Specifically, the lacquer adhesive film according to the present invention includes a coating layer formed by mixing liquid lacquer and liquid rubber, a plastic film having one side coated with the coating layer, and an adhesive layer coated with an adhesive on the other side of the plastic film. The lacquer adhesive film of the present invention has improved flexibility and can be bent and attached even when the outer surface of the product is a curved surface or a curved surface.
Description
The present invention relates to a lacquer adhesive film and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a lacquer adhesive film which can be flexibly attached to an outer surface of a curved or curved product and a method of manufacturing the same.
When the cuticle of Rhus verniciflua is wound, grayish white liquid comes out. It is used as it is applied or dried ('lacquer') on the outer surface of various life products with the raw liquid lacquer as it is or processed. It has excellent resistance to salt, heat, waterproof, impact resistance, insulation, antibacterial, deodorization and durability when lacquering the product. After coating, the product is coated with elegant and beautiful colors. .
Therefore, lacquer has been used not only for the manufacture of daily necessities such as chests, statues, and bowls but also for the cultural heritage that has been preserved to date, such as the eighteenth-century Tripitaka Koreana and Koguryo tomb murals. The excellent properties of lacquer have been widely known and have been studied for application as a product.
Lacquer is generally painted on a flat surface such as wood, glass, stone, metal plate and plastic plate. The position of the product to be lacquered should be a curved line rather than a flat surface, and a lacquer should be manually applied by hand using a brush on the bent portion. This is because when the coating liquid is applied to the product and dried, the coating liquid is cured and hardened. When the liquid is cured on the curved or bent part of the product, the coating liquid is not flexible and easily cracked or cracked.
On the other hand, when lacquering is applied to a product manufactured by injection molding, it is necessary to heat for a long time at 150 to 250 ° C for 20 to 30 minutes to dry the chilled liquid. In this drying process, the product is deformed or discolored by heat. To solve this problem, there is a room temperature drying method in which the humidity is controlled at room temperature (20 to 45 ° C) (relative humidity is 60 to 80%) and dried and cured for 6 to 48 hours. However, the drying method at room temperature has a problem in mass productivity due to a long drying and curing time, and requires a large space for drying and curing.
In order to improve the mass productivity, Patent Document 1 of the prior art discloses a lacquer adhesive film which can be adhered to a product. The lacquer adhesive film is applied to one side of a paper or fiber and then dried. However, paper and fiber have limited water resistance (property that does not absorb liquid) and waterproof property (property that does not allow liquid to penetrate or infiltrate), and the application to industry is limited. In the process of applying liquid adhesive, Or a part of the chilled liquid separated and dried by the fibers may be mixed with the adhesive, or the waterproof property of the manufactured product may be deteriorated so that the liquid material may seep into or leach out.
Therefore, it is possible to improve the flexibility of the dried and cured chalk to improve the productivity, and it is possible to adhere to not only the flat surface of the product but also the bending part or the curved part. A manufacturing method is desperately needed.
Accordingly, the present inventors have conducted various studies to solve the above problems. As a result, the inventors of the present invention have found that when a coating layer of a liquid lacquer and a liquid rubber is coated on one side of a plastic film and an adhesive layer is formed on the other side, .
The lacquer adhesive film according to the present invention has improved flexibility, water resistance and water resistance and is suitable for mass production.
Accordingly, it is a first object of the present invention to provide a lacquer adhesive film having improved flexibility.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a lacquer adhesive film which is improved in mass productivity and is suitable for mass production.
In order to achieve the above object, the lacquer adhesive film according to the present invention comprises
A coating layer cured by mixing liquid lacquer and liquid rubber;
A plastic film whose one surface is coated with the coating layer; And
And an adhesive layer formed by coating the other surface of the plastic film with an adhesive.
The method for producing the lacquer adhesive film according to the present invention comprises
Mixing and stirring liquid lacquer and liquid rubber to prepare a coating liquid;
Coating the coating solution on one side of the plastic film; And
And coating an adhesive on the other side of the coated plastic film.
