Abstract
본 발명은 해수담수화 플랜트의 에너지 관리 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것으로, 해수담수화를 구성하는 단위 공정별 에너지 사용량 한계값을 설정하는 1단계; 인공신경망 모델을 이용하여 에너지 사용량 한계값에 도달하는 시간을 예측하고, 단위 시간별 예측값을 계산하는 2단계; 상기 1단계 공정별 에너지 사용량을 실시간으로 측정하는 3단계; 측정된 에너지 사용량의 1시간 평균값이 한계값에 도달했는지의 여부를 판단하여 한계값 이상인 경우 플랜트를 운전 정지시키고, 단위공정에 관한 세정을 수행한 후 다시 에너지 사용량을 측정하고, 한계값 미만인 경우, 에너지 사용량을 사용 용도에 따라 운송에너지량, 처리에너지량, 물리적 손실량, 전기적 손실량으로 분류하는 4단계; 에너지 사용량 예측값과 한계값을 6개 등급으로 분류하여 운전자에게 공지하는 5단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 해수담수화 플랜트의 에너지관리방법을 나타낸다.
