Description
The present invention relates to a plate moving apparatus capable of automatically and continuously stacking and moving produced plates without manual operation.
For example, in a steel mill, a plate such as a steel plate having undergone various production processes is stacked and packed at a predetermined number of orders as requested by the customer, and then transferred to the customer.
More specifically, when the produced strip reaches a predetermined position through a conveying unit having a plurality of rollers, the consumer is cut to a desired length and formed into a plate having a predetermined length. Subsequently, the cutter plate pushes a pusher disposed on one side of the conveying unit onto a skid fixed to the other side of the conveying unit.
The operator uses the crane to hoist the plate of the high temperature and the heavy load moved by the skid and move it to the enemy tooth position in the wrapping position. If the demanded quantity is equal to the number ordered, the plates stacked at a predetermined number of sheets are packed and placed.
During this process, when the pusher moves the next plate toward the skid in the state where the plate remains unmovable on the skid so that the plates collide with each other, the equipment is damaged as well as the plate is scratched or the plate is torn Resulting in deterioration of quality or generation of defective products.

Accordingly, it is a main object of the present invention to provide a plate moving device capable of automatically and continuously stacking and moving a produced plate without manual operation, thereby providing a product of high quality and improving productivity.
A plate moving device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a skid portion capable of ascending and descending having a plurality of skids for stacking and supporting plates; And a fork portion provided on one side of the skid portion and having a plurality of forks supported under the plate, the extendable and fork portion being capable of expanding and contracting.
