Claims (14)
- 해양 구조체(marine structure)로서,
- 외부 표면(50),
- 광원을 포함하는 부하(2, 20, 21, 22, 25)로서, 상기 부하는 AC 전원(1)에 의해 전력을 공급받도록 구성되는 제1 부하 단자(2a) 및 제2 부하 단자(2b)를 갖고, 상기 AC 전원(1)은 상기 표면(50)에 전기적으로 접속가능한 제1 AC 단자(1a) 및 제2 AC 단자(1b)를 갖는, 상기 부하(2, 20, 21, 22, 25),
- 상기 제1 부하 단자(2a)에 전기적으로 접속되는 제1 전극(3), 및
- 유전체 층(4)
을 포함하고,
상기 제1 전극(3)과 상기 유전체 층(4)은 상기 표면(50)과 조합되어, 상기 제1 전극(3)과 상기 표면(50) 사이에서의 전력의 용량성 전달(capacitive transmission)을 위한 커패시터(capacitor)(6)를 형성하도록 배열되고,
상기 제2 AC 단자(1b)와 상기 제2 부하 단자(2b)는 상기 표면(50)으로부터 절연되는 외부 전기 전도성 요소(10, 11)에 전기적으로 접속되도록 배열되고,
상기 제1 부하 단자(2a)는 상기 제2 부하 단자(2b)로부터 전기적으로 절연되는, 해양 구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 표면(50)은 배 선체(ship hull)의 적어도 일부인, 해양 구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 부하에 전력을 공급하기 위한 AC 전원(1)을 추가로 포함하는, 해양 구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 부하(2), 상기 제1 전극(3) 및 상기 유전체 층(4)을 보유하고 상기 배 선체(50)에 배열되도록 구성되는 캐리어(carrier)(80)를 추가로 포함하는, 해양 구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 부하(2)에 전기적으로 접속되고 AC 전원(1)에 전기적으로 접속되도록 배열되는 제2 전극(7)을 추가로 포함하는, 해양 구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 부하(2)는 물, 특히 해수인 상기 외부 전기 전도성 요소(10, 11)에 전기적으로 접속되도록 배열되는, 해양 구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외부 요소(10, 11)와 상기 부하 단자(2) 내에 배열되거나 상기 외부 요소(10, 11)와 상기 부하 단자(2)에 부착되는 전기 전도성 전류 안내 부재(current guidance member)(12)를 추가로 포함하는, 해양 구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외부 요소(10) 내에 배열되거나 상기 외부 요소(10)에 부착되는 DC 전력 라인(power line)(1d)을 추가로 포함하는, 해양 구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 부하(2, 20, 21, 22), 상기 제1 전극(3) 및 상기 유전체 층(4)을 수용하는 하우징(8)을 추가로 포함하는, 해양 구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
복수의 부하들(25a, 25b, 25c)을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 부하들(25a, 25b, 25c)의 제1 부하 단자들이 공통 제1 전극(3) 또는 별개의 제1 전극들(3a, 3b, 3c)에 병렬로 결합되고, 상기 복수의 부하들(25a, 25b, 25c)의 제2 부하 단자들이 공통 제2 전극(7), 별개의 제2 전극들(7a, 7b, 7c) 또는 상기 외부 요소(10, 11)에 병렬로 결합되는, 해양 구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 부하(20, 21, 22)는 LED 또는 UV-LED를 포함하는, 해양 구조체. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 부하(22)는 다이오드 브리지 회로(diode bridge circuit)(23)를 포함하고, 상기 광원(24)은 상기 다이오드 브리지 회로(23)의 중점들(23a, 23b) 사이에 결합되는, 해양 구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 부하(21)는 서로 역병렬(anti-parallel) 결합되는 제1 LED(21a) 및 제2 LED(21b)를 포함하는, 해양 구조체. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 배 선체(50)는 복수의 캐리어들(80)에 의해 덮이고, 2개 이상의 캐리어들(3)의 상기 부하들에 전력을 공급하도록 각각 구성되는 복수의 AC 전원들(1)이 제공되는, 해양 구조체.
