Abstract

The present invention relates to a sealing tape for packaging and a sealing tape for packaging which are excellent in sealing performance and can be opened easily, by solving the problems that may occur in the process due to the swelling of the sealing tape during the manufacture of the packaging sheet, And a manufacturing method thereof.

Description

{Adhesive tape for packing}

The present invention relates to a sealing tape for packaging used in a packaging area.

The packaging area is mainly made of a body made by sticking the bottom surface and both side surfaces, leaving only the upper opening so that the contents such as fertilizer, feed, sugar, milling, and petrochemical can be injected. Thereafter, the contents are injected and the opening is sealed.

As shown in Fig. 1, the sealing method may be a method in which both sides of the opening are brought into contact with each other, followed by a stitching process (41) to finish, or, in a state of sealing as shown in Fig. 2, And can be made by joining together in an overlapped state.

In the sealing method as described above, it is not easy to untie the sewed part 41 or to dismantle the overlaid finishing paper 42, which makes it difficult for the customer who purchased the product to open it.

Therefore, a method using an adhesive tape is used. 3 shows sealing of the packaging area using an adhesive tape, which is sealed with an adhesive film 31, and a perforated line 32 is formed so that it can be opened. This facilitates removal at the same time as sealing, which is advantageous for consumers to handle.

This adhesive tape has a structure as shown in Fig. An adhesive layer 22 is formed on the tape base layer 21 and a peeling band 23 is placed on the adhesive layer 22. [ The customer releases the adhesive tape from the seal using the cut-off band 23 and opens it.

However, the adhesive tape including the cut-off strip may cause a jamming phenomenon as shown in FIG. 5 when it is applied to a manufacturing process or a sealing process, or may not adhere to the adhesive layer in the adhesive tape, resulting in defects. In addition, there is a problem that the sealing is not completely performed or the consumer can not open the seal.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a sealing tape for packaging which can remarkably reduce the defective rate during manufacture and facilitate sealing and opening.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a sealing tape for packaging which can improve productivity.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a sealing tape for packaging comprising a separating means portion including an adhesive layer and a separating means on the same surface as one surface of a fabric paper. The separating means serves to facilitate cutting in the longitudinal direction while crossing the adhesive layer.

In this case, the separating means of the separating means has a thickness of 50 to 100% of the thickness of the adhesive layer.

Further, in the sealing tape for packaging according to an embodiment of the present invention, the adhesive layer may include a hot-melt adhesive composition so that heat can be applied and adhered thereto.

The adhesive layer may be formed by coating a hot-melt adhesive composition, and may include, but not limited to, a polymer resin having a glass transition temperature of 40 to 200 ° C.

In the sealing tape for packaging according to an embodiment of the present invention, the hot melt adhesive composition may include an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer.

In the sealing tape for packaging according to an embodiment of the present invention, the separating means of the separating means may be a sticky polymer film.

According to the present invention, there is also provided a method of manufacturing a paper sheet, comprising the steps of: forming a bonding layer by coating an adhesive composition on the same surface except for a separating means portion cut out in a lengthwise direction on one side of the paper sheet; laminating a sticky polymer film on the separating means; The present invention also provides a method for manufacturing a sealing tape for packaging comprising the steps of:

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, a sealing tape for packaging and a method for manufacturing the sealing tape according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings so that the technical idea of the present invention can be sufficiently transmitted. The technical terms and scientific terms used herein have the meanings as commonly understood by those of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs, unless otherwise defined.

The present invention relates to a method for forming an adhesive layer on a surface of a woven fabric, comprising the steps of: forming a sealant layer on a surface of the adhesive layer, in which the adhesive layer is formed on the same surface, Tape.

The base paper preferably has a basis weight of 50 to 200 g / m < 2 >, and can use kraft paper, but is not limited thereto and can be used without limitation as long as it is used as a packaging area.

The separating means may be a means for opening the packaging area, for example, a film or a tape, but is not necessarily limited thereto. Preferably, a sticky polymer film can be used. As such a sticky polymer film, tacky polyethylene (PE) film can be mentioned.

