Description

TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present invention relates to a composition for a cosmetic composition containing an essential oil and a cosmetic composition using the same. BACKGROUND ART [0002]

The present invention relates to a composition for a cosmetic composition containing a waxy essential oil and a cosmetic composition using the same, and more particularly, to a cosmetic composition containing a waxy essential oil, which comprises a solubilizing agent for solubilizing a waxy essential oil, The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition and a cosmetic composition using the same, which are capable of maximizing the aroma therapy effect and the like by keeping a soft white scent continuously for a long time.

As the quality of life improves, interest in skin beauty is increasing. In addition to aging, skin is exacerbated by exposure to environmentally hazardous substances and instant food habits. In recent years, attempts have been made to develop cosmetics using plant oils (essential oils) to improve skin.

In general, vegetable oils (essential oils) are composed of terpenes, and depending on their functional groups, alcohol, ketone, ether, ester, acid and oxide ), And so on. Plant oils (essential oils) are mostly monoterpene and are known to contain small amounts of components such as sesquiterpene and diterpene.

Plant oil (essential oil) is known to have low blood cholesterol concentration, skin soothing effect, antibacterial effect and insecticide effect. As a result, oil (essential oil) has been used for a long period of time, both east and west, for the purpose of beauty in addition to religious edible and medical use, and recently it has been used for the treatment of mental diseases such as anxiety or depression .

In particular, recently, interest in cosmetics using cypress essential oil obtained from Chamaecyparis obtusa (Cypress) in plant oils is increasing.

Cypress is an evergreen tree that grows in Jeju and southern regions of Korea. It is known that Cypress is much higher than other plants in Phytoncide. Phytoncide is a terpene-type compound, which has a unique directionality. In addition to its psychological stability, Phytoncide is known as a substance that most effectively contributes to various forest bathing effects such as strengthening peripheral blood vessels, strengthening cardiopulmonary function, .

Therefore, it is effective for the skin diseases such as allergic and sensitive skin with the phytoncide-containing large amount of the filamentous essential oil, and the strong antibacterial action improves the skin disease, and it keeps the itching, . Particularly, it is known that the essential oil of the artificial skin is effective for improving the atopic dermatitis by inhibiting the expression of the protein involved in causing atopic dermatitis, and it is known that the aromatherapy effect such as stress relaxation and psychological stability is very excellent and its use is increasing .

Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2007-0102911, for example, discloses a cosmetic composition for improving skin condition containing an extract of Prunus mume extract. Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2009-0038648 discloses a cosmetic composition for acne skin Compositions are presented. Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2013-0073707 discloses a cosmetic composition using a whitening supercritical extract and a preparation method thereof, and Korean Patent No. 10-0858629 discloses a cosmetic composition using a whitening supercritical extract, A cosmetic composition for enhancing skin vitality is disclosed.

However, in the case of applying the unilamellar essential oil to a water-based cosmetic, for example, there are the following problems.

The water-based cosmetic includes water, and examples thereof include a cosmetic lotion such as a mist or a skin. When the essential oil is applied to such a water-based cosmetic, it is difficult to uniformly mix it. That is, the essence oil is oil-soluble (water-insoluble), which is difficult to uniformly mix with water. Accordingly, when the artificial essential oil is mixed with a water-based cosmetic (cosmetic), the cosmetic may become opaque, and most of the essential essential oil may float on the surface of the cosmetic.

In addition, since the artificial essential oil is a volatile component, most of it is volatilized when it floats on the surface of the cosmetic. Accordingly, it is difficult to continuously dissolve the phlegmatic flavor (phytoncide) for a long time as well as the pharmacological effect by using the facial essential oil, so that the effect of the aromatherapy and the like is inferior. In order to do this, there is a problem of using an excessive facial essential oil.

As used herein, the term "and / or" is used to include at least one of the preceding and following elements. The term "one or more" as used in the present invention means one or more than two. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS In the following description of the present invention, a detailed description of known general functions and / or configurations will be omitted.

The present invention provides a composition for cosmetics comprising a waxy essential oil as an active ingredient, and a cosmetic comprising the composition for cosmetics. Specifically, the present invention relates to a skin care cosmetic composition comprising: A solubilizing agent for solubilizing the artificial essential oil in water; And water. ≪ / RTI > The cosmetic composition according to the present invention may have a solubilized formulation of a transparent liquid type. The composition for cosmetic preparation according to the present invention is used in cosmetics.

