Moreover, as heat or hot smoke, containing harmful gas, is prevented from flowing into the refining zone through a duct, the present invention is capable of preventing damage or loss to properties and humans, caused by a fire spreading to passages or stairs.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to an overpressure device for automatically opening and closing a cover,

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an over-pressure automatic opening and closing lid apparatus having a lid closing function, and more particularly, The cover is opened by the overpressure by setting the pressure to protect it, and the cover which is opened by the overpressure is not limited by the opening ratio which is opened by the overpressure. The present invention relates to an over-pressure automatic opening and closing lid apparatus having a lid closing function for preventing hot smoke generated by a fire through a duct and high-temperature smoke containing toxic gases from entering the smoke-inducing area.

When the fire is extinguished by fire extinguishing agent in the event of a fire, the pressure is expanded by the chemical and the heat, so that the building can be protected to prevent the loss of expensive equipment or facilities. The device was installed in a facility using fire extinguishing gas.

Facilities that use fire extinguishing gas include storing or storing valuable cultural assets and treasures such as documents storage rooms, libraries, computer rooms, communication facilities, etc., which can not be recovered if they are drenched in places where electric facilities such as electric, substation, power generation room, It is equipped with gas extinguishing facilities to store expensive assets such as museums and other places where flammable liquids or dangerous materials are stored, and to evolve fires in case of fire.

The gas fire extinguishing system is equipped with means for blocking outdoor air inflow such as a fire shutter or an automatic shut-off device that blocks the inflow of outside air into the protected area in case of fire, and fire extinguishes by spraying fire extinguishing gas into the protective area.

The fire extinguishing gas of the gas fire extinguishing system increases the specific gravity of the inert gas in the air to lower the oxygen concentration in the air, and the fire extinguishing gas which is injected in the low temperature state during the fire expands the fire by cooling the surroundings.

Air consists of about 21% oxygen, 78% nitrogen, and 1% other materials, and oxygen in the air promotes combustion (oxidation).

The fire extinguishing gas lowers the oxygen concentration of about 21% of the air to about 15% or less, and the fire is suppressed by lowering the ambient temperature while spraying the low temperature extinguishing gas (inert gas) stored in the high pressure container in the high pressure or liquid state .

It is stipulated that an overpressure outlet should be provided in the Fire Service Act in consideration of the fact that the inert fire extinguishing gas injected in the event of a fire is expanded and the pressure of the protection area is increased to destroy expensive equipment and facilities.

Korean Utility Model Publication No. 2014-06131, which is based on the above-mentioned fire fighting law, has a frame for embedding and fixing in a pressing hole formed on a wall, and an opening / closing plate moving forward and backward on one side of the frame to open / And a plurality of supporting bolts are fixed to the opening and closing plate, and the connecting bolts are movably inserted into the engaging holes of the respective supporting members, A coil spring is coupled to the connection bolt movably inserted into the engagement hole of the retainer coupled to the opening / closing plate, and a washer and a nut for supporting the coil spring coupled to the connection bolt are coupled to the connection bolt end .

However, in the prior art constructed as described above, the width of the open / close plate is limited due to the tension of the spring provided at the side end thereof while the open / close plate is opened. Thus, the opening is not smooth, and when the open / close plate is opened, There is a problem that opening is not smooth.

When the open / close board is opened, a resistance force is generated due to the tension of the spring fixed to the frame, and thus the open / close board can not be opened properly.

In addition, when the hot smoke containing toxic gas or heat generated by the fire flows into the smoke-inducing section through the duct, the prior art has a problem that the hot smoke and heat are directly introduced into the smoke-inducing section,

The prior art has a problem in that it can not fundamentally block the heat generated by the high-temperature smoke containing the induction gas and the fire.

[

The operation state of the present invention is described by dividing the state in which the lid 200 is opened by the gas pressure and the state in which the lid 200 is closed and not opened.

First, a state in which the lid 200 is opened by the gas pressure will be described.

In particular, non-electric mechanical pressure detection device is provided to prevent high-voltage discharge damper from damaging expensive equipments or facilities of a protected area by gas pressure in the case of fire protection zone where fire-fighting equipment is installed. If the pressure in the guard area exceeds the set pressure, the excess pressure is discharged to the outside.

It is stated that the fire protection area in the fire protection area should be equipped with the overpressure outlet which is the overpressure outlet in the ceiling or within 1m from the ceiling, 1,200Pa for the lightweight structure, 2,400Pa for the general building, 4,800 Pa or more is generated.

