Description

NATURAL DHA REINFORCED FIBER COMPLETE MIXED FEED COMPOSITION [0001]

The present invention relates to a fully mixed fiber for cow, and more particularly to a fully mixed fiber for cow using natural DHA powder.

According to recent medical statistics, the most frequent occurrence of hypertension, diabetes, cerebral infarction and other diseases in modern people who consume excessive amounts of fat is significantly lowered when a large amount of processed fish or fish food is consumed. This is because omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are mostly contained in fish and fish processed foods, play a role in reducing total fat and cholesterol in plasma.

Examples of the omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids include docosahexanoic acid (DHA, hereinafter referred to as DHA), icosapentanoic acid (EPA, hereinafter referred to as EPA), and docosapentanoic acid (DPA). The precursors of DHA and EPA are not essential fatty acids because they can be made in the body using alpha-linolenic acid taken as food. Therefore, if you eat only enough alpha-linolenic acid, EPA and DHA may be considered to be made as needed even if you do not take it. However, since the conversion efficiency of alpha-linolenic acid to EPA and DHA is very low, about 10-15% for adults and 3-6% for children, the amount of EPA and DHA .

The omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid is a methyl group (the simplest form of the alkyl group, which is a case where one hydrogen atom of the methine is removed or bonded to another substituent. The monovalent atom group -CH 3 Is an unsaturated fatty acid in which a double bond is initiated at carbon number 3. Most vegetable oils such as corn oil, soybean oil, and rapeseed oil contain less than 15% omega-3 fatty acids. The exception is perilla oil, which contains more than 65% omega-3 fatty acid content, and many of the essential fatty acids, alpha-linolenic acid. Oily fish such as salmon, sardines, mackerel, herring and tuna are well-known sources of omega-3 fatty acids.

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential nutrients for adults as well as children with brain development up to age 13, preventing adult diseases and the like, but there are very few amounts in common foods. Milk that is consumed for the health of children and adults has a lot of good nutrients but it is difficult to produce milk containing a large amount of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid because it contains a lot of saturated fatty acids. Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are required for the maintenance of adult health as well as brain development and development of infants. Especially, infants are fed with DHA from mother's placenta to breast milk, , Are known to form nerve tissues of the eye. Despite the very large molecular structure, the fact that only DHA among essential fatty acids passes through the brain portal is still the subject of research. Furthermore, the important fact is that DHA is deeply involved in the formation of cranial nerves, the formation of visual acuity, and the formation of human nervous tissue. In the fetus, a considerable number of childhood-onset neurological diseases, emotional disorders, mental retardation, DHA is associated with a deficiency of research has been announced. Also, in adults, DHA contents differed by more than two-fold, from 7.9% to 16.9%, when compared to the brain of a patient with Alzheimer's dementia and the general public. Although the cause of the disease has not yet been clarified yet, the physiological function of DHA is attracting much attention in Alzheimer's disease.

Foods containing these DHA ingredients are commonly found around us. However, the price is high and the smell is bad, so it is somewhat difficult for the general person to ingest.

In order to overcome this problem, there have been attempts to develop milk containing various nutrients at a level similar to that of breast milk or milk for young children or infants at the growing stage. In addition, Is actively proceeding.

Hereinafter, the prior art relating to feed for cows will be described.

Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 1995-0026377 discloses a milk and dairy composition in which n-3 fatty acids are accumulated, more specifically, about 3 to 25% by weight of an n-3 fatty acid source for the whole feed composition, about 3 to 25% by weight of a carbohydrate source drug About 5 to 30% by weight of a protein source, about 25 to 40% by weight of a fiber source, about 0.01 to 0.03% by weight of formaldehyde (emulsifier), about 3 to 7% To 0.1% by weight of the composition.

Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 1998-013774 relates to a compounded feed composition for DHA-fortified milk production, and more particularly, to a composition containing at least one carbohydrate source 20 selected from the group consisting of corn, wheat and wheat, based on the total weight of the compound feed 10-25% of fish meal, 10-20% of large fish scalp, 10-15% of wheat bran, 0.8-1.5% of bran oil, 10-25% of at least one protein source selected from the group consisting of cottonseed meal and soybean meal, magnesium oxide 0.3-1.0%, minerals and 5-15% of vitamins.

Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0813695 relates to functional chicken meat, cooked meat and processed products produced by feeding a functional feed additive for producing chickens having high DHA, DPA and EPA contents, and more specifically, 3 to 4 wt% of garlic, 1 to 3 wt% of ginger, 13 to 15 wt% of rice bran, 32 to 36 wt% of fish bone, 32 to 36 wt% of loess, 13 to 15 wt% of fish oil, , Functional chicken meat produced by supplying functional nutritional additives obtained by mixing functional nutritional ingredients, and functional nutrients showing the components of DHA 41.4 mg, DPA 24.52 mg, and EPA 8.36 mg per 100 g of the functional chicken meat, .

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method and apparatus for converting unsaturated fatty acid in milk into a saturated fatty acid by microorganisms within the rumen of a cow, , And to increase the feed intake of dairy cattle by improving palatability, thereby maximizing the milk productivity with natural DHA added.

