Abstract
The present invention relates to a device for reciprocating and shaking a nozzle for pest control, and more specifically, to a device for reciprocating and shaking a nozzle for an unmanned pest control equipment for a plastic greenhouse which includes support frames formed at an upper part thereof in a length direction of the support frame and includes horizontal frames formed at a uniform interval. The device comprises: a driving motor which drives codirectionally; a crank and a crank holder which deliver a driving force; and a shaking gear which receives a driving force through the crank holder to convert a rotary motion into a shaking motion in a sector gear, delivers the converted shaking motion to a step gear, and delivers a driving force delivered from the step gear to a supply pipe, to perform reciprocating and shaking motions. Through the above components, the device can rotate the supply pipe by converting codirectional motions into reciprocating and shaking motions without the separate use of an electric device; by vertically adjusting the position of a motor fixing plate coupled to the driving motor, can adjust the rotation angle of the supply pipe to a desired angle. Accordingly, the present invention does not require the separate use of a motor requiring a rotational direction adjustment or a limit device; by using codirectionally rotating motors, can reduce the load and thereby reduce the risks of malfunction; can prevent the risks of electric shock due to electric devices; and can arbitrarily change to various rotational angles, and thus can simplify the configuration of the device, thus reducing the manufacturing cost.
