Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a dust collecting apparatus, and more particularly, to a dust collecting apparatus capable of suppressing or preventing wear of a case unit housing an impeller.
Dust is generated when raw materials such as iron ore or coal are transported in steelworks or steelmaking processes. These dusts could harm the health of workers or contaminate nearby facilities. Therefore, in the workplace, dusts generated during the process are sucked and removed by a dust collector.
The dust collector is composed of an impeller for generating a dust flow and a casing for guiding the flow of the dust. When the impeller rotates and sucks air into the casing, dust is also sucked in with the air.
Dust can collide with the inner wall of the casing, especially dusts around the impeller due to the rotation of the impeller can more severely collide with the inner wall of the casing. At this time, the dust generated when the raw material such as iron ore or coal is transferred is relatively large and heavy. Therefore, the inner wall of the casing is likely to be abraded by collision with dust or friction.
Further, as time elapses, the worn portion continuously collides with the dust, and the casing may have a pore. Accordingly, the dusts sucked into the casing can be discharged to the outside through the portion where the pores are generated, and the peripheral equipment can be contaminated.
Conventionally, the steel plate was welded to the portion of the casing where the pore occurred, as a temporary measure. However, when the generated pore of the casing is large or the pore is difficult to approach, there is a problem that the maintenance work becomes difficult and the maintenance cost increases.
The present invention provides a dust collecting device capable of suppressing or preventing the case unit housing the impeller from being worn by dust.
The present invention provides a dust collecting apparatus which can easily replace the wear preventing member.
The present invention provides a dust collecting device that can extend the service life of the equipment and prevent environmental pollution.
The present invention provides a dust collecting apparatus comprising: a case unit forming a path through which dust moves; An impeller rotatably installed inside the case unit; A door unit installed in the case unit to open and close the opening of the case unit; And a wear prevention unit extended toward the impeller and connected to the door unit.
Wherein the door unit and the wear prevention unit are provided along a periphery of at least a part of the impeller.
The plurality of wear prevention units are different in extension length so as to surround the impeller corresponding to the rotation radius of the impeller.
The wear prevention unit includes a plurality of wear prevention members spaced apart from each other.
The distance between each end of the plurality of wear prevention members and the impeller is the same.
The wear prevention unit includes a plurality of protrusions protruding from the inner surface of the wear prevention member.
The case unit includes an outer layer and an anti-wear layer surrounding the inner wall of the outer layer.
Wherein the door unit comprises: a cover portion covering the opening; And a coupling unit for detachably coupling the case unit and the cover unit.
The cover portion includes a plate formed corresponding to the shape of the opening portion; And an insertion groove formed in an inner wall of the plate so that one end of the wear prevention member is removably inserted.
The insertion groove and the wear prevention member come into contact with three or more surfaces.
The engaging portion includes at least one of a fastening member for fastening the cover portion to the case unit and a magnet member provided between the case unit and the cover portion.
The door unit further includes a hinge portion for rotatably connecting the plate to the case unit.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of anti-wear units provided inside the case unit are disposed apart from each other, and dust can be accumulated in the space between the anti-wear units. The accumulated dust can protect the case unit from other dusts that have flowed into the case unit. Therefore, it is possible to suppress or prevent the case unit from being worn or pinched by the collision with the dust. Thus, the service life of the equipment can be prolonged, and the dust inside the case unit can be prevented from being leaked to the outside due to the pores, thereby preventing environmental pollution.
Further, the wear prevention unit is detachably supported by a door unit that covers the opening of the case unit. Therefore, when the wear-resistant unit is worn by the dust, only the worn-out wear-resistant unit can be detached from the door unit and can be easily replaced. Thus, maintenance and repair of the facility can be facilitated, and the service life of the facility can be improved.
