Description

Apparatus for transferring plates

The present invention relates to a plate moving apparatus capable of automatically and continuously stacking and moving produced plates without manual operation.

For example, in a steel mill, a plate such as a steel plate having undergone various production processes is stacked and packed at a predetermined number of orders as requested by the customer, and then transferred to the customer.

More specifically, when the produced strip reaches a predetermined position through a conveying unit having a plurality of rollers, the consumer is cut to a desired length and formed into a plate having a predetermined length. Subsequently, the cutter plate pushes a pusher disposed on one side of the conveying unit onto a skid fixed to the other side of the conveying unit.

The operator uses the crane to hoist the plate of the high temperature and the heavy load moved by the skid and move it to the enemy tooth position in the wrapping position. If the demanded quantity is equal to the number ordered, the plates stacked at a predetermined number of sheets are packed and placed.

During this process, when the pusher moves the next plate toward the skid in the state where the plate remains unmovable on the skid so that the plates collide with each other, the equipment is damaged as well as the plate is scratched or the plate is torn Resulting in deterioration of quality or generation of defective products.

Moreover, there is a risk of safety accidents and increased fatigue of the workers who are put in order to dispose of the plates that are detached from the facilities, while the production is stopped and the productivity is lowered.

Accordingly, it is a main object of the present invention to provide a plate moving device capable of automatically and continuously stacking and moving a produced plate without manual operation, thereby providing a product of high quality and improving productivity.

A plate moving device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a skid portion capable of ascending and descending having a plurality of skids for stacking and supporting plates; And a fork portion provided on one side of the skid portion and having a plurality of forks supported under the plate, the extendable and fork portion being capable of expanding and contracting.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to automatically and continuously stack and move the plate without manual operation, thereby preventing the damage of the product occurring during the movement, thereby providing a product of excellent quality.

In addition, according to the present invention, there is no interference between the equipments due to the absence of the plate, so that the equipment is prevented from being damaged, safety accidents and fatigue can be prevented from being increased, Can be obtained.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. It should be noted that, in adding reference numerals to the constituent elements of the drawings, the same constituent elements are denoted by the same reference symbols as possible even if they are shown in different drawings. In the following description of the present invention, a detailed description of known functions and configurations incorporated herein will be omitted when it may make the subject matter of the present invention rather unclear.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing a plate moving device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a front view showing a skid portion of a plate moving device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in these drawings, the plate moving device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a skid portion 30 capable of ascending and descending having a plurality of skids 32 for stacking and supporting the plates 1; And a fork portion 40 which is disposed at one side of the skid portion and includes a plurality of forks 42 that support the plate at the bottom thereof, and which is expandable and contractible.

First, the plate moving device according to an embodiment of the present invention may be disposed on one side of the transfer unit 10. More specifically, the skid portion 30 of the plate moving device according to the embodiment of the present invention is installed in the underground pit 9 provided at one side of the conveying portion 10.

The transfer section (10) has a plurality of rollers (11). The proximity sensor 12 is installed on the conveyance unit to sense a strip (not shown) to be conveyed, and a control unit (not shown) may control the conveyance unit to stop conveying the strip in accordance with a detection signal of the proximity sensor.

A cutter (not shown) is cut into a desired length at a consumer site to form a strip 1 having a predetermined length.

A pusher (20) is provided on the other side of the transfer unit (10). The pusher may include at least one first cylinder 21 and a plate 22 mounted on the end of the actuating rod of the first cylinder. The pusher thus configured pushes the plate 1 placed on the conveying portion to one side of the conveying portion, that is, the skid portion 30.

The skid portion 30 includes a support plate 31, a plurality of skids 32 arranged on the support plate at regular intervals from each other, a support bar 33 rotatably connected at one end to the lower end of the support plate, A frame 36 supporting a hinge shaft 35 passing through the middle of the link arms, and a second cylinder 34 connected to one of the link arms. (37).

