Abstract

The method for manufacturing an electroforming mold firstly forms a photosensitive layer on a substrate. The protrusion portion and the space portion go through sputtering, and a base electroforming workpiece is formed through electroforming in a sputtering portion. The electroforming workpiece is the electroforming mold.