The adhesive polymer film has an adhesive strength different from that of the adhesive composition constituting the adhesive layer. This is intended to improve the adhesion performance between the object to be sealed and the sealing tape and at the same time to facilitate separation and opening from the sealing tape to improve the convenience of opening.

Particularly, in the present invention, the separating means, for example, the adhesive polymer film, formed on the separating means, has a thickness equal to or less than the thickness of the adhesive layer formed on one side of the raw paper. This makes it possible to drastically reduce the defective rate such as pushing the sealing tape for packaging according to the present invention in an inline system without pushing the separating means and the adhesive layer, or delamination between the film and the adhesive layer in the separating means. In addition, the production speed can be improved remarkably, and the production cost can be remarkably reduced, which is economically advantageous.

When the thickness of the adhesive polymer film of the separating means exceeds the thickness of the adhesive layer, the sealing tape is rolled around the roll to increase the volume of the product when shipped to the product, resulting in deterioration of handling properties. As the lamination interval spreads, There is a problem that the product stability and mobility may be lowered. Therefore, the separating means of the separating means preferably has a thickness of 50 to 100% of the thickness of the adhesive layer.

In the present invention, the adhesive layer comprises a hot-melt adhesive composition. Hotmelt is a solid or viscous material at room temperature, but is a material that melts when heated and becomes in a fluid state. It is useful for applying heat and sealing when applied to a sealing tape. The hot-melt adhesive composition is preferably a polymer resin having a glass transition temperature of 40 to 200 ° C.

The hot melt adhesive composition may preferably include an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA). The ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, that is, the EVA hot melt, can control the heat melting point according to the content of vinyl acetate, and the hot melt can be selected according to the process, and is not limited.

Fig. 6 shows a packing tape for packaging according to an embodiment of the present invention. The hot-melt layer 12 as the adhesive layer and the adhesive polymer film 13 as the separating means of the separating means are disposed on the fabric paper 11. The adhesive polymer film 13 is located at the center across the adhesive layer 12. At this time, the hot-melt layer 12 and the adhesive polymer film 13 are characterized by a difference in elevation, that is, no step. This prevents elongation of the adhesive polyethylene film, which may occur in the manufacturing process of the packaging sealing tape of the present invention, due to elongation or shrinkage, or prevents the shrinkage phenomenon.

The present invention relates to a method for producing a packaging material, comprising the steps of: forming an adhesive layer on one side of a fabric paper except for the separable means capable of cutting in the longitudinal direction; laminating a sticky polymer film on the separating means; and drying the molded adhesive layer A tape manufacturing method is provided. At this time, the step of forming the adhesive layer may be performed by coating the adhesive composition constituting the adhesive layer on one side of the fabric paper using knife coating, roll coating, gravure coating, casting, spraying or doctor blade method, It is not.

The step of drying the molded adhesive layer may further include a step of applying a pressure to the front end to accurately match the thickness of the adhesive layer and the adhesive polymer film so that the height difference does not occur.

7 schematically shows a manufacturing process of a sealing tape for packaging according to an embodiment of the present invention. This shows the step of simultaneously forming the adhesive layer 12 on the raw paper 11 and the adhesive polymer film 13 as the separating means of the separating means in the sealing tape manufacturing method through the roll-to-roll inline process. The injection part 51 of the adhesive composition (hot-melt composition) supply part is divided into a first adhesive composition injection part 52 and a second adhesive composition injection part 53 with the separation part space, . Thereafter, the raw paper with the adhesive layer formed thereon is fed by the raw paper feeding roll 54 and is joined to the adhesive polymer film supplied by the adhesive polymer film feeding roll 55. At this time, the thickness of the applied adhesive layer is set to be equal to the thickness of the separating means and the adhesive polymer film located in the separating means, so that there is no step in the separating means of the adhesive layer and the separating means.

In the present invention, the process may further include a step of forming an adhesive layer, placing the separating means on the space of the separating means, and then applying a pressure using a roll to prevent a height deviation from occurring.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but, on the contrary, Various modifications and variations are possible in light of the above teachings.
