BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a container, and more particularly, to a container capable of easily controlling the amount of liquid contents to be discharged.

Liquid cosmetics such as essence, lotion, cream, etc., which are widely used in general, do not dry the skin by supplying moisture to the skin and provide a soothing effect to the skin while protecting the skin from external harmful pollution, temperature difference and ultraviolet rays , Is widely used by many people.

In this case, cosmetics such as essence, lotion and the like are easily sold in a container made of glass or plastic. In the case of cosmetics, the container is composed of a container body containing cosmetics and a lid provided at the outlet of the container body.

The outlet of the container body may generally protrude upward to form a spout, wherein the lid may have a structure that is fastened to a thread formed on the spout, and the user may open the outlet by opening the lid, Can be discharged. Alternatively, the lid may have a variety of configurations that engage snouting as well as threaded.

If the container is filled with liquid cosmetics, more cosmetics may be discharged than needed if the container is slightly tilted. On the other hand, if there is almost no liquid cosmetics in the container, it may not be enough cosmetics even if the container is tilted a lot. Also, the amount of cosmetics used varies depending on the user.

However, conventionally, the outlet port of the container body is provided singly so that it is impossible to adjust the discharge amount of the cosmetic as needed. These problems are found not only in cosmetics but also in containers with liquid contents such as liquid dishwashing detergents, hand wash, shampoo, and treatments.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a discharge amount regulator having a plurality of regulating portions having different discharging holes at the outlet of a container body so that a user can control at least one of the plurality of regulating portions And it is an object of the present invention to provide a container which can separate or combine to control the discharge amount of contents.

The container according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a container body including a discharge port, a discharge amount adjuster coupled to the discharge port and capable of adjusting the size of the opening of the discharge port, and a cap detachably coupled to the discharge port, .

Specifically, the discharge amount regulator is provided between the discharge port and the lid.

Specifically, the discharge amount regulator includes a plurality of regulating portions formed with discharging holes of different sizes, and at least one of the regulating portions may be separated or combined to change the size of the opening of the discharging opening.

Specifically, in the plurality of regulating portions, the discharge hole of the regulating portion located at the outermost position is the smallest, and the discharging hole of the regulating portion directly coupled to the discharging opening of the plurality of regulating portions is largest.

Specifically, the plurality of regulating portions may include a first regulating portion located at the outermost position and a regulating portion formed at a position larger than the regulating portion which is larger than the regulating portion directly connected to the discharging orifice and is larger than the discharging hole of the first regulating portion, And a second adjusting unit provided between the first adjusting unit and the second adjusting unit. And the first adjuster is detachably coupled to the second adjuster.

Specifically, at least one of the first regulating portion and the second regulating portion and the regulating portion directly coupled to the discharging outlet are formed of different materials.

The objectives, specific advantages, and novel features of the present invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description and the preferred embodiments, which are to be taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that, in the present specification, the reference numerals are added to the constituent elements of the drawings, and the same constituent elements are assigned the same number as much as possible even if they are displayed on different drawings. In the following description of the present invention, a detailed description of related arts will be omitted if it is determined that the gist of the present invention may be unnecessarily obscured.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a container according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the embodiment of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a partial longitudinal sectional view of FIG. The container according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a container body 100, a discharge amount controller 200 capable of controlling the discharge amount of contents contained in the container body, and a lid 300.

The container body 100 includes a receiving part 110 having an internal space capable of containing cosmetics, shampoo, detergent and the like, and a discharge port 120 protruding upward from the receiving part 110. The receiving portion 110 may have a cylindrical shape with an inner space formed therein. However, the shape of the accommodating portion is not limited thereto.

For convenience of explanation, the direction in which the discharge port 120 protrudes is referred to as an upward direction, and the opposite direction, that is, the direction toward the bottom surface of the container body 100 is referred to as a downward direction. However, the upper and lower sides are relative concepts, and the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, when the container body is in the form of a tube, the outlet protruding from the container body when the container is placed on a flat surface may face sideways. The direction referred to as "upward" at this time can be understood as a direction in which the discharge port protrudes.

Alternatively, the discharge port may not be in a protruding shape. In this embodiment, "upper side" can be understood as a direction in which the opening of the discharge opening faces, that is, a direction in which the discharge opening is opened.

In this embodiment, the discharge port 120 may have a cylindrical shape having a diameter smaller than that of the receiving portion 110. The discharge port 120 may have threads formed on the outer surface thereof and may be fastened to the lid 300. The discharge port 120 may be opened upward to discharge the contents contained in the storage unit 110.

