The present invention relates to a holder member having a groove in which a die for threading an object is fitted and fixed; A mounting member formed concentrically with the holder member, one side of which is detachably coupled to the holder member, and the other side of which is tapered so as to be mounted on the tailstock of the shelf; And a spring interposed between the holder member and the mounting member and providing an elastic force to the holder member when the screw is machined.
Description
The present invention relates to a die fixing chuck, and more particularly, to a die fixing chuck capable of processing a male screw by simply selecting a die that meets the specifications of a male screw to be machined and then fixing the die to a tailstock of a lathe.
Generally, a die is a tool used for cutting a male thread on a bolt or the like, and a cutting edge is attached to a protruding portion radially projecting on a circular inner surface. Such a die includes a die body and a die handle into which the die body is inserted. The dice body is generally formed into a ring shape. The die handle is provided with a handle formed to extend outwardly, and a die body is fitted in the die handle.
The dies according to the related art are assembled in such a manner that the dice body and the dice handle are fastened to the dice body with the dice body fitted in the dice handle, and the dice body is fixed to the dice handle. In order to process the object to be machined with the dies thus assembled, the object to be machined is placed on the inner circumferential surface of the dice body while the object is fixed to a fixing device such as a vice. Then, when the worker grasps the knob of the dice handle and rotates while pressing the object, a thread is formed on the object by the cutting edge of the thread-like shape formed on the dice body.
According to this prior art dice, the size of the die handle must be changed according to the outer diameter of the die body according to the screw size, and when the workpiece is fixed in a place where the work space is narrow or interference exists, There is a problem that the threading work can not be performed. In addition, since the prior art dies perform the threading operation depending on the force of the worker, when the workpiece having a large size is machined, the fatigue of the worker is increased and the working time is increased. .
In addition, since the prior art dies are manually threaded by holding the knobs of the die handles, the threads are not machined uniformly every time the work is performed, and the middle portion of the threads is crowded, There is a problem in that it is difficult to process.
DISCLOSURE Technical Problem The present invention has been devised in order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a dice fixing apparatus which can fix a die in accordance with the specification of a male screw to be machined, The purpose is to provide chuck.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a die fixing chuck which allows a thread to be machined uniformly every time a worker performs a screw machining operation.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a dice fixing chuck which can easily be installed and screwed and can process screws of various sizes.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned objects, the present invention provides a holder comprising: a holder member having a groove formed therein for fixing a thread to an object; A mounting member formed concentrically with the holder member, one side of which is detachably coupled to the holder member, and the other side of which is tapered so as to be mounted on the tailstock of the shelf; And a spring interposed between the holder member and the mounting member and providing an elastic force to the holder member when the screw is machined.
Preferably, one side of the mounting member has a hollow cylindrical shape, the holder member is movably inserted, and the first through hole is formed long along the length direction.
The holder member may include a cylindrical large-diameter portion into which the dice are inserted and fixed, and a cylindrical small-diameter portion extending from the large-diameter portion and having a smaller diameter than the large- Wherein a plurality of first fastening holes are formed in the circumference of the large diameter portion in the radial direction, a second fastening hole is formed in the small diameter portion around the circumference in the radial direction at regular intervals along the length direction, And the fastening mechanism is fastened to the second fastening hole through the first through hole.
The small-diameter portion is divided into a first member and a second member along the longitudinal direction, and the first member and the second member are detachably coupled to each other. The second member has a constant It is preferable that a second fastening hole be formed at every interval.
Preferably, the holder member has an outer diameter corresponding to the groove inner diameter of the holder member, and an inner diameter of the holder member is fixed by fitting a ring-shaped auxiliary member corresponding to the outer diameter of the die, and the die is fitted and fixed to the auxiliary member, And a second through hole is formed in the circumferential direction.
In addition, it is preferable that one or more cut portions cut flatly are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the auxiliary member.
According to the means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has the following effects.
The present invention is configured to detachably connect a holder member to which a die is fixed by being attached to a mounting member mounted on a tailstock of a shelf so as to select a die that meets the specification of the male screw to be machined and fix it on the holder member, So that the male screw can be easily machined.
In addition, since the present invention is mounted on a tailstock of a lathe, the screw is machined only by rotation of the lathe chuck, so that the thread is machined uniformly every time the operator performs a screw machining operation. As a result, a screw of an accurate size can be machined.
Further, according to the present invention, since the holder member can be used by interposing an auxiliary member if necessary, it is possible to process screws of various sizes.
Further, the present invention has the effect of facilitating assembly and separation by minimizing the contact area between the inner surface of the holder member and the outer surface of the auxiliary member by forming one or more cutting portions on the outer peripheral surface of the auxiliary member.
In addition, according to the present invention, the small-diameter portion of the holder member is divided into the first member and the second member so as to be detachable from each other. As a result, the manufacturing cost can be reduced and the weight can be reduced.
In addition, the present invention has a simple structure and is easy to install even for a beginner and has an effect that a screw can be machined.
In addition, according to the present invention, the other side of the mounting member is provided with a morph tapered arbor, which has the effect of being mounted and fixed to the tailstock in a one-touch manner.
According to the present invention, a spring is provided between the holder member and the mounting member, a second fastening hole is formed in the small-diameter portion of the holder member along the longitudinal direction at regular intervals, and the first fastening hole is formed along the longitudinal direction of the fastening member There is an effect that the elastic force provided to the holder member at the time of threading can be controlled.
