Abstract
Description

For example, an HN mixed gas is used as an atmosphere gas in a heating furnace such as a plating line or an annealing line. HN mixed gas is supplied into the furnace at a pressure and a flow rate set by a mixed gas of hydrogen and nitrogen to remove oxygen (oxidizing gas) in the furnace.
HN mixed gas is composed of a hydrogen pipe supplying hydrogen and a nitrogen pipe supplying nitrogen, and nitrogen and hydrogen are mixed through piping and supplied to the inside of the furnace.
In the conventional case, even if there is a slight difference in the valve opening / closing time of the pipe for supplying hydrogen and nitrogen, the temperature difference and the flow rate in the pipe, the hydrogen is only introduced into the furnace without mixing in the pipe, And the coil is oxidized.

Hereinafter, the present embodiment will be described by taking as an example the case where the first gas is nitrogen and the second gas is hydrogen.
The
And a
The
Hydrogen transferred through the
The nitrogen in the
Hereinafter, the structure of the mixing portion will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. FIG.
In the present embodiment, the
In addition to the structure described above, the
The plurality of
The
The fixing portion may include, for example, a fixing
The
The
Thus, the
The
A plurality of the
Since the
4, the
The nitrogen introduced into the
The apparatus of the present embodiment is configured such that the nitrogen inside the
That is, the hydrogen ejected through the
In this process, nitrogen flows toward the inner circumferential surface of the inner hole of the
The mixed gas of nitrogen and hydrogen which has passed through the
While the illustrative embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, various modifications and alternative embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art. Such variations and other embodiments will be considered and included in the appended claims, all without departing from the true spirit and scope of the invention.