The lid 300 is threaded on the inner side and detachably coupled to the outer surface of the discharge port 120. The lid 300 can be fastened to the discharge port 120 irrespective of whether the discharge amount regulator 200 is coupled to the discharge port 120.

The discharge amount regulator 200 includes a plurality of regulators 210, 220, and 230 having discharge holes of different sizes. The discharge amount regulator 200 is coupled to the discharge port 120 to adjust the size of the opening 122 of the discharge port. The discharge hole of the regulating portion directly located on the outermost position is the smallest and the discharge hole of the regulating portion directly coupled to the discharge opening 120 can be the largest.

One or more of the plurality of regulating portions 210, 220 and 230 may be separated or combined to change the size of the opening 122 to change the amount of the contents discharged from the discharging opening 120 .

The plurality of regulating units 210, 220, and 230 include a first regulating unit 210, a second regulating unit 220, and a third regulating unit 230. The first adjuster 210 includes a discharge hole 215 that is smaller than both the discharge hole 236 of the third adjuster 230 and the discharge hole 226 of the second adjuster 220. The second adjuster 220 includes a discharge hole 226 that is larger than the discharge hole 215 of the first adjuster 210 and smaller than the discharge hole 236 of the third adjuster 230.

The second adjusting part 220 is provided between the first adjusting part 210 and the third adjusting part 230 and the third adjusting part 230 is directly coupled to the discharging opening 120, And the discharge amount regulator 200 is fixed to the discharge port 120. The first adjusting unit 210 is detachably coupled to the second adjusting unit 220 and the second adjusting unit 220 is detachably coupled to the third adjusting unit 230.

The third adjuster 230 may surround the end 121 of the discharge port 120 as well as the inside of the discharge port 120 so that the discharge amount controller 200 can be stably coupled to the discharge port 120. In one embodiment, the third adjuster 230 may be made of a different material from the first and second adjusters.

For example, the third adjuster 230 may be formed of a soft material so as to smoothly cover the end 121 of the discharge port 120. The skin of the user can be protected by touching the user's skin. have.

The first adjuster 210 is a generally cap-shaped member having the smallest discharge hole 215 formed in the plurality of adjusters. The first adjuster 210 is detachably coupled to the second adjuster 220. The first adjuster 210 includes a space 216 communicating with the opening 122 of the discharge port 120.

The first adjuster 210 includes a tubular body 211 opened downward. The first adjuster 210 includes a cover 212 disposed at an upper end of the body 211. The space 216 of the first adjuster 210 may be defined as a space surrounded by the body 211 of the first adjuster and the cover 212 and opened downward. The body 211 of the first regulating portion is inserted into the discharging hole 226 of the second regulating portion.

The cover portion 212 of the first regulation portion is in the form of a disc. The size of the cover portion 212 is larger than the outer diameter of the body 211 of the first adjuster portion and larger than the size of the ejection hole 226 of the second adjuster portion 220. The first adjusting portion 210 is caught on the second adjusting portion 220 without falling into the discharge hole 226 of the second adjusting portion 220 by the cover portion 212.

The cover portion 212 has a plurality of through holes 217 formed adjacent to the rim 218 of the cover portion 212. The plurality of through holes 217 are spaced apart from each other to maintain a connection so that the rim 218 of the cover portion 212 is not completely separated from the cover portion 212.

It is convenient for the user to pull the rim 218 of the cover part 212 by the through hole 217. [ The user can pull the rim 218 of the cover part 212 with his or her fingertip to separate the first adjusting part 210 coupled to the second adjusting part 220. [

However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the plurality of through holes 217 may be omitted or replaced with another shape if necessary. For example, a groove may be formed at the same position instead of the through hole. Further, the number and shape of the plurality of through holes are variable.

The cover portion 212 includes an oblique surface 219 formed radially outwardly of the rim 218. 3 and 4, the oblique surface 219 of the cover portion 212 is formed obliquely toward the outside downside. Since the rim 219 of the cover portion 212 separates the rim 218 of the cover portion 212 from the flange 222 of the second adjustment portion 220, So that the rim 218 of the cover portion 212 can be easily lifted.

However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the oblique surface 219 may not be provided. For example, instead of the oblique surface 219, a rib further protruding radially outward is provided, and the user may pull the rib to separate the first adjusting portion from the second adjusting portion.

