Description

YELLOW DUST MASK

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a dust mask, and more particularly, to a dust mask protecting the wearer's respiratory system from dust.

The dust mask protects the respiratory system of the wearer from dust, which is fine sand dust spread in the air. In our country, dusts can cause respiratory diseases including harmful substances such as quartz, cadmium, lead, aluminum, copper, etc., and the concentration of yellow sand and the frequency of yellow dust occur every year. Therefore, a dust mask with improved usability is needed.

Generally, dust masks currently used cover the nose, mouth, and jaw of the wearer's face area with the main body including the filter material on the seat, and are worn by hooking the hook straps connected to the main body to the ear.

These dust masks have a low adhesion between the body and the wearer's face, and the use of a filter with a high filtration rate makes it difficult to breath, to make the glasses freeze and make-up. Further, the wearer can not accurately check the filtration performance or replacement timing of the mask. Therefore, it is difficult to effectively protect the respiratory system of the wearer from the yellow dust.

An object of the present invention is to provide a dust mask having improved ease of use while protecting respiratory system of the wearer from dust.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a dust mask which improves the wearer's facial contact feeling, is easy to breathe, is prevented from being fogged and cleansed, and is interlocked with a smart phone application to inform the replacement time of the replacement filter.

The dust mask according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a body portion covering the nose and mouth at the wearer's face, a breathing portion interrupting the breathing outlet provided at the front of the body portion, and a breathing inlet provided at the front of the body portion A dust measuring unit for detecting dust concentration and transmitting information to a smartphone application, and an interchangeable filter provided in the breathing inlet.

The main body portion may include a support portion formed along the inner periphery of the wearer based on the face shape of the wearer and a sealing portion formed in a corrugated structure at a portion corresponding to the nose portion of the wearer at the support portion.

The support portion rubs on the wearer's face and can be coated with a nano-coating material.

The breathing portion may include a latch provided on the breathing outlet, and a unidirectional opening / closing membrane for blocking the breathing outlet at the time of inhalation and opening the breathing outlet by hanging on the latch when the patient exhales.

The dust measuring unit may measure a yellow density of the inside and outside of the main body unit and provide filtration performance and replacement timing of the replacement type filter through the smartphone application.

As described above, the dust mask according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with a respiratory part at the breathing outlet of the body part, and the interchangeable filter is provided at the breathing intake part, so that the respiratory system of the wearer can be protected while breathing can be facilitated, have.

In addition, one embodiment of the present invention is provided with a dust measuring unit at the respiratory suction port and interlocked with the smartphone application, so that the filtration performance and replacement timing of the replaceable filter can be informed.

In addition, since an embodiment of the present invention has a support portion and a sealing portion coated with a nano-coating material on the inner side of the body portion, it is possible to prevent the makeup from being erased from the wearer's face, to improve the adhesion to the face, Can be further improved.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily carry out the present invention.

The present invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. In order to clearly illustrate the present invention, parts not related to the description are omitted, and the same or similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals throughout the specification.

1 is a perspective view of a dust mask according to an embodiment of the present invention. 1, the dust mask of the embodiment includes a main body 1, a breathing outlet 21 and a breathing inlet 22, a breathing portion 3, a dust measuring portion 4, and a replaceable filter 5 .

The body portion 1 may be formed to cover at least the nose and the mouth on the wearer's face, and may be formed to further cover the nose, the mouth, and the periphery of the jaw. Therefore, it is worn on the wearer's face.

The body portion 1 is formed in a three-dimensional structure corresponding to the wearer's face, and can be closely adhered to the wearer's face around the nose and mouth while being spaced from the nose and mouth of the wearer. The body portion 1 is separated from the nose and the mouth so that the body portion 1 can be prevented from being pulled into the nose or mouth during respiration of the wearer.

Also, since the main body 1 is formed in a folder shape, it can be folded right and left through a folding line FL set in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, although the dust mask of one embodiment is formed in a three-dimensional structure, the user can easily carry the dust mask by collapsing the dust mask.

For example, the body portion 1 is formed of natural leather, artificial leather, or synthetic resin that does not allow air to pass through during breathing. Therefore, the durability of the dust mask can be improved. Unlike a normal dust mask, the main body 1 can not breathe through the main body 1, and yellow dust can not pass through it.

Thus, the main body part 1 has a breathing outlet 21 and a breathing mouth 22 for enabling breathing. That is, the wearer inhales through the breathing mouth 22 and exhales through the breathing mouth 21. Since the respiratory suction port 22 and the respiratory discharge port 21 are separately provided, the dust can be intensively filtered at the respiratory suction port 22 side.

Fig. 2 is a rear view of Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 is a sectional view taken along line III-III of Fig. 2 and 3, the main body part 1 further includes a support part 12 and a sealing part 13 inside.

