Abstract

The present invention relates to a control valve apparatus, comprising: a valve body (100) having three of more penetration holes including an inlet and an outlet; and a curved fluid control body (200) including a main disk (204) inserted to the remaining penetration holes except the inlet and outlet, and able to be separated. When an operation of the control valve is tested and maintained, an engineer may open a fixing cover (101) without removing the control valve from a pipe, take out the fluid control body (200), check the condition of a seat and a disk, and adjust and change the seat and disk. Moreover, the control valve meets small fluid resistance due to an oil passage that is almost similar to a straight line. An inner material is properly selected in accordance with each fluid based on engineers knowledge.

일반적으로 유체제어용 밸브 장치는 유체등을 이송하기 위한 배관상에 설치되어 배관을 통해 이송되는 유체의 제어를 위한 수단으로 사용된다. 이러한 종래 유체 제어용 개폐밸브 에는 공압적 방법과 기계적 방법 이 개시 되고 있고 유로 형태적으로는 굽은유로형인 글로브형 과 일자유로형인 볼밸브형 이 있다.글로브형은 유체제어부 유지보수시 배관에서 탈거하지 않고 상부의 구동기를 제거하고 보넷을 열어 내부 유지보수의 간단함은 있으나 유로저항의 커짐의 문제가 있고 볼밸브형은 유로저항은 상대적으로 적으나 유체저어부 유지보수시 기존 배관에서 탈거 해야하는 어려움이 있다. 이러한 종래의 유체제어용 개폐밸브는 파손이나 오작동에따른 유지보수가 상당히 어렵다. 따라서 유지보수시 많은 시간과 비용이 발생할수 밖에 없다. 설치시 도2의 왼쪽부가 유입구이므로 배관에 체결되고 유체의 방향은 왼쪽에서 오른쪽이 된다. 밸브바디(100)의 유입구와 유출구를 제외한 통공을 통해 시트(300)의 탈착이 가능하며 곡선형내부형체(200)의 삽입후 구동부의 움직임으로 작동여부를 확인할수 있다. 배관에다 설치후 내부 확인시 고정커버(101)를 열어 디스크와 시트 구동부의 유지보수가 가능하다.
