Abstract

The present invention relates to a pudding containing extracts of aronia, Cudrania tricuspidata, and blueberry, and a production method thereof. According to the present invention, by containing the extracts of aronia, Cudrania tricuspidata, and blueberry, the pudding improves taste and health. According to the production method, it is possible to produce pudding with optimized combination, thereby ensuring relatively excellent results on functional evaluation such as overall taste, color, and texture.
