Abstract
Description
In general, a flat panel display such as a liquid crystal display (LCD), a plasma display panel (PDP), and an organic light emitting diode (OLED) is widely used as a display device .
In order to form pixels of the flat panel display device, a method of forming an organic layer by ejecting an ink containing an organic material toward a substrate and printing the surface of the substrate is proposed.
On the other hand, the ink ejected by the inkjet and printed on the substrate may be in a continuous line form, or may be ejected in droplet form if necessary and printed in dot form on the substrate. Conventionally, in order to eject ink in the form of droplets, a method has been used in which ink is ejected in a droplet form by a pulse formed by applying a voltage between a nozzle and a substrate and forming a pulse on an applied voltage. However, according to this method, it is difficult to electronically control the formation conditions of the pulses for discharging the droplets, which makes it difficult to discharge the droplets at a desired size or interval.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been conceived to solve the problems described above, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a nozzle jet printing apparatus capable of contributing to improvement of printing performance by forming a pattern while ink is supplied to a precise position while minimizing loss of ink flowing outside the mask The purpose is to do.

1 to 4 are views showing a nozzle jet printing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 1 is an overall configuration diagram, Fig. 2 is a plan view of a rotary plate, Fig. 3 is a sectional view of a rotary plate, Fig.
Referring to these figures, the nozzle jet printing apparatus according to the present embodiment includes a
The main components of the nozzle jet printing apparatus according to this embodiment will be described in detail.
The
On the other hand, the
The
The
On the other hand, the
The
The
The
The inner diameter of the
It is also possible that the
The heating structure of the
The positions of the connecting
In the above-described embodiment, a structure in which the
That is, as shown in FIG. 5, it is possible to construct the
Except for the structure in which the
In the above-described embodiments, the
At this time, the
Although the nozzle jet printing apparatus has been described in the above embodiments, the present invention is also applicable to an ink jet apparatus having a similar operating structure and an ink jet apparatus including the ink jet unit.
