Abstract
The present invention relates to automobile blocks and bolt terminals used therein. A block housing 10 forms a skeleton of an automobile block and a terminal installation space 14 is formed through the block housing 10 at one side. A plurality of hooking flanges 16 are formed on the inner surface of the terminal installation space 14. A first stopping plane 18 is formed between the hooking flange 16 and the inlet of the terminal installation space 14 at a plurality of locations do. At least two pressing projections (19) are formed on the first stop plane (18). In the terminal installation space 14, the head 22 and the hook 26 of the bolt terminal 20 are positioned. The head portion 22 is positioned through the hooking flange 16 and the hooking portion 26 is seated on the hooking flange 16. A second stop plane 28 corresponding to the first stop plane 18 is formed in the hook portion 26 so that when the nut is tightened or loosened by the power tool to the bolt terminal 20, So that it does not randomly flow. According to the present invention, the weight of the automobile block is reduced while the rigidity is maintained, and the operation of attaching the bolt terminal 20 to the block housing 10 is very simple.
Description
The present invention relates to an automobile block and a terminal bolt used therefor, and more particularly, to an automobile block in which a terminal bolt for electrically connecting a leg and a bus bar or an external terminal of a component to a bus bar is used in an automobile block, Terminal bolts.
Fuses, relays, resistors and other components are installed in the vehicle block, and external terminals are connected to the bus bar for connection to the outside. At this time, depending on the structure of the parts, the bolt terminal is installed in the block housing to perform the electrical connection between the bus bar and the component or external terminal. That is, in the state that the bolt terminal is installed in the block housing, the nut is fastened to the bolt terminal through the through hole of the bus bar and the bolt terminal passes through the leg or the external terminal of the component, Bus bar and external terminal are combined.
Here, the bolt terminal is inserted into the block housing by inserting the head part from the side of the space formed in the block housing. A plurality of the bolt terminals may be used in one automobile block. In order to assemble the bolt terminals into a block housing, the open sides of the space must be all the same in order to be machined at one time. There is a problem in that a plurality of operations must be performed because the direction of the open side of the space to be seated is different and can not be assembled at one time through machine work.
When the head portion of the bolt terminal is larger than the size of the body portion of the bolt, the weight of the bolt terminal becomes large, and the weight of the bolt terminal is increased. There is a problem that the entire weight becomes heavy.
The object of the present invention is to solve the conventional problems as described above, and when the bolt terminals are mounted on the block housing of the automobile block, they are all assembled in the same direction.
Another object of the present invention is to minimize the weight of bolt terminals used in automobile blocks.
According to an aspect of the present invention for achieving the above object, the present invention provides a block housing having a terminal portion having a terminal installation space formed therein with a hooking flange on the inner surface thereof, And a bolt terminal that is provided in the terminal installation space and is formed with a threaded portion to which the nut is tightened.
The hooking flange is separated from the inner surface of the terminal installation space by a separation space, and a plurality of the hooking flanges are formed at predetermined intervals. The hooking flange has an insertion guide sloped surface for guiding insertion of the head.
The bolt terminal includes the head portion having a curved upper and lower edges, the hook portion formed adjacent to the head portion and having a diameter larger than that of the head portion, and a screw portion extending from the hook portion, And a body portion.
Wherein a first stop plane having a predetermined area is formed at a plurality of places between the hooking flanges at the entrance of the terminal installation space, and a second stop plane is formed on an outer surface of the hooking portion of the bolt terminal, A two-stop plane is formed.
At least one pair of compression protrusions are formed on the first stop plane so as to extend in the entering direction of the second stop plane.
According to another feature of the present invention, the bolt terminal of the present invention comprises: a head portion having an outer curved surface; a hook portion formed on the circular plate so as to protrude more than the head portion; And a body portion having a threaded portion formed therein.
The head portion and the hook portion are formed in a circular plate shape, and the hook portion is formed to protrude more than the head portion or the body portion, and the diameter of the head portion is not larger than the diameter of the body portion.
A second stop plane having a predetermined area is formed on the outer surface of the hook portion at a predetermined interval.
The following effects can be obtained in the automobile block according to the present invention and the bolt terminal used therein.
First, in the present invention, the head portion of the bolt terminal is moved downward from the upper portion of the fixed portion formed in the housing of the vehicle block to be mounted. Therefore, there is an effect that a plurality of bolt terminals can be assembled at one time by machine work.
In the present invention, since the head portion of the bolt terminal does not have to be larger than the body portion, the weight of the bolt terminal as a whole is reduced, thereby reducing the weight of the automobile block.
