Description

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CERAMICS}METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CERAMICS [0001]

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing ceramics, and more particularly, to a method of manufacturing a ceramics having a natural texture with a three-dimensional texture while enhancing bonding properties.

A general method for manufacturing ceramics includes a step of forming a ceramic article having a desired shape using clay, a step of applying powder to the surface of the shaped article, a step of applying a strength suitable for use as a ceramic by firing the ceramic article And a second step of performing a second firing step in which a glaze is applied to the article having undergone the pre-firing step,

In such a manufacturing method of ceramics, the powder (powder) to be applied before the pre-baking process is easily shrunk to cause a crack phenomenon, and the durability of the baked beaker is greatly lowered.

Conventionally, in order to have a three-dimensional ornamental shape uneven on the surface of ceramics, there are many methods such as engraving, scraping, nailing with a tool having no unevenness, and tapping with a tapping plate, It was difficult to express a natural and three-dimensional texture.

In other conventional techniques, the ceramics body has been dug with engraved or embossed patterns to form patterns, figures, and figures.

In the "ceramics sparrow technique" disclosed in the prior art, the molded article is semi-dried, and a protrusion is formed on the outer surface of the article with a coarse brush to form a plurality of roots Forming step; The second soil is repeatedly applied to the upper part of the plurality of protrusions formed by the protrusion formation step with the brush for 50 to 100 times and dried in the shade for 15 to 25 minutes at a temperature of 15 to 20 ° C and a relative humidity of 60 to 70% The densities of the protrusions are adjusted, the size of the protrusions is adjusted by the number of times of the second dirt, and the size of the protrusions is adjusted in the direction of the overlay and the dirt The present invention relates to a technique capable of realizing various patterns of pottery which can not be expressed in the past by directing protrusion communities having various shapes and colors by appropriately selecting a pigment to be blended.

In the method of manufacturing ceramics according to the appended method disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 10-1711611, a separate soil is attached to the surface of the body or the inside of the body, but the main constitution is that the body of the ceramics The method of manufacturing a ceramic body according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the ceramic body is made of a mixture of celadon soil and a combined soil, The combination soil is characterized by a mixture of chamois, stoneware and clay, wherein the combined soil comprises sand and / or a briquetting material. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description of the present invention, a detailed description of known functions and the like is omitted when it is determined that the gist of the present invention may be unnecessarily obscured.

(S1)The clay used in the production of the ceramics of the present invention is clay, and ceramics such as a mug, a teapot, and the like are formed by using a clay commonly used in general ceramics technology field. (S1)

(S2)Subsequently, compacted irregularities are formed into various shapes by adding kneaded water by mixing and kneading the elvan and red loess on the surface of the ceramic article (S2)

The elvan is pulverized to produce elvan granules having a size of 50 to 150 mesh. The elvan granite with poor mildness and the red ocher particles having good mildity are mixed with water to produce a kneaded product.

At this time, it is preferable that the elvan is 30 to 90 parts by weight and the agar is 10 to 70 parts by weight. After completion of the stirring process, the soil and water are uniformly mixed with soil, The surface of the ceramics is rugged by the means of adding the surface of the ceramics to the surface of the ceramics using the kneaded material having the kneading force.

The major components of the elvanite are anhydrous silicic acid (SiO 2 ) and aluminum oxide (Al 2 O 3 ), containing a small amount of ferric oxide (Fe 2 O 3 ), lightweight and composed of 3 to 150 thousand holes per cm 3 Which is a porous material. Therefore, by increasing the bonding strength of the concave and convex portions by these elvan, it is possible to have a very stereoscopic and realistic texture at various angles.

The porcelain object formed with the projections and depressions gradually dries naturally in a dark and cool place. This is because, when exposed to sunlight or suddenly drying, moisture is released at a time and cracks occur.

(S3)Subsequently, the dried ceramics are put into a kiln for ceramics and fired at 850 to 950 ° C for 5 to 8 hours to perform first firing to perform pre-firing (S3)

(S4)The surface of the first sintered pottery having been subjected to the step S3 is immersed in a tobacco inlay,

At this time, the entire surface of the ceramics can be dressed by being immersed in the suspension of the volumetric soil, or alternatively, the lower part and the upper part of the surface of the ceramics are alternately submerged, It is needless to say that another shape can be produced by the means not immersed in the suspension.

(S5)And then putting the dressed ceramics into a kiln for ceramics and sintering at 850 to 950 ° C for 4 to 8 hours so that the powdery soil is adhered to the surface of the ceramics so as to maintain a stably coated coating force, (S5)

The glaze is applied to the surface of the ceramic material subjected to the second firing process. (S6) At this time, the glaze is composed of a composition including yellow clay, gravel stone, and elvan.

20 to 70 parts by weight of loess particles, 15 to 50 parts by weight of goethite particles and 15 to 50 parts by weight of elvan particles are mixed with water to prepare 200 to 400 mesh particles made by crushing the loess, Make a glaze.

The above-mentioned geulseok and elven rocks which have no point quality have a point quality due to their gentle nature, and they can improve the bonding ability, while the far-infrared effect possessed by the yellow loam, the antimicrobial action of pegmatite, And a function of removing heavy metal adsorption and removing the drinking water such as a teacup, a teapot and the like.

Then, the ceramic article to which the glaze is applied is put into a kiln for ceramics, and is subjected to a third sintering step (S7) in which ceramics are baked at 1100 ° C. to 1300 ° C. for 10 to 14 hours to produce a ceramic article.

The ceramics thus manufactured are improved in the three-dimensional texture and bonding force of concave and convex portions formed by adding to the surface of ceramics, thereby greatly improving the merchantability, and have antimicrobial functions when used as a container such as a teacup or teapot containing drinking water.

While the present invention has been described with reference to the exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments.