In the present invention, the artificial essential oils are the same as usual. The artificial essential oil is not particularly limited as long as it is an essential oil obtained from Cypress. As the artificial essential oil, it is possible to use a product obtained by a method such as solvent extraction, compression extraction, etc., of leaves, stems and / In one example, the wilting essential oil may be one obtained by using an essential oil extracting apparatus such as leaves, stems and / or roots of a waxy tree, or extracting with a solvent such as ethanol and then concentrating under reduced pressure have.

In the present invention, the solubilizing agent may be any solubilizing agent capable of solubilizing (dissolving) the above-mentioned incomplete essential oil in water. According to the present invention, the solubilizing essential oil is solubilized in water by the solubilizing agent to have transparency, and is uniformly dispersed and mixed in water. At this time, micelles can be formed by the solubilizing agent, and these micelles belong to the colloidal dispersion system and perform Brownian motion in the composition (solution). Accordingly, the artificial essential oils can be naturally dispersed by the solubilizing agent without any physical means such as agitation and mixed uniformly in the composition.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the solubilizing agent preferably includes octyldodeceths. As the octyldodeceses, for example, those obtained by addition polymerization of 2-octyldodecyl alcohol with ethylene oxide can be used. Specific examples of the octyldodeceses include octyldodeceth-5, octyldodeceth-10, octyldodeceth-16, octyldodeceth-20 Octyldodeceth-20) and octyldodeceth-25 (octyldodeceth-20) and octyldodeceth-25.

In the formulation of the solubilization type, the combination of the substance to be solubilized and the solubilizing agent is very important. In general, a surfactant may be considered as a substance capable of solubilizing an oil component. However, not all conventional surfactants can solubilize the essential oil, and even if solubilized, a large amount of surfactant should be used. At this time, when a large amount of a surfactant is used, the skin may be adversely affected.

According to the present invention, it was found that the octyldodeces had a very superior solubilizing power to the waxy essential oils than other surfactants in general. In addition, it was found that even when the octyldodeces are used in a low content, the skin-essential essential oil is effectively solubilized in water to provide skin stability.

According to a preferred embodiment, the composition for cosmetic preparation according to the present invention preferably contains the above-described mannose essential oil and octyldodecesate in a ratio of 1: 0.2 to 5 by weight. That is, it is preferable that the composition is a weight ratio of the unilamellar essential oil: octyldodecesulfate = 1: 0.2 to 5. At this time, when the amount of octyldodeces used is less than 0.2 weight ratio with respect to the unbleached essential oil, the solubilizing power by the use of octyldodeces may be insignificant. If the amount of octyldodeces used exceeds 5 parts by weight, the skin stability may be deteriorated.

In addition, the cosmetic composition according to the present invention may further comprise an alcohol and / or a moisturizing agent according to a preferred embodiment, including a skin-prime essential oil, octyldodeces, and water. Specifically, the composition for cosmetic preparation according to the present invention may contain, in accordance with the first embodiment, a skin care essential oil, octyldodeces, an alcohol and water. In addition, the composition for cosmetic preparation according to the present invention may comprise a waxy essential oil, octyldodeces, an alcohol, a humectant, and water according to the second embodiment.

In addition, the composition for cosmetic preparation according to the present invention may further comprise an additive. The additive may be at least one selected from, for example, preservatives and oxidative stabilizers, and the specific kind of such additive may be selected from those conventionally used in the art.

The alcohol serves as an accelerator that promotes the solubilization of the unsweetened essential oil in water. Such alcohols can be, for example, ethanol and / or isopropyl alcohol, and ethanol can be preferably used. The moisturizing agent may be optionally added as needed, and is not particularly limited as long as it has a moisturizing function. The humectant may be at least one selected from the group consisting of glycerin, 1, 3-butyleneglycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, glycereth-26, and the like.

