Description

타력을 이용한 폐비닐 탈수기{Vis inertiae illustrate plastic waste dehydrator}{Vis inertiae illustrate plastic waste dehydrator}

The present invention relates to a waste vinyl dehydrator using a compression force, and more particularly, to a dehydrator for dehydrating a dehydrator so that moisture contained in the waste vinyl can be discharged by a striking force and a centrifugal force, The present invention relates to a waste vinyl dehydrator using a constituent force.

As we know, as the agricultural technology is developed, the vinyl used for vinyl houses and seeding is increasing every year. Since the vinyl which is increasing in this trend is inevitably limited in its lifespan, It is used as raw material.

In order to use the waste vinyl used for agriculture and the waste as the raw material for recycling, it is necessary to clean and dewater dirt such as soil buried in the waste plastic. A waste vinyl recycling apparatus for such a work is being developed.

The waste vinyl recycling apparatus comprises a waste vinyl cutting section for cutting waste vinyl to a predetermined size, a cleaning section for cleaning the soil and foreign matter on the waste vinyl, and a dehydration section for dehydrating water adhered to the washed waste vinyl First, the waste vinyl with soil and foreign matter is cut to a certain size, and the waste vinyl cut in this way is poured into a porous mesh basket. Then, the waste vinyl is squeezed by a basket, sprayed with water, So that a large amount of waste vinyl can be cleaned and dewatered in a short time.

As described above, the waste vinyl recycling apparatus configured to cut waste vinyl and perform cleaning and dehydration uniformly requires a lot of installation space, and since the washing and dehydration are consecutively performed, the uncleaned foreign matter is mixed with the waste vinyl So that it is impossible to remove the foreign substances adhering to the waste plastic.

Recently, a waste vinyl cutter for cutting waste vinyl into a predetermined size and a washing machine dehydrator have been separately manufactured and used.

Among conventional dehydrators, there is a dehydrator structure in which a dehydrating manganate is rotated and dehydrated by a centrifugal action. While a large amount of man power is required, the waste vinyl is superimposed on the inner wall of the dehydrating manganese, Water is not dehydrated and the dehydration efficiency is very poor.

In order to solve the disadvantages of the dehydrator described above, the dehydrator disclosed in the above-mentioned publication includes a dehydrating net and a screw installed in the dehydrating net to compress the waste vinyl injected into the dehydrating net into the waste vinyl by compressing the rotation of the screw However, since water in the waste vinyl is not discharged, it takes a lot of manpower and time for dehydration.

In addition, since the dehydration net is constructed so as to be assembled in the upper and lower portions, there are many problems in the structure for maintenance management such as difficulty in disassembling and assembling for repair.

공개)Korean Unexamined Utility Model Publication No. 20-1992-0005802 (published on February 24, 1992) 한국 공개특허 제10-2012-0024516호(2012년03월14일.공개)Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2012-0024516 (published on March 14, 2012)

Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem [8] Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a dehydrator which is configured to apply a striking force and a centrifugal force to waste vinyl to discharge water contained in washed vinyl- Thereby making it possible to greatly contribute to the recycling of the waste vinyl. Further, the wing installed on the rotating shaft constituting the dehydrator and the waste vinyl dehydrator configured to facilitate the replacement and maintenance of the dehydrating net The purpose is to provide.

A waste vinyl dehydrator using a force according to the present invention is provided with a frame for supporting a dehydrator and a supporting plate on both sides of the frame, and a dehydrating net having a waste vinyl inlet at the upper portion and a waste plastic outlet at the lower portion The dewatering net is formed by assembling the cylindrical body into four equal parts, forming a flange on the cylindrical body assembled as described above, and assembling three cylinders through a flange.

In the dewatering net constructed as described above, a rotary shaft is installed in the bearing housing, and a belt pulley is mounted on one side. The belt pulley is connected to a belt pulley and a belt of a driving motor. The rotary shaft is connected to a waste The impact wing for providing the impact force to the vinyl is mounted up to 2/3 by the screw line and the remaining 1/3 of the impact wing is mounted by the circumferential line and the cover is provided outside the dehydrated net .

As described above, according to the present invention, the water contained in the waste vinyl is discharged by the impact force and the centrifugal force during the cleaning, so that the waste vinyl does not stick to each other. Therefore, since the moisture between the waste vinyl is completely removed, There is an effect that the quality of vinyl is greatly improved.

In addition, when the wing attached to the rotating shaft constituting the dehydrator is damaged or the dehydration net is damaged, it is easy to replace and repair part, so that it is possible to obtain an economical advantage of reducing the maintenance cost.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a configuration of a waste vinyl dehydrator using a driving force according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The waste vinyl dehydrator using a force according to the present invention is characterized in that a frame 1 for supporting a dehydrator and a supporting plate 2 for sealing both sides of the dewatering net are provided on both sides of the frame 1, A dehydrating net 10 having a waste vinyl inlet 11 and a waste plastic drain 12 at the other side is installed.

The dewatering net 10 is composed of a cylinder 13 assembled in four parts in order to facilitate disassembly and assembly. A flange 14 is formed on the cylinder 13 assembled as described above, And three cylinders (13) are assembled through a through-hole.

A belt pulley 31 is mounted on one side of the dewatering net 10 so that the rotary shaft 20 is installed on the bearing housing 30 and is rotatable. The belt pulley 31 includes a driving motor 32, And the belt 20 is connected to the belt pulley 33 and the belt 34. The rotary shaft 20 is provided with a belt 11 which is provided at one side of the upper portion of the drop- The striking blades 21 are mounted up to 2/3 of the screw lines and the remaining one third of the striking blades 22 are mounted in a circumferential line so that the dehydrated waste vinyl can be discharged without moving, The cover (40) is provided outside the net (10).

Reference numeral 50 in the drawings denotes waste vinyl.

The operation of the waste vinyl dehydrator using the applied force according to the present invention will be described in detail as follows.

First, the waste vinyl 50, which has been cut through three seats (not shown) and washed through a cleaner (not shown), is disposed on the upper portion of the dewatering net 10 constituting the waste vinyl dehydrator using the present invention And drives the drive motor 32 while putting it in the waste vinyl insertion port 11.

The belt pulley 31 connected to the belt pulley 33 of the drive motor 32 and the belt 34 and the rotary shaft 20 connected to the belt pulley 31 are rotated.

When the rotary shaft 20 rotates as described above, the waste vinyl 21 is rotated by the impact blades 21 having the waste vinyl 50 charged into the inlet 11 up to 2/3 of the rotary shaft as a screw line, And at the same time, it strongly hits the inner surface of the dewatering net 10.

The water contained in the waste vinyl 50 charged into the inlet 11 is discharged to the outside of the dewatering net 10 while strongly bumping against the inner surface of the dewatering net 10 and the centrifugal force.

The waste vinyl which has been discharged in this way reaches the discharge vane 22 mounted on the circumference of about 1/3 of the rotary shaft and acts only on the centrifugal force so as to discharge the residual moisture from the waste vinyl to the outside of the dehydrated net 10, And is discharged to the waste vinyl outlet 12 formed in the lower portion of the waste plastic outlet 12.

If the water contained in the waste vinyl is discharged to the open end of the dewatering net, it will not be scattered because it hits the cover 40, and the damper or discharge wing 22 mounted on the rotating shaft is damaged, Since three cylinders are assembled through the flange 14 while the cylindrical dewatering body 10 is divided into four equal parts, the dewatering body 10 can be disassembled and assembled quickly and easily. It is possible to provide convenience.
