In the seal for rolling bearings of the present invention, the seal for rolling bearings is composed of a main body and a reinforcing member;

The reinforcing member is provided in an annular shape;

The main body is provided to surround the reinforcing member, and has an insertion portion and a seal lip portion; The insertion portion is provided radially inward of the body, and the seal portion is provided on the radially outer side of the body;

Wherein at least one hole is formed between the insertion portion and the seal lip portion so that the inside and outside of the shaft communicate with each other.

The main body is provided to surround the axial outer side surface of the reinforcing member, and the hole is formed through the main body.

The main body is provided to surround the axial outer side surface of the reinforcing member, and the hole is formed to penetrate the main body and the reinforcing member at the same time.

The seal for rolling bearings according to the present invention is formed in the bearing between the inserting portion and the seal lip portion to prevent foreign matter such as water and dust from being introduced into the bearing due to convection even though a fine hole communicating the inside and outside of the bearing is formed. The heat inside the bearing is lowered, and as the contact area with the outside increases through the hole, the heat is generated by conduction.

1 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a structure of a bearing,
Fig. 2 is a sectional view showing a part of the bearing,
3 is a cross-sectional view showing a cross section of a conventional rolling bearing seal,
4 is a cross-sectional view of a seal for a rolling bearing according to the present invention.

Hereinafter, a seal for a rolling bearing according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

4 is a cross-sectional view of a seal for a rolling bearing according to the present invention.

Hereinafter, in Fig. 4, the horizontal direction is referred to as "radial direction" and the vertical direction is referred to as "axial direction".

The seal 100 for a rolling bearing according to the present invention comprises a main body 110 and a reinforcing member 130.

The reinforcing member 130 is provided in an annular shape. The reinforcing member 130 has a radially outer end portion that extends inwardly in the axial direction. The reinforcing member 130 may have a radially inner end bent and extended inward in the axial direction.

The main body 110 is provided in an annular shape. The main body 110 is provided so as to surround a part or all of the reinforcing member 130. The main body 110 is provided so as to enclose the axial outer side and the bent portion of the reinforcing member 130. The main body 110 includes an insertion portion 111 and a seal lip portion 113. The insertion portion 111 is provided on the radially outer side of the main body 110. The seal lip portion 113 is provided inside the body 110 in the radial direction. The seal lip portion 113 may be branched from the main body 110 and provided in plurality.
