Description
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 진동 완화 구조를 갖는 배력장치를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 2는 도 1의 일부를 확대 도시한 단면도이다.

Claims (4)
- 브레이크 페달의 조작 시 밸브본체가 밀리며 진공과 대기와의 기압차를 이용하여 작은 힘으로 큰 제동력을 발생시키는 배력장치에 있어서,
상기 브레이크 페달의 답력 해제 시 상기 밸브본체에 탄성복원력을 제공하는 리턴스프링과, 상기 밸브본체의 전방면과 리턴스프링 사이에 마련되어 리턴스프링을 지지하는 리테이너를 구비하고,
상기 밸브본체의 전방면에는 상기 리테이너를 향하여 돌출된 리브가 형성되어 상기 밸브본체의 전방면과 리테이너의 후방면 사이에 갭이 형성되는 배력장치의 진동 완화 구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 갭은 상기 리턴스프링의 일단이 지지되는 리테이너의 지지면과 마주하는 밸브본체의 전방면 사이에 형성되는 배력장치의 진동 완화 구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리테이너는 상기 리브와 결합되도록 절곡 형성된 절곡부를 갖추고, 상기 리브의 길이는 상기 절곡부의 깊이 보다 긴 길이를 갖도록 형성되는 배력장치의 진동 완화 구조. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 리브의 두께는 상기 절곡부의 폭 보다 작은 두께를 갖도록 형성되는 배력장치의 진동 완화 구조.
