Abstract

본 개시의 예시적 실시예에 따라 저속 모드 및 고속 모드를 지원하는 이미지 센서는, 제1 및 제2 픽셀 그룹을 포함하는 픽셀 어레이, 저속 모드의 제1 구간에서 제1 픽셀 그룹의 제1 출력 신호 그룹이 출력되는 제1 출력 라인 그룹, 저속 모드의 제2 구간에서 제2 픽셀 그룹의 제2 출력 신호 그룹이 출력되는 제2 출력 라인 그룹, 제1 및 제2 출력 신호 그룹의 부하들을 각각 제공하고, 제1 및 제2 부하 제어 신호를 각각 수신하는 제1 및 제2 부하 회로 그룹, 및 제1 구간 중 적어도 일부 동안 제2 부하 회로 그룹이 디스에이블되도록, 제2 부하 제어 신호를 제공하는 제어 회로를 포함할 수 있다.