The lacquer adhesive film according to the present invention is excellent in bending strength and elongation, including a coating layer containing liquid rubber in liquid lacquer. Therefore, the lacquer adhesive film of the present invention can be attached to the curved or curved surface of the product.
In addition, the method of producing the lacquer adhesive film according to the present invention requires flexibility in the lacquer adhesive film in order to move or wind the lacquer adhesive film in mass production. Since the coating layer contains the liquid lacquer and the liquid rubber, Production is possible.

The liquid rubber includes natural latex, synthetic rubber, depolymerized rubber, reclaimed rubber, dissolved synthetic rubber and a mixture of at least one of them. The molecular weight of the liquid rubber is preferably 500 to 900,000, and it is difficult to improve the flexibility of the varnish when the molecular weight is out of the range. The liquid rubber may be, for example, natural rubber, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, polysulfide rubber, silicone rubber, urethane rubber, acrylic rubber, styrene- But are not limited to, chloroprene rubber, fluororubber, hyphalone rubber, and mixtures thereof.
The coating layer prepared by mixing liquid rubber with liquid lacquer improves flexibility, which is a defect of traditional lacquer. Here, the flexibility refers to an excellent physical strength and a flexural strength that is not broken when folded by an external force, so that the outer surface of the product adheres to a non-flat bending portion or a curved portion and is bent It refers to a property that can be. When the liquid rubber added with the liquid rubber is cured to form the coating layer, the liquid rubber dispersed in the liquid rubber lacquer gives unique flexibility.

Hereinafter, various embodiments of the method of manufacturing the lacquer adhesive film of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
First, the liquid lacquer and the liquid rubber are mixed and stirred to prepare a coating liquid. Liquid lacquer and liquid rubber are put into a container and mixed and stirred. When mixed, the liquid lacquer may be mixed with 70 to 95% by weight of liquid lacquer and 5 to 30% by weight of liquid rubber based on the total weight of the coating liquid. When the content of the liquid rubber is less than 5% by weight, it is difficult to improve the flexibility of the varnish. When the content of the liquid rubber exceeds 95% by weight, the content of the varnish decreases and it is difficult to maintain the inherent antibacterial property, deodorant property and storage stability.
When stirring, the stirring speed may be 10 to 500 rpm for 5 to 90 minutes. Preferably, the stirring speed may be varied in a stirring process. The stirring may be performed by a primary mixing step in which the stirring is performed at a stirring speed of 10 to 30 rpm at a low speed for 10 to 60 minutes, and a secondary mixing step is performed at a high speed stirring speed of 100 to 500 rpm Can be performed. When the stirring process is carried out at a different stirring speed, the liquid rubber is more uniformly dispersed in the liquid lacquer, so that uniform flexibility can be ensured throughout the coating layer.
When mixing and stirring liquid lacquer and liquid rubber, a colorant, an anti-caking agent, a far-infrared ray emitting material and the like may be added in order to add various functions to the coating layer. For example, when natural rubber (Latex) is used as the liquid rubber, the liquid lacquer may be solidified. To prevent this, a small amount of ammonia water may be added to adjust the pH.
Further, the colorant includes an inorganic colorant, an organic colorant, a dye, and a pearl pigment. It is preferable to add a coloring agent so that the coloring agent can be contained in an amount of 0.5 to 10% by weight based on the total weight of the coating liquid. When the amount of the colorant is less than 0.5% by weight, it is difficult to express different colors when considering the intrinsic color of the liquid lacquer and the liquid rubber. If the coloring agent is more than 10% by weight, color development may be free, , It is difficult to secure the inherent antimicrobial property, deodorizing property and preservability of liquid lacquer and it is difficult to expect flexibility.
