Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an advanced water treatment apparatus using a separation membrane using an immersion separation membrane for removing nitrogen and phosphorus, and more particularly, to an advanced water treatment apparatus using an immersion separation membrane and a stabilization tank at the front end of a bioreactor, The concentration of sludge in the concentrating tank and the removal efficiency of phosphorus are improved by minimizing the size of the concentrating tank and simplifying the structure of the concentrating tank by injecting the coagulant into the conveying sludge and the dissolved oxygen concentration in the returning sludge flowing into the bioreactor through the stabilizing tank The flow rate of the influent and sludge from the anoxic tank to the membrane separation tank is rationally designed to maintain the concentration of dissolved oxygen constant and to maximize the residence time of each reaction tank to maximize the treatment efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus Wherein the separation membrane It relates to an apparatus.
In recent years, there has been a growing interest in reuse of effluent water and treatment water. In addition to the removal of organic matter such as BOD by the secondary treatment facility of the conventional activated sludge process, removal of nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus is also required in the sewage treatment process .
As a result, the A2O process and the continuous batch reactor (SBR) have been used as advanced treatment processes with the function of removing nitrogen and phosphorus.
For example, the advanced water treatment apparatus to which the conventional A2O method is applied includes a screen, a flow rate adjusting tank, an anaerobic tank where phosphorus emission occurs, an anoxic tank where denitrification and organic matter removal occur, nitrification, phosphorus accumulation, And a sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation of sludge. The nitrification liquid in the aeration tank is internally transported to the anoxic tank, and the sludge in the settling tank is transported outside in the anaerobic tank to maintain the optimum microorganism concentration in the tank. In addition, the SBR is continuously operated in a single reactor (SBR reactor) in accordance with the arrangement of the predetermined time, such as the inflow of wastewater, the outflow of treated water, and anaerobic, anoxic, aerobic and sedimentation processes.
However, in such a conventional high-temperature water treatment apparatus, the quality of the treated water deteriorates as the sedimentation property of the sludge in the sedimentation tank becomes poor. Further, when the sedimentation property of the sludge in the sedimentation tank becomes poor, the microorganisms are mixed into the treated water and the quality of the treated water is degraded. Especially, during the winter when the water temperature drops, the quality of the treated water is unstable due to poor sedimentation property. Therefore, specialized management is required for influent load and water quality management.
To overcome this problem, a submerged membrane separation sewage elevation treatment process (MBR) has been proposed in which a membrane is immersed in an activated sludge aeration tank and a process for removing nitrogen and phosphorus is added in place of the settling tank.
This is because the treatment water is produced instead of the sedimentation tank by introducing the submerged separation membrane into the aerobic tank of the biological advanced treatment method, and there is no problem of deterioration of the treated water due to sludge floatation of the sedimentation tank as well as the settlement site because there is no sedimentation tank . In particular, MBR (membrane separation process) maintains the sludge concentration higher than that of the existing advanced treatment process and produces treated water through the membrane, which is advantageous in that the quality of treated water is good and stable.
3, the conventional membrane-separated high-altitude water treatment apparatus includes an
However, in the conventional membrane-separation aeration tank, contamination is formed on the surface of the membrane during the solid-liquid separation through the suction type submerged separation membrane. Therefore, air is excessively injected by the blower B provided at the bottom of the membrane. Thus, when the dissolved oxygen concentration of the membrane separation and aeration tank is maintained higher than the concentration required for the biological reaction, and the sludge having such a high dissolved oxygen concentration is transported through the return line to the anoxic tank, .
That is, in order to minimize the membrane contamination during the process of producing the treated water through the submerged membrane, air is supplied in a larger amount than the amount of air required for the microorganisms, so that the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the aerobic tank is kept high. Accordingly, when the sludge having a high dissolved oxygen concentration in the membrane separation aeration tank is returned to the anoxic tank through the return line as it is, the oxygen concentration in the anoxic tank is increased and denitrification of the nitrate nitrogen is not caused, The nitrate nitrogen concentration that is not reacted also reduces the proliferation of the PAOs microorganisms used to remove phosphorus and consequently the removal efficiency of phosphorus.
In addition, the conventional MBR methods have a complicated structure in which the mixed liquid is returned to the anaerobic tank by the inner conveyance and then returned to the anaerobic tank because the conventional MBR process can not properly remove the dissolved oxygen from the stabilization tank.
Conventionally, in order to overcome such a problem, there is a case where a deaeration tank or a stabilization tank for reducing dissolved oxygen is installed before the sludge of the membrane separation aeration tank is transported to the anoxic tank, or the separation membrane tank and the oxic tank are separately operated. There is a disadvantage that the advantage of performing solid-liquid separation with an immersion type membrane in place of the settling tank is offset.