According to one embodiment, the composition for cosmetic preparation according to the present invention may comprise 0.1 to 5% by weight of a waxy essential oil, 0.2 to 5% by weight of octyldodeceses and 2 to 20% by weight of alcohol based on the total weight of the composition have. And the balance may be water (purified water) and / or additives. At this time, water (purified water) may be contained, for example, 70 to 96% by weight.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, the composition for cosmetic preparation according to the present invention comprises 0.1-5 wt% of waxy essential oil, 0.2-5 wt% of octyldodeces, 2-20 wt% of alcohol, 5 to 30% by weight. And the balance may be water (purified water) and / or additives. At this time, water (purified water) may be included, for example, 40 to 92% by weight.

When the content of the essential oil is less than 0.1% by weight, the effect (pharmacological effect and aromatherapy effect, etc.) of its use may be insignificant. When the content of the essential oil is more than 5% by weight, And the stability of the formulation may be lowered.

When the content of octyldodeceses is less than 0.2% by weight, the solubilizing power of octyldodeceses may be insufficient and the formulation stability may be deteriorated. If the content of octyldodeces is more than 5% by weight, the skin stability and the like may be deteriorated.

In addition, when the alcohol and / or moisturizing agent is lower than the above range, effects such as dilution, disinfection, promotion of solubilization and / or moisturization are insignificant depending on their use, and when they exceed the above range, The effect may not be so great and the content of the other components may be undesirably low. The additive may be included in the range of 0.001 to 10 wt%, for example, within a range not to deteriorate the effects of the respective components.

According to the present invention described above, including the octyldodeceses which solubilize the facial essential oil in water, the facial essential oil is uniformly mixed in the composition without floating. And it has a transparent appearance, and the soft white scent (phytoncide flavor) is maintained for a long time, and the pharmacological effect and the aromatherapy effect can be maximized. It also has formulation stability and skin stability.

On the other hand, the cosmetic composition according to the present invention includes the cosmetic composition of the present invention as described above. The cosmetic material according to the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it has a conventional ingredient and formulation and is formed of the composition for cosmetics of the present invention as described above. The cosmetic material according to the present invention is an aqueous cosmetic composition containing water, and includes any composition applied to human skin or hair.

The cosmetic according to the present invention may be used in cosmetics for aesthetic beauty or skin protection, A cleansing agent for the beauty and cleansing of the skin; A therapeutic agent for skin diseases which is applied to skin and treats and / or prevents skin diseases such as atopy; Perfume that emits fragrance; Shampoo or conditioner for cleaning hair; Dye for dyeing hair; Hair loss preventing agents to prevent hair loss; And / or hair growth promoting hair growth. The cosmetic according to the present invention may be at least one product selected from cosmetics, soap, shampoo, rinse, perfume, diffuser, dye, skin treatment agent (atopic treatment agent etc.), hair loss preventing agent and hair growth agent. At this time, the cosmetic includes products such as a face lotion, a body and / or a hair, and a lotion (such as a skin), and the diffuser is used to fix a mist and makeup And a fixer that provides a feeling of moisture.

The cosmetic material according to the present invention may contain, for example, 0.01 to 99.9% by weight of the cosmetic composition of the present invention as described above based on the total weight of the cosmetic material. More specifically, the cosmetic according to the present invention may contain 0.1 to 90% by weight, 2 to 80% by weight, 5 to 70% by weight, 10 to 70% by weight, 10 to 60% by weight of the cosmetic composition of the present invention, By weight, 20 to 60% by weight, 10 to 50% by weight, or 20 to 50% by weight. The content of the cosmetic composition that can be contained in the cosmetic composition according to the present invention can be variously adjusted depending on the type of cosmetic composition, formulation, and the like. In one example, when the cosmetic according to the present invention has a formulation containing a large amount of water such as a lotion (such as a skin) or mist, the content of the cosmetic composition may be 20 to 60% by weight, 50% by weight.

The following examples are provided to illustrate the present invention in order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, and thus the technical scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the following comparative example is not meant to be a prior art, but is provided for comparison with an embodiment only.

[Examples 1 to 3]

(Essential oils) obtained from cotton wool wood were prepared, and then compositions for cosmetic compositions were prepared in the following composition ratios (ingredients and contents) as shown in Table 1 below.

