Claims (15)
- 7 내지 50개 아미노산을 갖는 펩티드로 이루어진 적어도 제1 초창기 번역 생성물 (Pioneer Translation Product) (PTP), 미세소포, 및 약학적으로 허용가능한 담체 또는 부형제를 포함하는 백신 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미세소포(microvesicle)가 7 내지 50개 아미노산을 갖는 펩티드로 이루어진 적어도 하나의 제2 PTP를 포함하고, 상기 제2 PTP는 바람직하게 적어도 하나의 MHC 클래스 I 에피토프 및/또는 적어도 하나의 MHC 클래스 II 에피토프를 포함하며, 여기서 미세소포는 임의로 제1 PTP를 포함하는 백신 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 PTP에 상응하는 전체 길이 단백질을 추가로 포함하는 백신 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미세소포가 제1 및 적어도 제2 PTP 둘 모두와, 임의로 적어도 하나의 별개의 제3 PTP를 함께 발현하는 백신 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 미세소포가 CD8+ T 세포 활성화 미세소포, 전형적으로 멜라노솜과 같은 종양-유래된 미세소포 또는 엑소솜인 백신 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, CD4+ T 세포 및/또는 CD8+ T 세포를 활성화시키는 PTP를 포함하는 백신 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 백신이 암 백신인 백신 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 백신접종하려는 대상체의 암성 종양으로부터 모두 유래된 PTP 및 미세소포를, 바람직하게 적어도 하나의 별개의 PTP, 및/또는 동일한 PTP 및/또는 적어도 하나의 별개의 PTP를 발현하는 엑소솜과 함께 포함하는 백신 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대상체가 포유동물, 바람직하게 인간이고, 백신 조성물이 체중 1 kg 당 0.1 내지 10 mg의 PTP를, 임의로 체중 1 kg 당 0.1 내지 5 mg의 미세소포와 함께 포함하는 백신 조성물.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 암이 육종 또는 흑색종인 백신 조성물.
- 대상체에서 백신으로서 사용을 위한, 인트론, 3' 또는 5' 미번역된 영역 (UTR), LncRNA (긴 비코딩 RNA (Long non coding RNA)), miRNA (마이크로RNA (microRNA)), 유전자간 서열 및 이의 조합으로부터 선택되는 서열로부터 발현되는 7 내지 50개 아미노산을 갖는 펩티드로 이루어진 초창기 번역 생성물 (PTP).
- 백신으로서 사용을 위한 초창기 번역 생성물 (PTP)을 코딩하는 핵산 서열.
- 제11항에 기재된 바와 같은 펩티드로 이루어진 초창기 번역 생성물 (PTP)을 포함하는 미세소포로서, 상기 PTP가 바람직하게 적어도 하나의 MHC 클래스 I 에피토프 및/또는 적어도 하나의 MHC 클래스 II 에피토프를 포함하는 미세소포.
- 제12항에 따른 핵산, 및 약학적으로 허용가능한 담체 또는 부형제를 포함하는 백신 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 또는 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인간에서 사용을 위한 백신 조성물.