In order to accomplish the object of the present invention, the present invention provides a dietary composition comprising a feed composition comprising a forage, a by-product feed, a fermented feed, a concentrated feed and an additive, wherein the natural DHA fiber preparation contains natural palm oil and fish oil Characterized in that the powder mixture is prepared by mixing and heating the mixture, air-jetting the liquid mixture thus obtained to obtain powder particles, and then mixing the powder particles with roasted flaxseed, perilla and limestone. .

As described above in detail, the natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition according to the present invention converts the unsaturated fatty acid into the saturated fatty acid in the rumen microbes of the cow when the conventional unsaturated fatty acid is supplied to the cow in a large amount to decrease the unsaturated fatty acid in the cow This tendency is overcome, and improvement of palatability can increase the feed intake of dairy cows and maximize the productivity of milk containing natural DHA.

Hereinafter, the configuration and operation according to the present invention will be described in detail.

The present invention provides a complete DHA fiber mixed feed composition for dairy cows comprising a natural DHA preparation in a feed composition comprising a forage, a by-product feed, a fermented feed, a concentrated feed, and an additive.

In relation to the term "fully fiber-mixed feed" used in the present invention, the rumen, especially dairy cow (milk), requires a large amount of protein and energy required for the synthesis of milk due to the nature of nutritional physiology and a special digestive organs called rumen An appropriate amount of fibrin is required to be maintained. In order to fill the deficiency of nutrients, feeding of high concentration of feed concentrates may cause metabolic diseases such as digestive disorders, acid poisoning, fever, ketosis, and fourth place dislocation. It is important. Accordingly, feeds that have been produced at a suitable ratio of the forage and concentrated feeds are referred to as fully mixed fiber feeds.

As a component of the natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition for cow of the present invention, it includes a natural DHA fiber preparation.

Natural DHA fiber preparations are ingredients added to the DHA source to obtain natural DHA milk in cows. These natural DHA fiber preparations are characterized by containing natural palm oil and fish oil, preferably native DHA based formulation comprising squid flour and flax seeds, perilla and limestone. Here, natural squid oil refers to pure oil which uses only the physical process by temperature and pressure in all production processes and does not use any chemical substance or chemical process. More specifically, such natural DHA fiber preparations are prepared by mixing and heating natural palm oil and fish oil, preferably squid oil, and air-jetting the liquid mixture thus obtained to obtain powder particles (natural DHA basic formulation) Powder particles are prepared by mixing with roasted flaxseed, perilla and limestone. At this time, the natural DHA preparation may contain DHA in a range of 6 to 24 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the natural DHA preparation. Within this range, the feed intake of the dairy cow increases due to improvement in palatability, Milk productivity can be maximized. Preferably, the weight ratio of powder particles, linseed, sorghum, and limestone is 1.5: 1: 1: 1. Flax seeds are used as raw materials, and the consumption rate is lowered, so they are roasted and ground into powder. It is roasted in oil and used oil left over. Use limestone containing natural calcium carbonate. The mixing ratio of these ingredients is very important for these ingredients to make a complete natural DHA fiber preparation. This is because the result of using natural DHA milk varies depending on the proportion of each ingredient used. In the present invention, the ratio of palm oil to fish oil, preferably squid oil is preferably from 6: 4 to 4: 6 (palm oil: fish oil), preferably 5: 5 by weight. In this case, And most preferably the DHA content is the most ideal.

Accordingly, the obtained natural DHA fiber preparation is contained in the natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition of the present invention in an amount of 0.1 to 5% by weight. Below this range, the DHA serves as a major feature of the feed composition of the present invention, and its ability to act as a DHA source does not exhibit an increase in effectiveness due to the additional addition of these natural DHA fiber formulations.

In addition, as another component of the natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition for cow of the present invention, it includes a roughage.

The roughage of the present invention is a high-fiber component, and specific examples thereof are not particularly limited as all foraging materials usable in cows.

Specific examples of the above forage can include alfalfa hay, mixed hay, klein hay, timothy, fescue, corn silos, and domestic pickles, which are Italian and wet. A brief description of each can be found in Table 1 below.

In the present invention, the content of the forage is 20 to 35% by weight, and the fiber content of the feed is excellent within this range. When referring to the quality of the forage as a physical evaluation, it refers to appearance, smell, color, texture, thickness, etc. When referring to chemical evaluation, it refers to the amount of the composition contained in the forage. Biological evaluation refers to plasticizers. The excellent fiber content of the forage refers to the crude fiber content in the chemical composition by chemical evaluation. In this case, a roughage content of at least 18% crude protein and at least 37% crude fiber is used.

In addition, as another component of the complete DHA fiber mixed feed composition for cow of the present invention, it includes a by-product feed.

 The by-product feed of the present invention is intended to increase the crude fiber content and refers to a secondary product used as a feed for various agricultural products or food products such as bran bark and persimmon, And is not particularly limited.

Specific examples of the by-product feed include cottonseed, soybean oil, almond oil, and corncob. Here, it is important that the by-product feed does not exceed about 15% by weight.

