Description

A ventilating fan

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a ventilation apparatus, and more particularly, to a ventilation apparatus that can be adapted to a height of a window frame and can control intake and exhaust.

Generally, the ventilation device is a device for exchanging the indoor air with the outdoor air. The ventilator is installed in a variety of spaces, for example, it is often used in a commercial store used by an unspecified number of people. Especially, it is installed in a place where odor is likely to occur or where air quality is important. Ventilators are installed in living rooms, kitchens, and toilets to keep indoor air comfortably at home.

The ventilation system uses a method of forcibly discharging air by using a fan. That is, the air in the room is discharged outdoors by using the suction force generated when the fan rotates, and the outside air is naturally introduced into the room through another passage.

Typically, the ventilation system is installed in a window or a wall. For example, a space for installing a ventilation device on a wall or a window is provided, and a fixed frame or the like capable of installing a ventilator is fixed to the installation space, thereby fixing the ventilator to the fixed frame.

According to the prior art, Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 10-2007-0024860 discloses a ventilation apparatus which is provided through forced exhaust of internal air and natural intake of external air. In the forced ventilation device for exhausting the inside air in the above-described ventilator, a blowing fan for feeding the same direction to one motor shaft is attached to both sides (double) of the motor to reduce the resistance of the motor, Wherein the natural air intake device has a filter layer and is configured to include an anion and far infrared ray emission filter layer and a fragrance emission filter layer to provide an anion and a far infrared ray and a soft natural fragrance to the room, Is discharged to the outside.

In the ventilating apparatus of the related art as described above, air is forcibly blown by using a fan when the indoor air is discharged to the outside, but the outdoor air is introduced into the room naturally, and thus the air can not circulate smoothly. Also, although a dual fan is used, there is a problem that the blowing efficiency is lowered because only one motor is used.

On the other hand, another ventilator according to the prior art is shown in Fig. Referring to the drawings of FIG. 1, the first and second ventilating apparatuses 10a and 10a are connected by the auxiliary connector 60, (10) is provided on the frame (30) of the window frame (20).

In the above-described conventional art, since the ventilation devices are installed on the upper and lower portions of the auxiliary connector 60, the auxiliary connector 60 needs to have a different size according to the height of the window frame 20. Also, since the first and second ventilating apparatuses 10a and 10b only operate to discharge air, there is a problem that indoor air can not flow smoothly.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a ventilating apparatus capable of solving the problems of the prior art and improving the ventilation efficiency.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a ventilating apparatus capable of not only promoting ventilation due to the convection phenomenon of the room by simultaneous intake and exhaust but also assisting in cooling and heating.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a ventilation apparatus that can be installed regardless of the size of a window frame and is easy to handle.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention,

A lower case having an inlet port formed therein;

A hollow insertion part fixed to the upper part of the lower case;

An upper case having a hollow insertion portion formed therein so as to be able to move up and down with respect to the lower case,

A first fan installed in the lower case; And

And a second ventilator provided in the upper case.

According to an aspect of the present invention, the upper end of the spring installed in the insertion portion contacts the upper partition wall provided in the upper case, so that the lifting and lowering of the upper case relative to the lower case can be resilient.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is further provided an air purifying filter and a heater or an ice pack, which are installed in the lower case and disposed in the air suction path from the air inlet of the lower case to the first ventilator.

According to another aspect of the present invention, the lower case further includes a harmful insect attractant lamp adjacent to the second ventilator.

According to another aspect of the present invention, the lower case is provided with a control panel, and the control panel is provided with a display for temperature and humidity display, a switch for power supply and shutoff, and a speed adjustment dial for the fan.

According to another aspect of the present invention, a backwash prevention lid is installed at an exhaust port of the upper case.

The ventilating apparatus according to the present invention can improve the ventilation efficiency of the room by providing ventilators for ventilation and intake. In addition, it is possible to suppress the inflow of contaminated air into the room through the air purifying filter provided in the ventilating apparatus, and to raise the temperature of the air introduced into the room in advance by operating the heater when the air temperature is cold.

Meanwhile, the ventilating apparatus according to the present invention may include a case that can be stretched or shrunk to fit the height of the installation place, for example, regardless of the height of the window frame.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will be described in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings.

2 is a schematic exploded perspective view of an embodiment of the ventilating apparatus according to the present invention.

Referring to the drawings, the ventilating apparatus of the present invention includes a lower case 100 having an air inlet 102 (see FIG. 3), a hollow insertion part 150 fixed to the upper part of the lower case 100, An upper case 200 having an exhaust port 202 and a lower case 100 installed in the lower case 100 by being inserted into the upper case 100 by being inserted into the lower case 100, 210) and a second ventilator (220) installed in the upper case (200).

The lower case 100 is provided with an inclined surface 101 and the first ventilator 210 is formed in the opening 200b formed in the inclined surface 101. [ The first ventilator 210 is an intake ventilator and serves to draw outside air into the room through the intake port 102 formed on the back surface of the lower case 100, as shown in FIG.

