A contents sharing method of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: interoperating with an electronic device for sharing contents; and setting a contents transmission path for sharing the selected contents with the electronic device, based on multipath TCP (MPTCP), in a contents sharing method of a terminal for sharing the contents obtained from a server through a network.