The supporting part 12 is formed along the inner periphery of the main body part 1 based on the face shape of the wearer and can be made of a material softer than the main body part 1. That is, the support portion 12 is attached to the inner surface of the main body 1, and protrudes at a height H set on the inner surface, thereby setting a range of the dust mask covering the wearer's face. Since the support portion 12 has a height H, the body portion 1 may not directly touch the wearer's mouth, nose, and surrounding face.

The sealing portion 13 is set at a portion corresponding to the nose portion of the wearer at the support portion 12 and may be formed in a wrinkle structure so as to be more closely attached to the nose portion of the wearer. That is, the sealing portion 13 intensively seals both side portions of the nose, which is a portion that can be worn between the body portion 1 and the wearer's face.

That is, the sealing portion 13 can block the setting of the intake passages around the nasal passages when using the yellow sand mask, and can prevent the yellow dust from being sucked around the support portions 12 excluding the replaceable filter 5. [

In addition, the supporting portion 12 including the sealing portion 13 can be coated with the nano-coating material as a portion which rubs against the wearer's face. When the sealing portion 13 and the supporting portion 12 are brought into close contact with the wearer's face, they maintain a high airtightness even at a low adhesion force, and when rubbed on the face, the nano-coated material can prevent the make- have.

By way of example, the nanocomposite material may be comprised of a mixture of polydimethylsiloxane rubber plastic particles and liquid-resisting nanoscale cubes.

FIG. 4 is an operational state diagram of the respiratory part at the respiratory discharge port applied to the mask body part of FIG. 1; FIG. Referring to FIG. 4, the breathing section 3 is provided in the breathing discharge port 21 provided at the front of the main body part 1, and is configured to have a structure for allowing the exhalation while allowing the wearer to exhale, do.

The breathing section (3) includes a latch (31) provided on the breathing outlet (21), and a unidirectional openable closing membrane (32). The latch 31 is installed outward at the breathing outlet 21 to enable opening and closing operations of the unidirectional opening opening 32. [

For example, the latch 31 is provided with a latching jaw 33 that sets an opening limit to the outside of the unidirectional opening-closing membrane 32 at the time of exhalation from the outside and is also connected to the breathing- Since the one-way opening / closing membrane 32 is in close contact with the stopping jaw 33 to form a sealing structure, the breathing outlet 21 can be closely sealed.

Referring again to FIG. 1, a grill 34 is further provided on the outside of the breathing portion 3 provided in the breathing discharge port 21. The grill 34 condenses the moisture contained in the high-temperature respiration that is emitted during exhalation, thereby blocking the rise of moisture, thereby preventing fogging in the glasses.

That is, the breathing outlet 21 and the breathing portion 3 facilitate the breathing of the wearer, and the breathing outlet 21, the breathing portion 3 and the grill 34 prevent fogging in the glasses. That is, the dust mask of one embodiment can greatly improve the usability while protecting the respiratory system of the wearer from dust.

FIG. 5 is a block diagram showing an information transfer relationship between a dust measuring unit and a smartphone application provided in the replaceable filter of the mask body of FIG. 1; 1, 2, and 5, the dust measuring unit 4 is provided in a breathing inlet 22 provided in front of the main body 1 to detect the dust concentration, .

Since the dust measuring unit 4 is provided in the respiratory suction opening 22, it can measure the concentration of the yellow dust which is fine dust that enters from the outside of the respiratory suction opening 22 due to the inhalation. The dust measuring unit 4 includes an outer sensor 41 provided on the outer side of the replaceable filter 5 and an inner sensor 42 provided on the inner side of the replaceable filter 5, Can measure the concentration of yellow dust.

The interchangeable filter 5 is provided in the respiratory suction opening 22 on the side of the dust measuring portion 4. Therefore, the interchangeable filter 5 filters dust contained in the air flowing in from the outside to the inside by inhalation.

In addition, in the dust measuring unit 4, the inside and outside sensors 41 and 42 measure the dust density inside and outside the main body 1, measure the inside and outside air quality, .

Thus, the smartphone application 51 can provide air quality information inside and outside the interchangeable filter 5, filtration performance of the interchangeable filter 5, and replacement timing. That is, the wearer can confirm the yellow filter performance of the replaceable filter 5 according to the measured values of the inner sensors 41 and 42, thereby confirming the replacement timing of the replaceable filter 5. [

Since the replaceable filter 5 allows only the filter to be replaced when the filtering performance deteriorates, the dust mask of one embodiment can reduce the cost required for use. When the main body 1 is formed of leather, the dust mask of the embodiment can be used semi-permanently while replacing the replaceable filter 5. [

In addition, the smartphone application 51 may be connected to the atmospheric measurement network 52 and inform the user in advance whether the dust mask is worn according to the concentration of the dust and the various forecasts sent from the atmospheric measurement network 52.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments, but, on the contrary, And it goes without saying that the invention belongs to the scope of the invention.