In the present invention, the by-product feed content is 5 to 15% by weight, and the content of the crude fiber can be increased within this range. If the amount is less than the above range, the effect of adding the by-product feed can not be obtained. If the above range is exceeded, the content of the other ingredients may fall and the properties of the natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition may be deteriorated.

In addition, as another component of the complete DHA fiber mixed feed composition for cow of the present invention, it includes a fermented feed.

The fermented feed according to the present invention is added to improve the digestive power of a cow with improved palatability. It means that a microorganism is inoculated to a raw material having a large amount of non-flammable material, and the microorganism is used as a feed together with the microorganism. All of which can be used, and are not particularly limited. Preferably, the fermented feed is bean sprouts (bean sprouts culled in the process of washing and packaging bean sprouts), bean sprouts (which are discharged from tofu or soybean milk factory, in which water-soluble substances have been substantially removed from soybeans) ), Seaweed (seaweed), seaweed (seaweed, seaweed, etc.) are boiled with alcohol to extract the nutrients by osmotic pressure, and then left in a pan. (The main anchovy is a fermentation by-product produced during the process of making wine), mushroom by-products (mushroom by-products are aka waste medium or cultivation residue, And a large amount is emitted together with a surge). Other examples include milk mix No. 7, liquid anchovy, vitamin starch, and jade flooded concentrates.

In the present invention, the content of the fermented feed is 20 to 35% by weight. Within this range, the improvement in palatability is advantageous for enhancing the digestibility of cows. If the amount is less than the above range, the effect due to the addition of the fermented feed can not be obtained. If the above range is exceeded, the content of the other ingredients may fall and the properties of the natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition may be deteriorated.

In addition, as another component of the natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition for cow of the present invention, it includes a concentrated feed.

In the present invention, the concentrated feed is for supplying the nutrients necessary for the dairy cow, means a feed having a small volume, a small amount of fibrin, and a large amount of plasticized nutrients, and is a typical one that can be used in this field. Examples of such concentrated feeds include protein concentrate, wheat bran, flake, corn root, and milk concentrate.

In the present invention, it is important that the content of the concentrated feed is 30% by weight or less, more specifically 20 to 30% by weight. In this range, the supply of the nutrients necessary for the cow is smooth. If the amount is less than the above range, effects due to the addition of the concentrated feed can not be obtained. If the above range is exceeded, the content of the other components may be decreased and the properties of the natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition may be deteriorated.

Finally, another component of the natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition for cows of the present invention includes additives.

The additive of the present invention is added to the natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition to supplement nutritional deficiencies in the feed composition, and the additive is not particularly limited in the conventional art. Specific examples of the additive include a probiotic, a buffer, a calcium phosphate, a vitamin premix, and a miscellaneous nutrient.

In the present invention, it is important that the content of the additive does not exceed 2% by weight, more specifically 0.1 to 2% by weight. In this range, the supply of the nutrients necessary for the cow is smooth. If the amount is less than the above range, the effect of the addition of the additive can not be obtained. If the amount exceeds the above range, the content of the other ingredients may be decreased and the properties of the natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition may be deteriorated.

The present invention also provides a method for preparing a natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition.

More specifically,

Providing fish oil such as natural palm oil and squid oil to the container at a specified ratio and heating to be in a liquid state;

Air-jetting the resulting liquid mixture to obtain particles in powder form;

Mixing the obtained particles with roasted flaxseed, perilla, limestone to obtain a natural DHA preparation;

Mixing the obtained DHA preparation with a forage, a by-product feed, a fermented feed, a concentrated feed, and an additive to obtain a natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition.

The specific examples and ratios of the components in the above-mentioned production method are as described above, and are not separately described here.

The mixing may be carried out using a mixer which is conventional in the art, and this is not particularly limited. The air injection may be performed using a conventional injector, and a rotary injector using a motor may be used as an example.

The thus obtained natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition can be provided in an appropriate amount per day for each dairy cow, for example, an average of about 30 kg on the average.

The thus-prepared natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition of the present invention can be confirmed that the rumen pass ratio after use is above 95% as a result of using a product manufactured to control the excellent ruminal passage rate.

In addition, the natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition of the present invention can have the following effects.

(1) All of the dairy cows that ingest the natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition of the present invention are healthy and can achieve the economic life span. Conventional DHA-fortified dietary compositions in the field may have resulted in a higher DHA content, but the cow's economic life span was very short (an average of 2.5, compared to 2). However, the natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition of the present invention can extend the economic life.

2) The natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition of the present invention is excellent in price competitiveness. The cost of the conventional DHA reinforced composition is 540 per kg, while the cost per kg of the natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition of the present invention is 470 won, which saves a feed cost of 70 won per kg of flow.

3) The natural DHA fiber fully mixed feed composition of the present invention contains natural DHA, and a raw material without chemical additives can be used.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to Examples and Experimental Examples.

However, the following examples and experimental examples are illustrative of the present invention, and the content of the present invention is not limited by the following examples and experimental examples.
