distance from the flat surface of the
1 to 4, a representative embodiment of the present invention has been described. Hereinafter, another embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. FIG.
5 is a second embodiment of the present invention and shows an embodiment of the
According to the second embodiment, a space is formed between the
6 is a third embodiment of the present invention. In the third embodiment, a recess is formed on the surface of the front member facing the front opening of the burring
The
Although the sectional shape of the
The third embodiment according to FIG. 6 can also be referred to an embodiment in which the