The present invention relates to a frame 100 which is connected to a wall 1 and a duct 2 or a duct 2 and has hollow holes 111 and 112 in a wall 1, The lid 200 is coupled to the guide part 300 and the link part 400 so as to open or close the lid 111 or 112 and is installed on the frame 100.

When an overpressure is generated in a state of being installed between the wall 1 and the duct 2 as described above, a gas having a predetermined pressure flows into the hollow holes 111 and 112 of the frame 100, and the hollow holes 111 The gas pressure introduced into the frame 100 pushes the lid 200 provided at one side of the frame 100 in one direction to open the hollow holes 111 and 112 of the frame 100, Etc. that store expensive assets such as archives, libraries, computer rooms, communication facilities, and museums where valuable cultural properties and treasures are kept or exhibited, or flammable liquids or dangerous goods So that the internal pressure of the storage space can be lowered.

The opening of the lid 200 relaxes the spring 330 installed between the fixing bolts 320 provided on the coupling piece 310 and the fixing bolts 320 provided on the lid 200, And has a predetermined elastic force so as to be able to act only at or above the pressure. The elastic force has a lower elasticity than that of a conventional elastic body to limit the opening of the lid 200 so that the opening ratio is not limited by the spring 330 when the lid 200 is opened.

Further, the spring 330 is guided by the guide pipe 340 wrapping around the outer periphery of the spring 330 when it is relaxed and contracted, thereby preventing the spring 330 from being opened and closed.

When the lid 200 is opened or closed, the weight of the lid is stably held by the bracket 410 and the link member 420 of the link unit 400 and prevented from tilting or tilting to one side, 200) is opened or closed with the balance maintained at all times.

The link unit 400 rotates the link member 420 installed between the brackets 410 about the hinge 430. The amount of rotation of the link member 420 is determined according to the opening ratio at which the lid 200 is opened.

Since the link unit 400 easily supports the lid 200 by supporting the link member 420 in a state where the link engaging member 412 of the bracket 410 is inclined at a predetermined angle, The balance can be stably maintained.

That is, the link member 420 rotates about the hinge 430 in the link engaging member 412 provided on the frame 100, and at the same time, the link engaging member 412 provided on the lid 200 The cover 200 is supported while being positioned on the same line as the angle at which the link combining member 412 is formed as the hinge 430 rotates about the axis.

When the lid 200 is closed, the link member 420 rotates about the hinge 430 in the link engaging member 412 as when the lid 200 is opened, and the link member 420 Since the bracket 410 installed on the lid 200 is held while maintaining a state parallel to the lid 200, the lid 200 is kept in a state of being in tight contact with the frame 100.

An operating state in a state where the lid 200 of the present invention is closed by the interrupter 500 will be described.

When the operation bar 540 is heated by the high temperature included in the heat or the smoke, if any one of the hot smoke containing the toxic gas or the hot smoke containing the toxic gas is mixed and introduced into the over-pressure automatic open / close lid of the present invention through the duct, The fuse 570 is melted and broken.

The operation bar 540 to which the fuse 540 has been fastened is pulled by the elasticity of the pulling spring 560 to rotate the portion coupled to the guide member 520 to the frame 100 ).

The operation spring 533 of the lid closing portion 530 which has been compressed by the operation bar 540 is released and the second guide pipe 534 is moved in the duct direction, The end of the second guide pipe 534 is positioned at one side of the guide member 532 so that the second guide pipe 534 can be prevented from being drawn back into the guide hole 521 of the guide member 520 by the blocking member 532 Limit.

Since the movement of the second guide pipe 534 is restricted by the blocking member 532 in a state where the second guide pipe 534 is located at one side of the blocking member 532, the cover 200 is prevented from being opened by heat, The high temperature smoke containing the heat or induction gas entering the duct is prevented from moving to another place.

When the operation spring 533 is compressed and the second guide tube 534 is positioned at one side of the operation spring 533 as described above, the cover 200 can be opened and closed freely, The movement of the second guide pipe 534 is restricted by the blocking member 532, so that the cover 200 is kept closed.

By closing the lid 200, the heat is prevented from flowing through the duct and the high temperature contained in the smoke or the high temperature heat transfer in the mixed state, thereby preventing the fire from spreading to the smoke-free zone or other areas.

The second guide pipe 534 is moved to a position where the adjustment nut 535 coupled to one side of the second fixing bolt 531 is installed. The position of the adjusting nut 535 is adjusted to set the moving distance.

As described above, since a fire occurs and the cover 200 is opened or completely closed according to the situation, it is operated in accordance with the situation of the fire, thereby preventing the fire from spreading to another area, .

While the present invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be practical exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but, on the contrary, It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
