상기 스팽글에 코팅된 코팅막;
상기 코팅막의 표면에 형성된 후, 박리되는 보호필름;
피부착물에 구현하고자 하는 패턴의 형(形)을 따라 상기 핫 멜트의 이면에 형성된 절개선을 포함하며,
