The edge-type LED lamp according to the present invention includes: a light guide plate; an LED unit including a plurality of LEDs arranged along a side edge of the light guide plate and emitting light along the plate surface of the light guide plate; and a frame supporting the light guide plate and the LED unit with a plurality of frame members surrounding the light guide plate. At least one frame member includes a frame body with an illumination support unit formed to receive at least a part of the LED unit and a cover member forming the frame space by being combined with the frame body to be rotatably opened and closed. The frame body and the cover member include a rotation support unit and a rotation unit engaged with each other in a common rotation axis line, respectively. The cover member has a free end part in parallel to the rotation axis line and the free end part is arranged outside the rotation axis line.
