Claims (5)
- 본체;
상기 본체와 결합하는 본체 커버;
상기 본체와 상기 본체 커버 사이에 형성된 계량 공간에 축 결합되며, 상호 치합되어 회전하는 제1 및 제2 기어;
상기 제1 기어의 회전에 연동하여 회전하는 자석; 및
상기 본체 커버에 결합되며, 상기 자석의 회전 각도 및 회전 방향에 대응하는 데이터를 출력하는 인코더부를 포함하는 유량계. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인코더부는,
상기 자석의 회전에 따라 변화하는 자기장의 세기를 감지하는 복수의 홀 센서;
상기 복수의 홀 센서에서 출력되는 신호를 결합하여, 상기 자석의 회전 각도 및 회전 방향에 대응하는 신호를 출력하는 신호 처리부; 및
상기 신호 처리부와 외부 기기와의 신호를 인터페이싱하는 인터페이스부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량계. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 기어는, 오발 기어, 원형 기어, 루츠 기어 중 어느 하나의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 유량계. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 자석은 상기 제1 기어의 회전축 중심에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량계. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인터페이스부와 연결되어, 상기 자석의 회전 각도에 대응하는 수치를 표시하는 표시부를 더 포함하는 유량계.
