Description
정해진 압력 이상 이되면 작동하여 압력을 제거해주는 밸브에 관한것이다. And a valve that operates when the pressure exceeds a predetermined pressure to remove the pressure.

수리업무는 삼성전자 화성공장과 기흥에서 했다. 가장 안전해야 하는 안전밸브가 아주 위험한 강한 염기성물질이나 강산성의 물질이 담긴 탱크위에 설치되지만 안전밸브의 문제로 잘 작동하지 않거나 밸브가 설정압력이상으로 올라가지 않음에도 불구하고 밸브내부가 강산이나 강염기로 녹이 슬어 잘작동하지 않는 안전밸브도 있었다.밸브바디는 SUS316L재질로 녹이 슬지 않는 재질이다. 사용중인 유체인 강산이나 염기에는 약해 녹이 슬어버린다. 리크가 있다고 볼수있다. 상기와 같은 문제의 해결수단은 밸브가 분리형이 아닌 하나의 바디를 가지며 출구부의 구멍으로 통해 바디안으로 삽입되는 뭉치에 디스크 시트를 삽입 고정 하는 것이다. 바디부가 일체형이라 봉인줄이 불필요 하며 외부의 힘(지진이나 배관의 무게)에 디스크와 시트의 변형을 막으며 작동을 원할히 하고 시트와 디스크 데미지시 교체가 가능해 오래사용할수 있으며 입구부의 강한조임에도 시트부의 변형이 최소화해 안전밸브 기능을 상실할 확률도 적은 밸브Because the body part is integral, it does not need a seal line.