Firstly, a waxy essential oil, ethanol and a solubilizing agent (octyldodeces) were thoroughly mixed and stirred at a temperature of about 45 캜 at a composition ratio shown in Table 1 below to prepare a solution in ethanol. Separately, an aqueous solution was prepared by dissolving purified water and humectant components at room temperature. While the aqueous solution was stirred with a Disper Mixer, the ethanol solution was slowly added thereto, and the mixture was stirred for 10 minutes. At this time, as shown in Table 1 below, the kinds of the solubilizing agent (octyldodeceses) were varied according to each example. In the following [Table 1], the content (% by weight) of each component is based on the total weight of the composition for cosmetic preparation.

[Comparative Examples 1 and 2]

The procedure of Example 1 was repeated except that castor oil was used instead of octyldodeces. Specifically, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil (Comparative Example 1), which is mainly used as a surfactant in the field of cosmetics instead of the octyldodeceses, without adding octyldodeceses, And PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil (Comparative Example 2) were used.

In addition, it can be seen that satisfaction is varied depending on the amount of octyldodeces used for the artificial essential oil. That is, as shown in Table 4, when the amount of octyldodeces used was 0.2 to 5 parts by weight (Examples 1 and 4 to 5) relative to the unbleached essential oil, It can be seen that it has excellent results.

In addition, as shown in Table 5, it can be seen that the formulation stability varies depending on the amount of octyldodeces used relative to the unbleached essential oil. That is, when the amount of octyldodeces used is low (Example 7), it can be seen that the formulation stability is poor at low temperatures. On the other hand, in the case of Comparative Examples 1 and 2, formulation stability was not evaluated because it was opaque even at room temperature and there was a float.

As can be seen from the above-mentioned experimental examples, octyldodeceses can effectively solubilize the essential oil in a low content in comparison with a general surfactant (for example, castor oil) to provide excellent transparency, customer satisfaction (aromatherapy effect And skin stability) and formulation stability, and the like. In addition, when the content of octyldodeceses is 0.2 to 5 parts by weight relative to the waxy essential oil as in Examples 1 to 6 (octyldodeces based on the total weight of the composition) When the flow rate is 0.2 to 5% by weight).

[Examples 9 to 10] Mist formulation

The essential oil (essential oil) obtained from the white cotton was prepared, and a composition for a cosmetic composition was obtained by mixing and stirring ethanol, a solubilizing agent (octyldodeces) and water (purified water). At this time, as shown in Table 6 below, components and contents were varied according to each example. In the following [Table 6], the content (% by weight) of each component is based on the total weight of the composition for cosmetic preparation.

Further, a moisture mist-type was prepared with the components and contents as shown in Table 7 below. In the following Table 7, the content (% by weight) of each component is based on the total weight of the mist.

[Comparative Examples 3 to 4] Mist formulation

The procedure of Example 9 was repeated, except that a sorbitan fatty acid ester was used instead of octyldodeces. Specifically, a sorbitan fatty acid ester, which is mainly used as a surfactant in the mist formulations, was used instead of the octyldodeceses without adding octyldodeceses. At this time, as shown in Table 6 below, the content was varied according to each comparative example.

Mist formulations were also prepared with the ingredients and contents as shown in Table 7 below.

The spray conditions were evaluated for each of the mist formulations according to Table 7, and the results are shown in Table 8 below. At this time, the spraying state was such that spraying was performed after one week and four weeks after the respective mist formulations were accommodated in a normal mist spray container, and when the coagulated matter (water droplets) was not observed during visual observation, When the aggregate (water drop) was observed, it was evaluated as 'poor' in the case of 'normal', coagulum (droplet) was observed more frequently or spraying was difficult (the spray was not continuous).

As shown in the above Table 8, octyldodeceses can be effectively sprayed when the mist is sprayed by effectively solubilizing the essential oil in the hair, even in a low content, as compared with a general surfactant (sorbitan fatty acid ester) . This means that it is possible to have storage stability and formulation stability for mist formulations.

In addition, as shown in Table 8, when a general surfactant (sorbitan fatty acid ester) is used, it is difficult to spray and a large amount of surfactant is required for good jetting. That is, as compared to Formulation Example 3 (Comparative Example 3) and Formulation Example 4 (Comparative Example 4), in the case of using a surfactant (sorbitan fatty acid ester) 10 times as much as the amount of facial essential oil (Formulation Example 4) It can be seen that mist spraying is improved.
