Description

용기 회전장치 { sylinder Rotating equipment }
본 발명품은 용기회전장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 고압용기 내부 의 이물질을 제거하기 위한 용기 회전장치이다.
고순도가스 및 혼합가스 제조용으로 사용되어지는 고압가스 용기의 경우 용 기 내부의 이물질에 의하여 순도 및 농도에 영향을 미치게 되는데,이런 이 물질에 의한 변형을 막기 위하여 내부의 청결상태를 유지하는것이 대단히 중요한 작업이다.
고압가스 용기의 경우 용기와 밸브의 결합부위의 내경이 28mm 정도로 상당히 가늘어서 내부의 이물질을 제거하기가 어렵고 용기의 상부가 항상 위로 볼수 밖에 없는 형태 (상부가 타원형이라 용기를 뒤집어서 세워 둘수 없음)이어서 내부의 이물질을 효과적으로 외부로 나오게 만들어야 함.
상기와 같은 기술적 문제를 해결하기 위하여 용기를 뒤집어 세워야 내부의 이물질을 제거할 수 있다.
사람의 인력으로 용기를 뒤집어 고정시켜서 충격을 통하여 내부의 이물질을 제거하던 과정에서 기계장치르 이용한다면 인력낭비 및 시간낭비를 줄여 생 산성에 많은 영향을 줄것입니다.
상부의 용기 렉크링부위 고정판이 열림과 닫힘으로 용기의 상부를 고정시켜 측면의 고정가이드가 고압용기 전체를 고정시키고 중간의 베어링의 회전을 통하여 용기전체를 회전하여 용기의 상부를 아래쪽으로 향하게 한다, 이때 키플로를 이용하여 더이상 용기 회전이 일어나지 않게 정지시킨후 용기에 이물질 제거를 실시한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 장치의 상부에 위치한 용기 렉크링 고정부의 베어링을통하여 용기 회전이 이 루어진다.
    기계장치 본체의 베어링을 통하여 용기의 좌, 우측 회전을 가능하게 한다.
