Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a reinforcement head for preventing bending of a reinforcing bar,

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a rebar head, and more particularly, to a rebar head for preventing bending of a rebar which can minimize a bending phenomenon of a rebar by introducing a cap structure surrounding an end of the rebar.

Generally, reinforcing bars are arranged in formwork at various construction sites, concrete is poured, and curing is performed for a predetermined time. At this time, a bending phenomenon occurs in which the center portion of the reinforcing bar is struck down by its own weight. Accordingly, it is easy to complete the original concrete structure and other concrete structures in the course of curing by injecting concrete.

Further, since the reinforcing bars are protruded from the outer surface of the concrete by a predetermined length, there arises a secondary problem that safety can not be ensured in the construction site.

In the field, a plasma or other heat source is locally applied to both ends of a reinforcing bar, and then both ends of the reinforcing bar are hammered with a hammer or the like so as to be wider and blunt as a nail head. However, There is a problem that the time required for the operation and the additional costs are incurred.

In the meantime, a safety cap for reinforcing bars is disclosed in Korean Utility Model Application No. 20-2011-0011017 filed on the same date. The conventional safety cap of the reinforcing steel column is fitted to the end of the reinforcing bar installed inside the formwork. Formwork is a formwork which is a temporary structure that cures and supports the concrete structure until it reaches the desired strength by pouring the unhardened concrete in order to make the concrete structure a certain shape or size.

In addition, the conventional safety cap of the reinforcing steel column has a plate-shaped extension flange and a boss formed integrally at the center of the bottom of the expansion flange.

The expansion flange is slightly convexly curved upward. A circular first reinforcing rib is formed around the outer periphery of the boss portion and a second reinforcing rib radially extending from an outer circumferential surface of the boss portion to an end portion of the extension flange integrally. Further, the outer surface of the expansion flange can be formed by applying a luminous material to help secure a view at night.

In the insertion hole formed in the boss portion, four eccentric ribs having elasticity are formed to protrude toward the center inward. The eccentric rib is inclined at an angle ranging from about 5 to 30 degrees from the vertical and horizontal of the insertion hole. If the angle of the eccentric ribs is out of the range, it may become too loose when it is inserted into the rebar or it may not be attached to the rebar due to lack of elasticity.

Since the eccentric rib having elasticity is formed in the inserting hole of the boss portion so as to be inclined at a predetermined angle, the safety cap can be attached to the reinforcing bar regardless of the diameter of the reinforcing bar, at least if the diameter is smaller than the diameter of the inserting hole.

However, since the length of the safety cap of the conventional reinforcing bars is relatively short, there is a high possibility that the reinforcing bars will be separated from the safety caps, and the expansion flanges and the bosses are perpendicular to each other, .

In addition, the safety cap of the conventional reinforced concrete column is easily removed from the inserted reinforcing bar, and safety is not sufficiently secured due to the sharp end of the reinforcing bar during the fall of the worker during the operation of the reinforcing bar, and the safety cap of the conventional reinforcing bar is lost, Or when it falls into the mold, there is a problem that it is not easy to recover.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a rebar head for preventing bending of a reinforcing bar, which is inserted into and fixed to an end of a reinforcing bar to minimize a bending phenomenon of the reinforcing bars arranged for curing concrete structures at a construction site .

In particular, the technical object of the present invention is to provide a reinforcing head for preventing the bending of a reinforcing bar that delays or minimizes the bending phenomenon of the reinforcing bars through a structure in which the reinforcing bars come into close contact with the ends of the reinforcing bars.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a reinforcing head for preventing the bending of a reinforcing bar which can be mounted on an end of a reinforcing bar to prevent a safety accident such as an injury by a sharp part of the reinforcing bar.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a reinforcing head for preventing bending of a reinforcing bar, the reinforcing head surrounding the end of the reinforcing bar to prevent bending of the reinforcing bar, A cover having a housing and a housing head formed at one side of the housing to seal one side of the housing; A ring-shaped packing portion located at the other end of the housing; A ring-shaped engaging portion that engages with the cover portion with the packing portion interposed therebetween; And a fixing part for fixing the housing and the engaging part when the housing and the engaging part are threadedly engaged with each other, wherein elastic members are attached to the inner peripheral surface of the engaging part, and when an external force is applied to the reinforcing bars, And the elastic member is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the reinforcing bar to prevent the reinforcing bars from being separated from the cover part.

Here, a coupling protrusion extending toward the housing head is formed at an end surface of the coupling portion, and the coupling protrusion prevents the coupling portion from being detached from the housing when the coupling protrusion is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the housing.

Here, the inner diameter of the engaging portion is larger than the outer circumferential surface of the reinforcing bar, and is smaller than the housing head, so that the engaging portion secondarily prevents the reinforcing bar from being detached from the cover portion.

The housing protrusion is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the housing in a ring shape extending in the central axis direction of the housing, and the housing protrusions are formed on the inner circumferential surface of the housing while being spaced apart from each other.

According to the present invention, by fixing the cover portion to the ends of the reinforcing bars, it is possible to minimize the bending phenomenon of the reinforcing bars arranged to cure the concrete structure at the construction site.

According to the present invention, the bending phenomenon of the reinforcing bars can be delayed or minimized through the structure in which the cover portion is closely attached to the ends of the reinforcing bars.

According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent a safety accident such as an injury by attaching the cover portion to the end portion of the reinforcing bar, thereby being a sharp portion of the reinforcing bar.

