Claims (5)
- 셰들아네모네피쉬의 인공종묘를 생산하는 방법에 있어서,
셰들아네모테피쉬의 암수를 친어조에 투입하는 단계(S100)와;
상기 친어조에서 셰들아네모테피쉬 암컷과 수컷이 동시에 방란 및 방정으로 수정된 수정란을 26℃~28℃를 유지하여 170시간 경과시켜 부화조에서 부화시키는 단계(S200)와;
상기 부화조에서 상기 수정란에서 부화된 자어(仔魚)를 수조로 옮긴후, 26℃~28℃를 유지하면서 상기 자어가 부화후 1일째의 먹이를 로티퍼(rotifer)로 급여하고, 상기 자어가 부화후 4~8일째의 먹이를 브라인쉬 림프(brine shrimp)를 급여하며, 상기 자어가 부화후 16일째의 먹이를 양식어의 초기배합사료를 공급하여 자어 사육단계(S300)와;
상기 자어를 치어사육수조로 옮겨 종묘용 치어로 성장 사육시키는 단계(S400)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 셰들아네모네피쉬의 인공종묘 생산방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 브라인쉬 림프(brine shrimp)는 갑각류 새각목의 절지동물, 사육하는 바닷물고기의 먹이로 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰들아네모네피쉬의 인공종묘 생산방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 양식어의 초기용 배합사료는 미립자사료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰들아네모네피쉬의 인공종묘 생산방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 치어의 상기 치어사육수조를 순환여과식 수조로 하여 상기 순환여과식 수조의 수온을 25℃~27℃로 유지하고, PH 8.0~8.2, 용존산소량 6.5~7.5로 유지하면서 사육하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰들아네모네피쉬의 인공종묘 생산방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 친어조는 합성수지재로 형성된 암반에 산란상을 만들어 상기 산란상에서 셰들아네모테피쉬 암컷과 수컷이 동시에 방란 및 방정을 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰들아네모네피쉬의 인공종묘 생산방법.