The far-infrared ray emitting material includes a powder of ferrite, yellow earth, germanium, and gangue gypsum, and the far-infrared ray emitting material may contain 2 to 8% by weight based on the total weight of the coating liquid. When used within the content range of the far-infrared ray emitting material, the far infrared ray emitting effect can be obtained at the same time while securing the flexibility of the lacquer adhesive film.
The prepared coating liquid is coated on a plastic film. The method of coating the coating solution on the plastic film is not particularly limited as long as it is a method capable of coating the liquid solution on the plastic film, and examples thereof include a comma roll coating, a comma reverse coating, a gravure coating, a gravure reverse coating, , Blade coating, knife coating, air knife coating, slot die coating, slide die coating, dip coating, die coating method, spray coating and the like can be used.
In order to improve the adhesion between the plastic film and the coating layer when the coating solution is cured on the plastic film to form the coating layer, a plastic film whose surface has been modified with a primer, a plastic film having a surface roughness given by sandblasting, A film can be used. In addition, the plastic film can use a corona-treated film having increased surface wettability (enhanced adhesion strength) by electric discharge.
The plastic film coated with the coating solution may be further subjected to heating, drying and cooling processes. The plastic film coated with the coating liquid can be heated, for example, in an oven at 100 to 250 ° C for 1 to 50 minutes.
Preferably, the plastic film coated with the coating liquid in an oven at 150 to 200 ° C for 2 to 5 minutes can be heated and dried. The heating and drying conditions are suitable for controlling the water content of the coating liquid including lacquer, It is suitable to adjust to 10 ~ 90μm.
However, the heating temperature and the drying time may be variously changed in consideration of the material of the plastic film. For example, heating and drying should be carried out at a temperature lower than the melting point of the plastic film. When the moisture of the film or the coating liquid is to be controlled by heating and drying, the heating and drying are carried out at a temperature significantly lower than the melting point , The heating and drying time can be adjusted to be long.
Then, the plastic film on which the coating layer is formed is cooled to stabilize the shape of the layer. The cooling may be performed at room temperature (20 to 25 ° C). In order to improve the mass productivity, the plastic film having the coating layer formed thereon may be passed through a cooling device that maintains 5 to 19 ° C for cooling.
The adhesive is coated on the other side of the plastic film. The adhesive may be at least one of an acrylic adhesive, a styrene butadiene rubber adhesive, an epoxy adhesive, a polyvinyl alcohol adhesive, a polyurethane adhesive, a silicone adhesive, a polyamide adhesive, a polyimide adhesive, a polyvinyl acetate adhesive, Can be used.
As a specific example, an adhesive is applied to the upper surface of a release paper having no adhesive property to a predetermined thickness, followed by heating and drying. The heating and drying time can be varied according to the components of the adhesive. For example, when an acrylic adhesive having a molecular weight of 800,000 is used, it can be heated and dried at 100 ° C for 2 minutes. The lacquer adhesive film of the present invention can be produced by attaching the heated and dried release paper and the adhesive to the other surface of the plastic film.
After attaching the heated and dried release paper to the plastic film, a further aging step can be carried out. For example, the aging step may aged the lacquer adhesive film for 24 hours at 50-70 < 0 > C room.
In the above description, the coating liquid is coated on the plastic film and then the adhesive is attached to the plastic film. However, the coating liquid may be coated on the plastic film after the adhesive layer is attached to the plastic film.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
<Examples>
4 kg of liquid lacquer having the impurities removed was added to a low-speed stirrer stirring at a speed of 20 rpm. Then, 800 g of the liquid rubber was added to the low-speed stirrer, and the mixture was stirred for 30 minutes to carry out the primary mixing.
The mixture of the primary mixed liquid lacquer and the liquid rubber was transferred to a high-speed stirrer and secondary mixing was carried out at a stirring speed of 150 rpm for 8 minutes to prepare a coating solution.