A stopper 38 having a predetermined height is provided on at least a part of the skid 30 so that the plate 1 transferred from the conveying unit 10 can be slid and blocked by a certain distance.

Each link arm 34 may have a bent or curved shape. The hinge axis 35 can penetrate the bent or curved point of the link arm.

The second cylinder 37 is stretched or contracted so that the link arm 34 connected to the second cylinder rotates about the hinge shaft 35 supported by the frame 36. [ At this time, since the other ends of the link arms are connected to each other via the support rods 33, the remaining link arms together with the link arm connected to the second cylinder are rotated about the hinge axis supported on the frame. As a result, one end of the link arm rotatably connected to the support plate 31 ascends or descends at the same height, and the support plate is raised and lowered while keeping the support plate horizontal.

The skid portion 30 is provided on the side wall of the underground pit 2 and rotatably supported on the side wall of the underground pit 2 by a connecting rod 51 provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the supporting plate 31, And a guide member (53) for allowing the member to roll along the longitudinal direction.

As the rotary member 52, a roller is preferable, but not necessarily, a member such as a ball or a wheel may be adopted.

The fork portion 40 of the plate moving apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention includes at least one third cylinder 41 and a plurality of forks 42 mounted at the end of the operating rod of the third cylinder .

The third cylinder 41 may be installed on a deck 3 located at a height higher than the underground pit 2.

The wheels 43 are mounted below the plurality of forks 42 and travel along the guide rails 44 fixed on the support base 4 extending from the bottom of the underground pit 2 It is possible to do.

The fork portion 40 configured as described above is inserted into the space between the plate 1 on which the fork 42 is stacked on the skid 32 of the skid portion 30 and the support plate 31 of the skid portion, The plates can be placed on the forks. Then, the third cylinder 41 is retracted, so that the plates stacked on the forks can be moved close to the deck 3 side.

Hereinafter, operation of the plate moving apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be briefly described.

When the strip conveyed along the rollers 11 of the transfer unit 10 is detected by the proximity sensor 12, the conveyance of the strip is stopped under the control of the control unit, and the cutter cuts the strip, .

Due to the extension of the pusher 20, the plate 22 pushes the plate 1 on the feeder 10 towards the skid 30. Thus, the plate can be moved by the plate from the rollers 11 of the feeder onto the skid 32 of the skid portion.

The pusher 20 is contracted and the control unit controls the second cylinder 37 of the skid unit 30 to rotate the link arms 34 by a predetermined angle so that the support plate 31 is lowered by a predetermined distance .

Subsequently, due to the extension of the pusher 20, the plate 22 pushes the plate 1 on the feeder 10 one by one toward the skid portion 30, and the support plate 31 is slightly moved by a predetermined distance As shown in FIG. Accordingly, it is possible to continuously stack the desired number of plates on the skid 30 of the skid portion, for example, about 6 to 10 sheets.

When the desired number of stacking is achieved, the control unit controls the operation of the second cylinder 37 to fully raise the support plate 31, and the stacked plates 1 are withdrawn from the underground pit 2.

At this time, the support plate 31 of the skid portion 30 can smoothly descend and ascend as the rotary member 52 rolls along the guide member 53 provided on the sidewall of the underground pit 2.

The fork 42 is inserted into the space 39 between the plate 1 stacked on the skid 32 of the skid portion 30 and the support plate 31 of the skid portion while the fork portion 40 is stretched. . Thereafter, the skid portion is lowered again, thereby allowing the stacked plates to be placed on the forks.

Then, the fork portion 40 is retracted, so that the plates 1 stacked on the forks 42 can be moved close to the deck 3 side.

At this time, the wheel 43 supporting the fork 42 of the fork portion 40 can smoothly travel along the guide rail 44 fixed on the support base 4.

Finally, the stacked plates 1 are suitably packed by a worker on the deck 3 and are crushed.

Therefore, according to the present invention, the plates can be automatically and continuously stuck and moved without manual operation.
