Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a water filter device, and more particularly, to a water filter device in which water supplied through an inlet port extends a flow path through a filter part to improve a water purification effect, and water is lost at intervals between the filter part and the case, The filter unit can be prevented from being discharged without passing through the filter unit, and the filter unit can be easily separated and replaced with water.
2. Description of the Related Art Generally, a variety of water supply devices including a shower are devices in which hot water and cold water are mixed and supplied at appropriate ratios to allow a user to use water at a desired temperature. For example, in the case of a shower, If there are fine particles such as various kinds of contaminants or odors such as residual chlorine or organic matter, as well as mainly large particles such as bars, sand, earth, and rust from the shower head, There was a problem of seriously harming health.
In order to solve this problem, a water filter device has been proposed. The water filter device according to the prior art has an external body to form a storage space therein, and an inlet port leading to the storage space is opened in the middle of the body A primary filtration unit detachably inserted into the storage space of the case and configured to primarily filter the water introduced into the storage space through the intake port, A secondary filtration means which is removably inserted coaxially inside the filtration means and is adapted to filter the primary filtered water by the primary filtration means and then discharge the water through the outflow port; And a cap which is detachably coupled to close the receiving space into which the primary and secondary filtering means are inserted.
BACKGROUND ART [0002] The background art of the present invention is disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1009654 (published on Jan. 19, 2011, entitled "Water purification filter device").
The water filter device according to the related art has a water inlet formed at a central portion of the case and a water outlet formed at one end of the case. Therefore, the water flowing in the direction adjacent to the water outlet is relatively short in the passage through the filtering means. It is difficult to sufficiently remove minute substances such as foreign matter or residual chlorine, and to discharge the water through the outflow port to improve the water purification effect.
In addition, since the filtration means of the conventional water filter device is seated on the integrated cap and inserted into the outlet port, the water is discharged at intervals between the filtration means and the integrated cap, and water can be discharged to the outlet port without passing through the filtration means There is a problem that it is difficult to increase the reliability of the water purification operation.
In addition, since the filtration means and the integrated cap are assembled so as to be in close contact with each other, it is difficult to separate and replace the filtration means and the integrated cap having different periods of replacement.
Therefore, there is a need for improvement.
The present invention can prevent the water from being discharged without passing through the filter portion due to the water being lost due to the gap between the filter portion and the case by extending the flow path through which the water supplied through the inlet portion extends. And an object thereof is to provide a water filter device capable of easily separating and replacing the filter part individually.
The present invention relates to a water purifying apparatus, comprising: a case having an inner space formed with an inlet through which water is introduced and an outlet through which water is discharged; A filter unit which is accommodated through the opening and that filters foreign substances or fine substances contained in the water supplied through the inlet; A plug member coupled to the opening to close the storage space; And a bypass section for bypassing water passing through the filter section so as to extend a flow path of water passing through the filter section, wherein the filter section has a hollow hole section for allowing water supplied through the inlet port to permeate into the inside from the outer wall, A hollow filter housed in the case; And a ceramic ball filled in the hollow hole such that foreign substances contained in the water or fine particles such as residual chlorine are filtered while the water having passed through the hollow filter is moved to the discharge port side along the hollow hole portion .
In addition, the bypass portion of the present invention includes a partition pipe inserted into the hollow hole portion to partition the hollow filter and the ceramic ball.
Further, the detour of the present invention may include: a first tread provided at one end of the partition pipe; And a second trough having a plurality of holes each having a diameter smaller than that of the ceramic ball and provided at the other end of the partition pipe.
Further, the present invention further includes a connection portion connecting the partition pipe to the discharge port to prevent water supplied through the inlet port from passing through the hollow filter and the case without passing through the hollow filter .
The connection portion of the present invention may further include: an insertion protrusion inserted into the engagement rib extending from the discharge port; A press-fitting rib integrally connected to the insertion protrusion and press-fitted into the partition pipe; And a seat portion extending from the partition pipe and on which the filter portion is seated.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the hollow filter is pressed toward the discharge port to prevent the water supplied through the inlet from passing through the gap between the hollow filter and the partition pipe without passing through the hollow filter, And a resilient pressing portion for closely contacting the partition pipe.
The elastic pressing portion of the present invention may further include: an inclined surface provided between the partition pipe and the seating portion; A pressure panel disposed between the plug member and the filter unit so that the edge of the hollow filter opposite to the inclined surface is deformed and pressed and pressing the hollow filter toward the slope; And a projection member provided on the stopper member and pressing the pressure panel toward the hollow filter.
The elastic pressing portion of the present invention may further include: an inclined surface provided between the partition pipe and the seating portion; And a protruding member provided on the stopper member and adapted to press the hollow filter toward the seat portion so that the edge of the hollow filter facing the inclined surface is deformed and closely contacted.
The water filter device according to the present invention bypasses the flow path of the water passing through the hollow filter so that the water is discharged through the discharge port after the water is passed from one end to the other end of the space part in which the ceramic ball is received, So that the foreign matter contained in the water can be more efficiently filtered.
In addition, the water filter device according to the present invention is provided with the elastic pressing portion for pressing the hollow filter toward the inclined surface of the partition pipe, so that when the plug portion is inserted after the filter portion is housed in the case, the hollow filter is brought into close contact with the inclined surface of the partition pipe There is an advantage that the hollow filter can be prevented from being discharged without passing through the hollow filter while passing water at intervals between the partition pipes.
In addition, in the water filter device according to the present invention, when the pressing force for pressing the hollow filter on the inclined surface is released, the hollow filter is unfolded by the elastic force of the hollow filter and is slightly moved away from the partition pipe. The partition pipe and the hollow filter can be easily separated and replaced so that the hollow filter and the ceramic ball filter having different replacement periods can be easily and individually replaced.