The coating solution was applied to a polyester film (V7200, SK Chemicals Co., Ltd.) having a thickness of 80 占 퐉 coated with a primer using a Comma coater coating equipment to a thickness of 35 占 퐉. After applying the coating solution, the plastic film was immediately dried and cured in an oven at 200 ° C for 3 minutes. Subsequently, cooling was performed under the conditions of a relative humidity of 70% and a drying temperature of 23 캜 to obtain a plastic film having a coating layer formed thereon.
Acrylic adhesive (having a solid content of 45% by weight) having a molecular weight of 800,000 and having a thickness of 67 탆 was coated on the top surface of the releasing paper to a thickness of 67 탆 and dried at 100 캜 for 2 minutes. The thickness of the adhesive layer after drying was 30 탆.
The adhesive layer was attached to the plastic film having the coating layer formed thereon, and aged in a room temperature of 60 ° C for 24 hours to prepare a lacquer adhesive film.
<Comparative Example>
The coating layer was formed on the polyester film using 4 kg of liquid lacquer without adding the liquid rubber to the coating liquid.
<Experimental Example - Flexibility Measurement>
Flexibility is required to attach the lacquer adhesive film to the curved or curved surface of the product. In order to measure the flexibility of the examples and the comparative examples, each of the specimens having a size of 60 cm x 20 cm was taken, and the specimens of the examples and the comparative examples were wound in a roll form, and the specimens of the examples and the comparative examples , The flexibility of the coating layer and the occurrence of cracks were confirmed.
Fig. 2 is a photographic image of a specimen of Examples and Comparative Examples wound in a roll form. The specimens of the Examples and Comparative Examples were taken after pressing the specimens of the flat and comparative examples under pressure and after one hour had elapsed. Referring to FIG. 2A, the specimens of the examples were easily wound in a roll form, and no cracks occurred in the coating layer even after 1 hour passed after winding. However, in the case of the comparative example, as shown in FIG. 2B, a large amount of force was required to roll in the form of a roll, and the coating layer cracked during the winding process. In addition, the specimen of the comparative example was found to have more cracks in the coating layer after an elapse of 1 hour from the winding, and it was confirmed that the cracked portion of the coating layer formed during the winding process was further widened.
Fig. 3 is a photographic image obtained when the specimens of the examples and the comparative examples are attached to the respective rectangular pieces. The specimens of the Examples and Comparative Examples were attached to each of the legs, and the specimens of the Examples and Comparative Examples were pressed at the corners of the legs and bent and attached to the legs. Referring to FIG. 3A, the specimens of the examples were easily bent at the corners of the specimens, and cracks did not occur in the coating layer even after one hour had elapsed. However, in the case of the comparative example, as shown in FIG. 3B, a large amount of force was required in the bending process of the corner, and the coating layer cracked during the bending process. In addition, it was confirmed that the specimen of the comparative example was observed after 1 hour from the attachment, and the crack area of the coating layer was enlarged.
Therefore, it was found that the specimens of the examples had better stretching elongation than the specimens of the comparative examples, and that the flexural strength without cracking was excellent when the specimens were bent by an external force. As shown in Table 1, the bending strength and the elongation percentage of the product of the examples and the comparative examples are evaluated.
Like the test piece of the comparative example, the lacquer adhesive film in which cracks are generated in the coating layer is not only defective in appearance, but also has poor water resistance, and contaminants and foreign substances can penetrate into the cracked portion.
The lacquer adhesive film according to the present invention is prepared by adding a liquid rubber to a liquid lacquer, thereby improving the flexibility (bending strength and elongation) of the coating layer. Therefore, the lacquer adhesive film of the present invention can be attached to the curved or curved surface of the product.
In addition, the method of manufacturing the lacquer adhesive film according to the present invention requires flexibility in the lacquer adhesive film in order to move or wind the lacquer adhesive film in mass production. Since the coating layer contains the liquid rubber, flexibility is improved and mass production is possible . The lacquer adhesive film according to the present invention can prevent the components of the adhesive and the coating layer from being mixed with each other during the manufacturing process by using a plastic film having high water resistance and waterproof property, So as to prevent the internal liquid material from leaking to the outside.