[Rebar head]

FIG. 1 is a view showing a reinforcing head for preventing bending of a reinforcing bar according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2a is a view showing the cover of FIG. 1, FIG. 2b is a partial sectional view of FIG. FIG. 4 is a sectional view of a reinforcing head for preventing bending of a reinforcing bar according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a partial sectional view of FIG. 3.

A reinforcing head 100 for preventing bending of a reinforcing bar according to an embodiment of the present invention is a reinforcing head 100 that surrounds an end of a reinforcing bar 10 to prevent a bending phenomenon of the reinforcing bar 10, A packing portion 120, a coupling portion 130, and a fixing portion 140. [

The cover portion 110 may include a housing 111 and a housing head 112.

The housing 111 may have a tubular shape with both open sides, and the housing 111 may be made of a reinforced plastic material, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The inner diameter of the housing 111 is formed to be larger than the outer diameter of the reinforcing bars 10 so that the reinforcing bars 10 can be inserted.

Particularly, the inner diameter of the housing 111 is made larger than the diameter of the reinforcing bars 10 including the reinforcing bars 11 protruding from the reinforcing bars 11, which are regularly or irregularly formed along the outer peripheral surface of the reinforcing bars 10 .

The length of the housing 111 is preferably at least longer than the diameter of the housing 111. In order to minimize the bending phenomenon of the reinforcing bar 10, the length of the housing 111 is preferably 3 to 5 times larger than the diameter of the housing 111 .

The housing 111 surrounds both end portions of the reinforcing bar 10 and is integrally formed with the housing head 112 to be described later, thereby preventing the bending phenomenon of the reinforcing bars 10.

The housing protrusion 111a extends from the inner circumferential surface of the housing 111 in the central axis direction (i.e., normal direction) of the housing, and the housing protrusion 111a may be a ring shape.

The housing protrusions 111a are shown in FIG. 3 as being six, but they may be formed in six or more, and are disposed on the inner circumferential surface of the housing 111 while being spaced apart from each other. The housing protrusion 111a can prevent the reinforcing bar 10 from being detached from the housing 111 when an external force F is applied to the reinforcing bar 10. [ In other words, the reinforcing bars 11 are extended over the housing projections 111a to prevent the reinforcing bar 10 from being detached from the housing 111. [

The housing head 112 is formed on one side of the housing 111 to seal one side of the housing 111. More specifically, the diameter of the housing head 112 is formed to be larger than the diameter of the housing 111 as shown in FIG. The structure of the housing head 112 can prevent the central portion of the reinforcing bar 10 from being sagged or bent down due to its own weight when the reinforcing bars 10 are disposed to cross the ground recessed at the construction site have.

More specifically, the housing head 112 is fixed to both upper ends of the recessed ground, and the housing head 112 is integrally formed with the housing 111 into which the end of the reinforcing bar 10 is inserted. Therefore, It is possible to delay or minimize the bending of the central portion of the reinforcing bars 10 arranged so as to be bent.

The outer circumferential surface of the housing 111 in contact with the housing head 112 is rounded as shown in Figs. 1 and 2. When the bending phenomenon of the reinforcing bar 10 due to its own weight is to occur, The bending phenomenon of the reinforcing bar 10 can be minimized by preventing the housing 111 and the housing head 112 from being easily broken.

The packing part 120 is located at the other end of the housing 111 and is formed into a ring shape. More specifically, the packing part 120 is disposed between the upper end of the housing 111 and the engaging part 130 as shown in FIG. At this time, the packing part 120 may be a rubber ring of an elastic material, and other materials having elasticity and stretchability may be applicable.

Since the packing part 120 secures water tightness, rain or snow is prevented from flowing into the cover part 110 and the engaging part 130 at the construction site, Corrosion can be prevented.

The engaging portion 130 is engaged with the cover portion 110 with the packing portion 120 interposed therebetween, and has a ring shape. When an external force is applied to the reinforcing bar 10, the elastic member is brought into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the reinforcing bar 10, so that the reinforcing bars 10 are separated from the cover 110 Can be prevented in the first place.

More specifically, the inner diameter of the coupling portion 130 is larger than that of the outer peripheral surface of the reinforcing bar 10 and smaller than that of the housing head 112. Accordingly, the coupling portion 130 is formed such that the reinforcing bar 10 is separated from the cover portion 110 Thereby preventing secondary damage.

The engaging portion 130 is formed on the end surface of the housing 111 so that the engaging protrusion is in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the housing 111, .

The fixing part 140 fixes the housing 111 and the engaging part 130 as the housing part 111 and the engaging part 130 are threaded through the housing 111.

[Construction method of reinforced head]

A method of constructing a reinforcing head for preventing bending of a reinforcing bar on the end of the reinforcing bar 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.

First, the engaging portion 130 is inserted into both ends of the reinforcing bar 10 and then the packing portion 120 is inserted into both ends of the reinforcing bar 10 so that the packing portion 120 is in contact with one surface of the engaging portion 130.

Next, it is preferable that the cover portion 110 is sandwiched between both ends of the reinforcing bar 10, and both ends of the reinforcing bar 10 are in close contact with the housing head 112 at this time.

Next, the packing part 120 is brought into close contact with the cover part 110, the coupling part 130 is brought into close contact with the packing part 120, and the cover part 110 and the coupling part 130 are fixed with the fixing part 140 .