In addition, conventionally, a stabilizing tank or a deaeration tank is placed at the downstream end of the separation membrane, and the concentration of dissolved oxygen is reduced by staying for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. However, when the sludge is conveyed using an underwater pump as in the prior art, dissolved oxygen is dissolved in the return water by the impeller of the underwater pump, so that the dissolved oxygen concentration is somewhat present in the anoxic tank and the nitrogen is not effectively removed. In addition, the sludge is introduced into the anoxic tank in the state that the sludge is disassembled by the impeller of the underwater pump. Unlike the aeration tank, the anoxic tank has a slow growth rate and low reactivity, so that the better the state of the sludge to be transported, .
The

A raw water supply line 29 for supplying raw water is provided between the flow
The supply line 31 is provided with a
The supply line 31 is provided with a
In addition, the aeration tank (7) and the membrane separation tank (8) are provided with aeration device not shown. The flow
Thus, the invention is characterized in that the thickening tank (3) and the stabilization tank (4) are installed at the front end of the bioreactor.
It is possible to reduce the size of the thickening
Accordingly, the concentration efficiency of the
Also, the supernatant of the
Accordingly, the present invention can increase the concentration efficiency of the
In addition, since the
In addition, in the conventional MBR method, the stabilization tank or the deaeration tank is provided at the downstream end of the separation membrane, and the concentration of dissolved oxygen is reduced for a certain period of time, and the sludge of the stabilization tank is returned to the anoxic tank through internal transportation. Therefore, the dissolved oxygen is dissolved in the transported water during the movement through the return line, so that the dissolved oxygen concentration is somewhat present in the anoxic tank, and the nitrogen is not effectively removed. However, according to the present invention, the
Accordingly, the present invention can minimize the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the return water, stabilize the sludge, and minimize the capacity of the
Meanwhile, in the present invention, a connection passage is appropriately installed between each reaction tank to smooth the flow of influent water and sludge, and to maximize the residence time of inflow water and sludge in each reaction tank.
1, a connecting
A T-shaped
The connection passages provided between the
In addition, depending on the concentration of dissolved oxygen in each reaction tank, the connection channels provided between the reaction tanks are alternately arranged at the lower and upper ends of the reaction tank, so that the concentration of dissolved oxygen in each reaction tank is kept constant and the interference of microorganisms between the reaction tanks is minimized .
That is, the
On the other hand, the
2, the membrane-separated high-altitude water treatment apparatus 1 according to the present invention has a rectangular shape as a whole, and four compartments are defined from the inflow side to the outflow side.
In the first compartment, a thickening tank (3) and a flow rate adjusting tank (2) are arranged. The wastewater or sludge does not move between the flow rate adjusting tank (2) and the thickening tank (3). Subsequently, in the second compartment, the
The filtered water filtered in the separation unit (17) of the membrane separation tank (8) flows into the discharge tank (9) through a suction pump (19). The sludge which has not passed through the
As described above, the membrane-separated high-altitude water treatment system 1 according to the present invention minimizes site area by compactly arranging each reaction tank, smoothes inflow water and sludge flow in each reaction tank, maximizes residence time, So that the concentration of oxygen can be kept constant.
Hereinafter, the operation of the membrane-separated high-altitude water treatment system according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG.
First, the raw water, which is wastewater flowing from the outside, flows into the flow
The wastewater flowing into the flow
The wastewater supplied to the anoxic tank (5) is mixed with the carrier liquid flowing in the stabilizer tank (4). In the
This is because a large amount of nitrate nitrogen in the mixed solution of microorganisms supplied from the stabilization tank 1 and a small amount of nitrate nitrogen contained in the wastewater supplied from the wandering tank 1 are supplied to the
Then, the mixed liquid of the anoxic tank (5) is introduced into the anaerobic tank (6) and mixed with the wastewater to be divided and introduced in the flow rate regulating tank (2). In the anaerobic tank (6), phosphorus release occurs. That is, in the absence of oxygen, the microorganisms accumulate in the cell with PHB (Poly - Hydroxyl Butyrate), which is the intermediate form of the polymer. In order to obtain the necessary energy in this process, intracellular ATP (Adenosine di - phosphate) Is converted to ADP (adenosine triphosphate) and releases H2PO4-.
Subsequently, when the mixed liquid in the
The nitrified mixture of the aeration tank (7) is introduced into the membrane separation tank (8). In the
When the organic pollutants and the phosphorus components are excessively consumed, only the suspended solids such as suspended solids and microorganisms are present in the
The suction pressure generated by the
During long-term operation of the submerged membrane separation advanced treatment facility, MLSS concentration, SS and phosphorus content in the
The conveying
The
Since the excess sludge containing the flocculant injected from the
Then, the treated water is supplied to the upper end of the
The reaction sludge of the
As described above, the membrane-separation high-altitude water treatment apparatus 1 according to the present invention is characterized in that the concentrating
This makes it possible to increase the concentration efficiency of the
In addition, since the
