Abstract
Description
도 2는 실시예 1의 첨착활성탄을 흡장분해촉매로서 사용하여 포름알데히드의 시간에 따른 흡장분해능력을 시험한 결과를 보여주는 그래프이다.
도 3은 산처리 활성탄, 선행기술의 첨착활성탄 및 본 발명의 실시예 1~3의 첨착활성탄을 흡장분해촉매로서 사용하여 암모니아의 시간에 따른 흡장분해능력을 시험한 결과를 보여주는 그래프이다.

Claims (8)
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 금속/커플링제/활성탄 복합체 또는 금속/활성탄 복합체의 제조 방법.
(1) 수계 매질에 유기금속계 커플링제 및 활성탄을 분산시키고,
(2) 결과된 분산액에 1종 이상의 금속화합물을 첨가하고,
(3) 결과된 혼합물을 건조하여 금속/커플링제/활성탄 복합체를 수득하고, 및
(4) 필요에 따라, 상기 건조된 생성물을 소성하여 금속/활성탄 복합체를 수득함.
- 제1항에서, 전술한 활성탄은 산처리 또는 알칼리처리된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 금속/커플링제/활성탄 복합체 또는 금속/활성탄 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에서, 전술한 유기금속계 커플링제는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속/커플링제/활성탄 복합체 또는 금속/활성탄 복합체의 제조 방법.

상기 식에서, RO는 가수분해기 또는 기질 반응성기로, 상기 R은 지방족 또는 방향족의 유기기이며, 탄소수 1 내지 14개이고,
Z는 알루미늄, 실리콘, 티타늄, 아연 및 지르코늄으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소이고,
X는 포스페이트, 피로포스페이트, 술포닐 또는 카르복실의 결합성 관능기이거나, 단순 연결기 (-O-R'Y)를 나타낼 수 있으며,
R'는 지방족 또는 방향족의 열가소성 작용기로서, 탄소수 4 내지 60을 가지며,
Y는 비닐, 알릴, 아크릴, 메타크릴, 메르캅토 또는 아미노의 열반응성 또는 열경화성 관능기이고,
n은 1 내지 3의 정수이다.
- 제1항에서, 전술한 유기금속계 커플링제는 유기티타늄계 커플링제이고, 활성탄을 기준으로 0.01~20 중량%의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속/커플링제/활성탄 복합체 또는 금속/활성탄 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 금속은 백금(Pt), 은(Ag), 구리(Cu), 철(Fe), 망간(Mn), 니켈(Ni), 코발트(Co), 금(Au), 바나듐(V), 루테늄(Ru), 티타늄(Ti), 크롬(Cr), 아연 (Zn), 팔라듐(Pd) 및 전이금속으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속/커플링제/활성탄 복합체 또는 금속/활성탄 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 방법에 따라 제조된 금속/커플링제/활성탄 복합체 또는 금속/활성탄 복합체.
- 제6항에 기재된 금속/커플링제/활성탄 복합체 또는 금속/활성탄 복합체로 된 흡장분해촉매.
- 제7항에 기재된 흡장분해촉매를 포함하는 물품.
