Abstract
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. A plurality of fork blades are arranged radially toward the central portion toward the center so as to support the upper surface of the box and downward from the respective ends of the upper support to the lower surface of the box to prevent damage to the box due to the load And each of the fork blades constituting the support portion is separated from the other fork blades by bending.

BACKGROUND OF THE
In general, a pizza or chicken box is used to secure the space between the top and bottom of the box to prevent damage to the contents due to sagging of the box during delivery and to prevent the contents from moving within the box, and to use a box support .
Such a box support is discarded after the packaging box is opened, but there is a problem in that resources are wasted for simply disposing the box support after opening the packaging box.
Accordingly, a technique has been developed for separating and using a box support as a fork, such as Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2012-0082966, "Pizza Saver for Fork ".
However, since the fork using the conventional box support is disposed toward the lower side of the tip portion of the needle bed, there is a problem that the function of the fork can not be performed when the tip portion of the needle bed is damaged by the load.
Particularly, when the tip portion of the needle bed is disposed at the lower side and the load is applied, the box easily penetrates, the tip portion protrudes to the outside of the box, and at the same time, the box is pierced and the function of the support is lost.
On the other hand, there is a problem that the support function of the load, which is the most important purpose, is weakened due to the load including the function of the fork.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide an arch-shaped box support having a fork function for preventing the tip of a needle bed from being damaged by a load, in order to solve the above problems.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an arch-shaped box support having a fork function for preventing damage due to a load.
In order to attain the above object, an arch-shaped box support having a fork function according to the present invention is characterized in that a plurality of fork blades are radially arranged toward a central portion toward a central portion, and a supporting portion for supporting an upper surface of the box, And a support for preventing the box from being damaged due to the load, wherein each of the fork blades constituting the support portion is separated from the other fork blades by bending.
Further, the present invention is characterized by further comprising a support block cutting groove between each fork blade constituting the support portion and each support block formed below the fork blade so that each support can be separated (cut) from the fork blade by bending do.
One end portion of the plurality of fork blades constituting the support portion is formed in an arcuate shape in contact with the center portion, and the support base is integrally formed at the other end portion of the fork blade to support a load applied through the fork blade.
In addition, the present invention is further characterized in that a fork blade cutting groove is further provided between the plurality of fork blades constituting the support portion so that each fork blade can be separated (cut) by bending.
As described above, according to the arcuate box support having the fork function according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the tip portion of the needle bed from being damaged by the load.
