Description
The present invention relates to a multinominal water quality measuring apparatus having an antifouling ability, and more particularly, to a multinomial water quality measuring apparatus capable of preventing contamination of a sensor that simultaneously measures turbidity in water, residual chlorine, dissolved oxygen, electric conductivity and hydrogen ion concentration And an item water quality measuring device.
Turbidity, residual chlorine, dissolved oxygen, electrical conductivity, hydrogen ion concentration, etc. are used as indicators for water quality such as water, wastewater, and wastewater, and these items are being measured in various fields. Recently, it is a tendency to simultaneously measure various items by modularizing the sensor capable of measuring such water quality.
Such a multi-item water quality measuring device basically includes sensors for measuring each item, a water tank for contacting the sensor with water as the sample, an AD converter for converting signals of the sensor, And a microcontroller unit functioning as a microcomputer.
Korean Patent No. 10-1030980 discloses a method for measuring the quality of water such as temperature, pH, turbidity, residual chlorine concentration, and electrical conductivity by drawing water to be measured into a measuring instrument, When the number of measurement samples is supplied to the measurement sensor unit, the measurement sensor unit including the digital sensor conversion unit converts the sensed water quality measurement data into digital signal data and stores a unique correction factor for each sensor, When the measurement signal is transmitted to the main control unit through the digital serial communication bus, the measured data is stored in the internal memory for a predetermined period of time. At the same time, the measured data is transmitted to the serial communication line A main control unit for transmitting data to the data collection server side The water including a serial communication bus system of the sensor has been developed for measuring items.
Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0995677 discloses a water treatment system including a measurement unit having a plurality of measurement sensors for measuring water quality related information of water, a controller unit for transmitting information processed from the data acquisition unit through data communication with an external device, A multi-item multi-function water quality measurement system has been developed which is composed of an automation control unit, a power supply unit, a switch unit, and a data transmission / reception unit for performing communication and transmitting control commands to the measurement unit and the data collection unit.
The multi-item water quality measurement sensor can acquire stable data at initial installation. However, if the measurement is continued using the actual sample, the performance of the sensor may deteriorate due to the attachment of the microscopic suspension contained in the sample to the sensor or the attachment of the biofilm. Therefore, when the multi-item water quality measuring sensor is installed and operated, it is difficult to periodically clean the sensor using the human force.
The present inventors have made efforts to improve maintenance of multi-item water quality measurement sensor. As a result, when the compressed air is sprayed on the surface of the water quality sensor periodically and the surface of the water quality sensor is sterilized with a UV lamp, Can be minimized, and the present invention has been completed.
The main object of the present invention is to prevent the sensor from being contaminated by floating matters and biofilm when water quality monitoring is performed by using a water quality sensor such as turbidity, residual chlorine, dissolved oxygen, hydrogen ion concentration, electric conductivity, And to provide a multi-item water quality measuring device capable of stably obtaining data.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a water treatment apparatus comprising (a) a measuring water tank containing water; (b) a sensor unit comprising a plurality of water quality measurement sensors installed in the measurement water tank for measuring water quality information of the water; (c) a compressed air cleaner for spraying compressed air on the surface of the water quality measuring sensor; (d) a UV sterilizer installed in the measuring water tank to prevent biofilm formation on the surface of the water quality sensor; And (e) an electronic part for calculating a signal of the sensor part and sending out the measurement result to the outside.
In the present invention, the water quality measuring sensor is configured to measure the pH of the water, the oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), the dissolved oxygen (DO), the electric conductivity, the active sludge suspended solids concentration (MLSS) ), Turbidity, Sodium concentration, and residual chlorine concentration.
In the present invention, the compressed air cleaner may include an air compressor for generating compressed air; A pressure reducing valve for regulating the pressure of the compressed air generated in the air compressor; A compressed air distribution pipe for conveying compressed air; And a spray nozzle coupled to the compressed air distribution pipe for spraying the compressed air to the surface of the water quality sensor.
In the present invention, the injection nozzle of the compressed air cleaning portion is located below the sensor portion provided inside the measurement water tank.
In the present invention, the injection nozzle of the compressed air cleaning part has a spraying angle of 30 to 70 ° and is characterized in that compressed air is injected at a water pressure of 3 to 5 kg / cm 2 .
In the present invention, the UV sterilizer includes a UV lamp, and is mounted on the lower portion of the measuring water tank.
In the present invention, the electronic unit may include a signal processing conversion unit for digitizing the water quality information measured by the sensor unit; A microprocessor for processing data transmitted from the signal processing conversion unit; And a display for displaying processed data values.
In the present invention, the electronic part is characterized by adjusting the operation of the compressed air cleaning part and the UV sterilizing part.
When the water quality is measured using the multi-item water quality measuring device of the present invention, labor and time required for maintenance of the measurement sensor can be reduced, and thus it can be widely used in various fields such as water purification plant, sewage treatment plant, river, have.