A groove 213 is formed in the center of the cover portion 212. The groove 213 of the cover portion 212 may be generally circular, but is not limited thereto. Further, the cover portion 212 may not include the groove 213.

A discharge hole 215 of the first regulation part 210 is formed at the center of the groove 213 of the cover part 212. The discharge hole 215 of the first regulation portion is communicated with the opening 122 of the discharge port 120 through the space 216 of the first regulation portion. When the groove 213 is provided, the remainder of the contents discharged from the discharge hole 215 can stay in the groove 213 without flowing out of the cover portion 212.

However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In another embodiment, the first adjusting part may not have the discharge hole 215 formed in the cover part 212. At this time, since the opening 122 of the discharge port 120 is completely clogged in a state where the first controller is coupled, the discharge amount of the contents becomes zero. Therefore, the first regulating portion without the discharging hole 215 can function as a packing member which completely blocks the contents contained in the container from flowing out of the discharging opening 120.

The second adjuster 220 includes a tubular body 221 opened upward and downward and a flange 222 extending radially outward from the outer surface of the body 221. The discharging hole 226 of the second adjusting portion is a space surrounded by the body 221 of the second adjusting portion and opened upward and downward. The discharge hole 226 of the second adjuster may be the same or slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the body 211 of the first adjuster. The discharge hole (226) of the second regulation portion communicates with the opening (122) of the discharge port. The body 211 of the first regulating portion is detachably coupled to the discharge hole 226 of the second regulating portion. As an example of the coupling method, the first adjusting portion 210 may be coupled to the discharge hole 226 of the second adjusting portion in a forced fit manner, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

3, the lower end of the body 211 of the first adjuster is coupled to the body 221 of the second adjuster 220 while the second adjuster 220 is coupled to the first adjuster 210, As shown in Fig. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the lower end of the body 211 of the first adjuster may be further extended to meet the lower end of the body 221 of the second adjuster. Alternatively, the lower end of the body 211 of the first adjuster may extend longer than the lower end of the body 221 of the second adjuster.

The flange 222 of the second adjuster extends radially outward at the upper end of the body 221 of the second adjuster. The flange 222 of the second adjusting part is provided between the cover part 122 of the first adjusting part and the third adjusting part 230. The diameter of the flange 222 of the second adjusting portion is larger than the outer diameter of the body 221 of the second adjusting portion and larger than the size of the discharge hole 236 of the third adjusting portion 230. The second adjusting part 220 is caught on the third adjusting part 230 without falling into the discharge hole 236 of the third adjusting part by the flange 222 of the second adjusting part.

A plurality of grooves 227 are formed on the upper surface of the flange 222 of the second adjusting portion. The plurality of grooves 227 are spaced apart from each other and are surrounded by the rim 228 of the flange 222 of the second regulating portion. The groove 227 makes it convenient for the user to hold the flange 222 of the second adjustment portion. The user may pull the edge 228 of the flange 222 with his or her fingertip to insert the fingertip into the groove 227 and press the second adjuster 220 coupled to the third adjuster 230 Can be separated.

However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the plurality of grooves 227 may be omitted or replaced with another shape if necessary. Further, the number and shape of the plurality of grooves can be modified.

The flange 222 of the second adjuster includes an oblique surface 229 formed radially outwardly of the rim 228. 3 and 4, the oblique surface 229 of the flange 222 is formed obliquely toward the outer downward direction. A gap exists between the rim 229 of the flange 222 and the rim 228 of the flange 222 and the third adjuster 230 so that the user inserts the fingertip therebetween and the flange 222 Can be easily lifted.

However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the oblique surface 229 may not be provided. For example, instead of the beveled surface 229, there is provided a rib that protrudes radially outwardly, and the user may pull the rib to separate the second adjusting portion from the third adjusting portion.

The third adjusting part 230 is provided between the second adjusting part 220 and the discharging port 120 to couple the discharging amount regulating device 200 to the discharging port 120. The third adjuster 230 may seal the gap between the discharge volume controller 200 and the discharge port 120. Since the third adjuster 230 has a sealing function, it will be referred to as a gasket hereinafter.

The gasket 230 may be formed so as to surround the end portion 121 of the discharge port 120 from both inside and outside. 3, the gasket 230 includes a body 231 inserted into the opening 122 of the discharge port 120 to surround the inside of the end portion 121, and a body 231 extending outward from the body 231, And peripheral portions 232 and 233 surrounding the end portion 121 of the discharge port from the outside.

