Claims (20)
- 화학식 (R1)p-(L)q-Z의 화합물에 대하여 제조된 또는 상기 화합물 중 2개 이상의 혼합물에 대해 발생된 결합 파트너 (binding partner):
상기 식에서,
R1은 또는 H이고, 여기서 적어도 하나의 R1은 H가 아니고,
Y는 O, S, CR, 또는 NR4이고,

- 3-에피-25-하이드록시비타민(3-epi-25-hydroxyvitamin) D3에 특이적이며, 비-에피-비타민(non-epi-vitamin) D 화합물에 임의의 측정 가능한 정도로 결합하지 않는 항체.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 비-에피-비타민 D 화합물이 25-하이드록시비타민 D; 칼시디올(calcidiol); 1,25-디하이드록시비타민 D3; 1,25-디하이드록시 비타민 D4; 1,25-디하이드록시 비타민 D5; 및 1,25-디하이드록시 비타민 D6인 항체.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 항체 4G8 또는 항체 8F10으로서 확인된 항체.
- 에피머 비타민 D(epimeric vitamin D)를 함유하는 것으로 의심되는 샘플(sample)로부터 에피머 비타민 D를 분리하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법이 샘플을 포함하는 수성 매질을 제 16항에 따른 항체가 결합된 친화성 크로마토그래피(chromatography) 매질과 접촉시켜 에피머 비타민 D를 포획하고, 친화성 크로마토그래피 매질로부터 수성 매질을 분리하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
