Dietary allergies, on the other hand, are immunological reactions to certain foods, and the gastrointestinal tract is more common in infants and young children. In other words, even though it is a food that does not cause any reaction in a normal person, it shows a sensitive symptom such as gastrointestinal allergy, migraine, eczema, urticaria, bronchial asthma, and seizure. In the management of patients with food allergies, it is very important to accurately understand the ingredients contained in the food for accurate diagnosis and treatment, and to suggest alternative foods and proper diets to meet the necessary nutrients.

As an alternative to eating allergies, it is best to remove food that does not cause the food to be consumed. However, there is a problem in foods that are sold at restaurants that food ingredients are not listed and are difficult to identify.