The body 231 of the gasket has a tube shape opened upward and downward, respectively. The body 231 of the gasket is formed with a discharge hole 236 communicating with the opening 122 of the discharge port 120. The discharge hole 236 of the gasket may be defined as a space surrounded by the tube-shaped body 231 and opened upward and downward.

The discharge hole 236 of the gasket is smaller than the opening 122 of the discharge port 120. The discharge hole 236 of the gasket may be the same or slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the body 221 of the second adjusting portion. The discharge hole 236 of the gasket communicates with the opening 122 of the discharge port. Further, the body 221 of the second regulating portion is detachably coupled to the discharge hole 236 of the gasket. But the present invention is not limited thereto.

3, the lower end of the body 221 of the second regulating portion is engaged with the lower end of the body 231 of the gasket in a state where the second regulating portion 220 is coupled to the gasket 230, Do not. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the lower end of the body 221 of the second adjuster may be further extended to meet the lower end of the body 231 of the gasket. Alternatively, the lower end of the body 221 of the second adjuster may extend longer than the lower end of the body 231 of the gasket.

The outer diameter of the body 231 of the gasket is formed to be equal to or slightly smaller than the size of the opening 122 of the discharge port and inserted into the opening 122 of the discharge port 120. The gasket may be formed such that the body 231 is in close contact with the inside of the discharge port 120 or the peripheral portions 232 and 233 of the gasket are at least partly brought into close contact with the outside of the discharge port 120, The space between the discharge ports 120 can be sealed.

The peripheral portions 232 and 233 of the gasket further extend outward along the outer surface of the end portion 121 of the discharge port 120 at the upper end of the body 231 of the gasket. The periphery of the gasket may include a top surface portion 232 extending radially outward and a side surface portion 233 extending downward from the top surface portion.

The corner where the upper surface portion 232 of the gasket meets the side surface portion 233 may be a curved surface. The gasket 230 may be made of a soft or elastic material. The gasket 230 surrounds the end 121 of the discharge port 120 made of a harder material so that the user's hand or the like is protected from the end 121 of the discharge port 120.

The material of the gasket 230 may be different from the material of the first adjuster 210. At this time, the material of the gasket 230 is soft and the material of the first adjuster 210 may be hard. The material of the gasket 230 may be different from that of the second adjuster 220. At this time, the material of the gasket 230 is soft and the material of the second control part 220 may be hard.

However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the material of the first regulating portion, the second regulating portion, and the gasket may be the same. At this time, the material of the first and second regulating portions and the gasket may be soft.

The gasket 230 may be detachably coupled to the end portion 121 of the discharge port 120, or may be detachably coupled. The size of the discharge hole 236 of the gasket 230 is smaller than the size of the opening 122 of the discharge hole 120 so that when the gasket 230 is detachably coupled to the discharge hole 120, The discharge amount of the contents can be further increased by separating the gasket 230 from the discharge opening 120.

FIG. 9 shows a state in which the lid 300 and the first adjuster 210 are separated from each other in the container of FIG. A method of separating the first adjuster 210 has been described above. When the first adjuster 210 is removed, the size of the ejection hole of the container body 100 is widened as the ejection hole 226 of the second adjuster.

Even if the first regulating portion 210 is pulled and pulled out from the second regulating portion 220 because the gasket 230 surrounds the discharging opening 120 from the inside and the outside of the gasket 230, 230 are stably fixed to the discharge port 120. [

FIG. 10 shows a state in which the second regulating unit 220 is separated from the container of FIG. The method of separating the second adjuster 220 has been described above. The size of the discharge hole of the container body 100 becomes wider as the discharge hole 236 of the gasket 230 when the second adjuster 220 is detached.

In this way, the size of the discharge hole of the container body can be easily widened step by step to increase the discharge amount of the contents.

On the other hand, when the discharge hole of the container body is to be closed again, the second adjusting portion 220 can be inserted into the gasket 230. Or after inserting the second adjuster 220 into the gasket 230 and inserting the first adjuster 210 into the second adjuster 220 or by inserting the first adjuster 210 into the gasket 230, The second adjusting portion 220 may be inserted into the gasket 230 to further narrow the discharge hole.

In the embodiment where the discharge hole 215 is not formed in the first regulating portion, the first regulating portion may be engaged to completely close the discharge hole of the container body.