The lower case 100 is preferably provided with a control panel 110. The control panel 110 may be provided with a display 110a, one or more dials 110b, a switch 110c, and the like. The display 110a may display temperature and humidity, and the one or more dials 110b may be used to adjust the speed of the fan, the temperature of the heater (H, FIG. 2), for example. Also, the one or more switches 110c may be used for turning on and off the power supply to the fans 210 and 220, and for turning on and off the power supply to the heater H. In addition, the control panel 110 may include a main power switch and an infrared receiver of a remote controller.

The insertion portion 150 is inserted into a lower space formed in a lower portion of the upper case 200. In the upper case 200, an upper portion is closed with a partition 200b and a lower open space is formed, and the insertion portion 150 enters into the corresponding space.

The upper case 200 can be raised and lowered with respect to the lower case 100 as the insertion portion 150 enters the inner space of the upper case 200. [ That is, the upper case 200 can be raised to such an extent that the mutual coupling relation between the upper case 200 and the insertion part 150 is not separated, and the upper case 200 can be lifted up until the upper end of the insertion part 150 contacts the partition 200b. The case 200 can be lowered.

A spring 160 is embedded in the insertion portion 150. The lower end of the spring 160 is supported by the lower partition wall 150b formed in the insertion portion 150 and the upper end of the spring 160 is supported by the partition wall 200b. Accordingly, the spring 160 serves to push up the upper case 200.

Due to the construction of the inserting part 150, the spring 160 and the upper and lower partitions 150b and 200b, the ventilation device of the present invention can be installed irrespective of the height of the window frame. For example, when the height of the window frame is small, the spring 160 can be contracted by pressing the upper case 200, and the ventilation device can be installed.

Conversely, when the height of the window frame is high, the upper case 200 is lifted by allowing the spring 160 to relax, and thus can be adapted to the height of the window frame. That is, the upper case 200 can be raised or lowered along the bi-directional arrow indicated by the reference sign A.

An inclined surface 201 is formed on the front surface of the upper case 200 and a second ventilator 220 is installed on the opening 200a formed on the inclined surface 201. [ The second ventilator 220 is, for example, a ventilator for ventilation.

Although it is not shown in the drawing, it is preferable that the upper case 200 is provided with a lamp for attracting harmful insects adjacent to the installation point of the second ventilator 220. For example, when all the lamps in the room are turned off, the insects are attracted to the second ventilator 220 by the light from the insect attractant lamp, and the harmful insects are discharged to the outside by the wind force of the second ventilator 220 . The insect attractant lamp is preferably a lamp that emits light of a particular wavelength that insects like.

2, it will be appreciated that the spring 160 allows the upper case 200 to be pushed up or down.

In the meantime, the lower case 100 is provided with an intake port 102 on the rear surface thereof, and the external air from the intake port 102 is introduced into the room by the first fan 210 through the filter F and the heater H . The filter F is installed in the air flow path inside the lower case 100 to filter the fine contaminants contained in the air.

The heater (H) is installed in the air flow path inside the lower case (100) to heat the air. Although it is not shown in the drawing, by forming a space in which the ice pack can be inserted instead of the heater H in the air flow path inside the lower case 100, the temperature of the outside air can be lowered to the room.

An anion generator (not shown) may be provided inside the lower case 100. Anions generated from the negative ion generator (not shown) may be introduced into the room through the first ventilator 210 along the flow of air.

It is preferable that the upper case 200 is provided with an exhaust port 202 on the rear surface thereof and the exhaust port 202 is covered with the anti-reverse lid C. The counter-airbag cover C is opened when the room air is discharged to the outside by the second ventilator 220, but is closed when the outside air is introduced into the room. For example, the upper portion of the light and thin plastic plate can be rotatably installed on the upper end of the air outlet 202, thereby constituting the backward-flow preventing lid C.

In the drawing, the arrow B indicates a flow path of air sucked from the outside to the inside of the room. The outside air can be introduced into the room through the filter (F) and the heater (H) by the first ventilator (210).

In the drawing, the arrow D indicates a flow path of air exhausted from the room to the outside. The indoor air can be discharged to the outside through the exhaust port 202 by the second ventilator 220.

As described above, the air introduced into the room by the first ventilator 210 is not only the contaminant is removed by the filter F, but also the air whose temperature is suitably raised by the heater H. [ Since the air flow (B) is somewhat heated air, even if it flows into a relatively low height, it is raised by the convection action of the room.

The inflow air may be discharged to the outside through the second ventilator 220 after circulating the indoor space. That is, the air heated by the room temperature is raised and blown to the outside by the action of the second ventilator 220. As a result, an active convection action can occur in the room, and it is also helpful for heating (for a heater) and for cooling (when using an ice pack instead of a heater).

FIG. 4 shows a state in which the ventilation device according to the present invention is installed on a window. The ventilator may be simply installed in the window frame with a portion of the glass window open. The upper case can be raised or lowered with respect to the lower case to match the height of the window frame as described above. Therefore, a simple and easy installation can be achieved.
